I have had a wonderful experience living here! The staff is extremely friendly, and they make it a point to know you by name. Anthony, and the maintenance team do a great job of keeping this place looking great and running even better. The amenities are beautiful, and extremely well kept. The only reason I am giving Peace 4/5 stars is because of how rowdy the downtown/Glenwood area gets on the weekends. This was my first experience living downtown in any city, and it will probably be my last. I feel bad for the maintenance staff because the complex takes some damage during the weekends at the hands of some wild residents and their guests.

I’ve had such an amazing experience during my time living at Peace. A main part of that has been because of Jerrell. He has been great! He is always ready to help no matter the situation. He is very friendly and professional and can always get the job done! I also really appreciate his dedication to helping residents. He is definitely a big part of the culture at Peace Raleigh and I really appreciate him and all of the staff here!

I am preparing to move to Raleigh for a job location, and thus far Gracie with Peace Raleigh have been helpful. It appears to be a beautiful property in the developing downtown area of Raleigh.

It goes without saying that the property is totally amazing and a fun place to be. But the real value to this property is the management staff in house. They go the extra mile and then some to serve their clients. And I must add that our totally awesome concierge, Gracie is absolutely THE BEST EVER!!

We feel so lucky to have found Peace Raleigh Apartments. Moving from out-of-state was filled with many challenges, but between the staff (big shoutout to Gracie and team) and the building itself (amazing living space and amenities), our new life in Raleigh has been filled with some peace and stability. Did I mentioned we moved in the middle of the pandemic?! The building was respectful and beyond safe throughout. Can’t say enough great things!

I love this apartment! The property is spacious, clean, and inviting. I’ve really enjoyed the resident gatherings they have had. Jerrell, the maintenance supervisor, is always smiling and accommodating. I have observed that he is very hard-working, and goes out of his way to speak to the residents and their pets! The front office staff is also amazing. I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with Sue, Gracie, and another lady (I’m sorry-I haven’t learned her name yet!). They answer questions in a timely manner, and they’re always very nice. I recommend anyone looking for a downtown apartment to consider Peace. You won’t regret it!

Peace Raleigh Apartments provides an amazing living experience within Downtown Raleigh. The building is a cut above the status quo with great architecture and amenity spaces. The Peace staff provide excellent service quality pertaining to resident engagement, social activities and expedient fulfillment of maintenance request. Suelette and Gracie have made the transition to Peace Raleigh Apartments effortless with their kindness and professionalism. The Maintenance Manager Jerrel has been extremely helpful as well; he assures requests are handled quickly; he and his team keep the building clean and maintained. I love living at Peace because I am truly at peace being here. I love the amenity spaces (including the mail room and coffee room), the friendly faces at the front desks (who sneakily give cookies to my dog), the maintenance crew (who is timely and efficient), the live roof (which is the perfect view from my balcony), the convenience to Publix and major highways (only to name a few things). Amanda’s Best Friend dog walking has been a total life saver. The apartments are gorgeous and have a fantastic view of the city no matter where it is situated in the building.

I just wanted to give a shout-out to both Allison and Gracie. I’m moving from out of state, and trying to find an apartment based on just online pictures is difficult. Allison and Gracie went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I constantly had measurements of all parts of different floor plans. They texted me and emailed me videos and pictures at different hours of the day to see what the sun looked like, they helped calculate if my couch would fit, they responded so quickly, etc. I move in next month and I have never been more excited to join this community. If the service has already been this good, I can’t wait to see what it’s like when I actually live there!

I moved into Peace Raleigh a few weeks ago and have loved my experience so far. The fit and finish of both the apartments and the amenities is a step above that of the other large apartment complexes in the area. I love the style of the building and you can choose from either an industrial look with tasteful exposed concrete, grey counter tops, and a wood cabinets on the odd numbered floors, or a chic layout white counters and cabinets design with no exposed concrete on the even numbered floors. The noise used to not be bad, at least the train doesnt honk near us. But now The Village blasts loud music nearly every night and its very annoying. The layout of our kitchen is incredible. There is a huge island and tons of counter space. You could fit six barstools around the counter so there is no need for a kitchen table. The appliances in the apartment are also very nice, the dishwasher has a great design with an exceptionally deep top drawer for things like wine glasses and nice features like delay start. The fridge has an upright split with a water and ice dispenser, which you dont find in most apartments, however it does seem to have less volume than a traditional top bottom split fridge. They have incorporated cool tech features such as a smart thermostat,an app that lets you view live camera feeds from all the entrances so you can buzz guests into the building without having to go downstairs, as well as things like a smart lock that can be programmed to let people such as a dog walker into your place during set times without you being there. This of course will vary by floor-plan, but one of the only downsides to this apartment is relatively small amount of closet space. I do not think there are many layouts with a true walk in closet. Ours is 3.5 deep and 7.5 wide, which would be plenty of space for one person, but getting two peoples worth of cloths in there is a bit of a challenge. There is also a coat closet, but that too is pretty small. There is an abundance of kitchen cabinet space, so no issue in there, but we ended up getting a storage unit which is on the hall and pretty reasonably priced at $33/month for our extra stuff. The only small complaints I have about living here so far have been the garage gate opener and the unrefined package room system. There is a sensor you are supposed to attach to your visor which triggers the gate to open when you drive up, but it is hit or miss whether it actually can sense that you are there. We talked to management and they are trying to get the sensor placed differently to work better, so I dont think this will be an issue for long. The package room works off an app that gives you a code when you receive a delivery, this code lets you into a small room that is supposed to be organized by floor, however it seems like there isnt really enough space for everyones packages already so they sort of get thrown in where ever there is space. This results in you having to look through every package in the room to make sure you found your stuff. Its not a big problem now, but Id estimate the building is well under 20% capacity so when it is more full it seems like that will be an issue. My advice to management would be to invest in an an Amazon hub or similar locker system for small packages and use that room for large deliveries like furniture that doesnt fit.All in all, this is probably the most expensive apartment in the area, but I think they have incorporated enough into the design and features of the units to command that premium price.

I have lived in several luxury apartment communities in the raleigh area (Park Central, Camden Carolinian, Dartmouth) and I can tell you that Gracie Rempesent is THE REASON that I love the Peace Apartments. Her position as the Resident Relations contact sets Peace apartments apart from other luxury communities. She is the fastest, most amazing concierge service person I have worked with in years! Gracie is absolutely exemplary in her role, we are so grateful to have someone who is trustworthy, responsive, intuitively sharp and so personable. As for the rest of the complex, the pool and gym facilities are top notch! If there was a spa/sauna area and a coffee bar for the residents, it would be truly luxurious community.

I’ve lived at Peace Raleigh for a little over a month now, and have been in communication with Wes and Mary since December when I first started looking at new apartments. When you tour the facility, you’ll instantly fall in love with its beauty and how they took the extra step in almost every aspect. The other reasons you’ll end up loving Peace, is because of the welcoming feeling of community that you get from the wonderful residents here, and the staff as well. Both Wes and Mary have been absolutely wonderful in helping the process of both looking through what they offer, and the completion of the lease and move in process. Since moving in, we come across each other regularly as friends, and they are always ready to assist with anything! The maintenance manager, Jarrell is equally welcoming and amazing as well. Having lived in Florida all of our lives, my boyfriend and I decided we needed a change. We figured out pretty quickly that Raleigh was where we wanted to be but then came the more difficult decision of figuring out where to live. Luckily, we stumbled upon Peace Raleigh Apartments on a Google search (after having looked at many places for well over a month). From the very first point of contact, we have had an incredible experience. Wesley Jones took time prior to us signing to answer any and all questions we had. He even included videos of the floor plan we wanted as we were still in Florida. Even after being here for a month, Wesley continues to go above and beyond making sure any questions and needs are met. He is truly wonderful! We have also had wonderful experiences with all staff, such as Mary, Jerrel, and Gracie since moving in. Everyone really goes above and beyond. As can be seen from a quick search of their website, the amenities are amazing. What sets Peace Raleigh Apartments apart is the staff that works tirelessly to make sure you are comfortable in your home. Truly grateful we get to call this place home!

I’ve lived in two Kane properties and absolutely cannot wait to call Peace my third! When I heard they were going to start building, I didn’t know anything about it besides that I had to reach out to Wes to know more.If you haven’t had the pleasure of meeting/working/hanging out with Wes, you need to. He is truly amazing as a person and it shows with how much he cares in helping you find your next home. I first met Wes two years ago when I started touring my current apartment. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, got to know me and ultimately helped both my parents and I find our new homes! My boyfriend and I decided while we love our current apartment, we want to move to a different area of the city. Wes already knew me and what I liked, but he still asked a lot of questions before going on tour to show us the kind of places he knew we would want to see. They weren’t just the usual questions like one or two bedrooms, but more like rustic or modern finish, concrete or finished ceilings, etc.We took a tour of Peace and without paint on the walls, carpet on the floors, or elevators running yet, we knew this was our next home by the way Wes explained what the building was going to be like and the surrounding area being built up. Kane does such a great job of keeping the culture of the location alive in their properties, and that’s exactly what they are doing with Peace and the Smoky Hollow area.We cannot wait to call Peace our new home, especially having experienced the kind of care we’ve gotten from our other Kane apartments.Thank you again Wes for introducing us to our new home!

Thanks, Gracie for your attentiveness to every request for information as my son toured and considered Peace Raleigh. Thanks, Wes, for the fantastic bed/mattress recommendation and Amazon link for my son -- he loves it! And thank you, Mary, for hauling no less than 30 boxes (3 of them holding large pieces of a sectional) and bags of deliveries to his room before he moved in to keep them safe. Not to mention, you don’t even have to leave the building to get to Publix! Hope you’re still reading because up next are the apartments...From the comfort of your new home, you get tons of indoor light due to the giant windows, tons of space in your bathroom, great appliances, and Peace and quiet…you will not be able to tell if your neighbor is practicing to be in a marching band or the world’s best napper. Finally, THE STAFF!!! During my career I have lived in England, Detroit, San Francisco, Fort Lauderdale, and most recently the Raleigh area. I have always been a renter and really try and find a place I can escape to after long hours at work, a rough day, or even come home to after a vacation. When moving to the Raleigh downtown area three years ago, my options were extremely limited as the luxury options here are few and far between if not, non existent. That recently changed! My lease came to an end and I was searching for a new place to call home when i stumbled upon Peace apartments downtown.. It was extremely refreshing to even the website... finally an apartment community with amenities! Not coffee machine in lobby and a pool type amenities actual luxury living type amenities. Pool, fire pits, hot tub, club room, work from home spaces, person concierge, resident services, key-less entry, electric vehicle parking, modern finishes, and even name brand appliances. All these amenities alone was more than enough to spark my interest but the experience of the tour and the service was what truly set Peace apart. When I booked my tour I received a call from Wes immediately. He spoke about the precautions they were taking and made sure I was ready to experience Peace for the first time. When I arrived Wes was welcoming and gave me the full tour of the property. He was able to answer most my questions prior to arrival but reiterated all of the luxury amenities I had questions about and discussed all the additional perks of living at Peace (Publix right downstairs!). I have to say Wes truly captivated my interest in the property as he connect with me on a personal level on what I was looking for in a luxury apartment. I missed all the details and effortless benefits I perhaps took for granted in my previous apartments but was missing and eager to take advantage of once more.Peace truly raises the bar as it pertains to luxury apartments in the downtown area. I have toured many in recent months and none come close in comparison. Sure some are self proclaimed luxury living, however, I am sure the standard for comparison was based on former competition which clearly set a low bar.In summary Peace is stunning, has high end luxury amenities, a resident team who makes you feel like you are staying at a luxury hotel, and a location with true walkability to local stores, bars, and restaurants.Wes needs a raise! He never broke communication, followed up, engaged via phone, email, and text on the regular. He also was extremely accommodating and supportive as I had to change my move in date several times resulting in the lease being changed several times. I would assume this is not ideal but Wes always responded quickly and with a smile. His professionalism and standards for resident experience are extraordinary and I am excited to call Peace home.

Writing this review is going to come with great cost to me. In a lot of ways it’s a double edged sword. I’m torn between (not so) humble bragging about how awesome this place is and keeping this little gem a secret for as long as the pandemic allows. If you’ve ever lived in an apartment building, you know how clutch it is to not have to drive to the top of the deck looking for a spot, or better yet not having to wake up at 7am on a Saturday to put towels down on a chair to get a prime location at the pool. But here we are, anxiety building as I type, and then backspace, more typing and then more backspacing. When you decide to come by, you’ll be met by Wes or Gracie. Wes’ official title is Senior Leasing Specialist, but it might as well be Smooth Operator! If he was an emoji, he’d be the smiley face with the sunglasses. Gracie is the Resident Relations Manager. What’s a Resident Relations Manager Sean? Well, let me tell you. New to the area and need recommendations on dinner or dry cleaning? Talk to Gracie. Having trouble with the apps on your phone that you can use to open the doors (yeah we got that), talk to Gracie. Ever left home without your cell phone and turned around to go get it, yeah Gracie is that cell phone. Either way, whoever meets you, you’ll be met with a smile. They’re both not only knowledgeable about the property, but also have such a great ear to listen to what’s important to you, so that the experience is a meaningful and positive one.The maintenance team behind the scenes is equally as awesome. Jerrell, the Maintenance Supervisor (and candidate for the greatest last name of all time), is so dedicated to his job. He’s personally gone above and beyond, I mean head and shoulders above – like Shaquille ONeals head to Kevin Hart’s shoulders above to be exact – to help me out. Rissa, also on the Maintenance Team left me a handwritten note after closing out a maintenance request in my unit. Handwritten note guys! Who does that anymore?! Rissa does. Eli, the third member of the Maintenance Team reminds me of the butler from Mr. Jeeves; he’s always where you need him, when you need him.The Peace Team is led by Mary and Brendan. Mary is the quintessential professional. I don’t think she knows what it means to have a day off. She’s another example of someone so dedicated to their job (are you seeing a trend here?!). If you had to define someone who genuinely loved her job, was able to manage problems quickly and always engaging people with a smile that lights up the room, there’d be a picture of Mary. Having Mary here is like having your very own Olivia Pope on site. I know!!! I feel the same way about Brendan. These guys have an open door policy and always make me feel welcome.Im home.Do yourself a favor, just sign the lease. You don’t even need to see the place. If you come to tour here, you’re just going to end up resenting wherever it is you live now.

Where to begin-Ive been eyeballing this future apartment complex property before the first steel beam was even in the ground.. so maybe spring of 2018?Fast forward to July 25th 2019... When I saw the live link online to request info. Submitted my information and got the first email from Wes with Peace. Received a response stating they would reach out to individually to people by the end of Aug. 2019.Skip ahead to January 10th 2020 - That would be the day I met Wes and officially decided Peace Raleigh would be where I moved come this spring.January 14th 2020- Application submitted and paid for. Cant wait to call Peace Raleigh Home.**I must caveat this post with saying I have previously worked in the property management/ apartment development industry for several years prior to moving to NC.**Now for all the juicy details for those who are still reading:WOW - WES... hes impressive all around. Two claps for the Lady who hired Wes, as you have an incredible employee. Coming from a former property management background, I know the ends and outs. Therefore I have NEVER taken a tour of either complexes Ive resided in, since moving to Raleigh three years ago.Funny enough, I mentioned this to Wes... (thinking he would give me all the info I needed via email). Instead, he politely laughed and said I REALLY think youll want to come and check our apartments out in person. So, I did just that. From the moment I received a text to assure I didnt miss the leasing office location with the ongoing construction, to now (even after paying and securing an apartment), hes still going above and beyond anyone Ive personally come across in the multifamily industry here in NC.Now to the apartments details. Wes showed me 3 different units... along with the future two story gym, pool, beautiful skyline terrace, mail room and work from home office conference/office space. All of the amenities being featured and the attention to detail in those spaces alone were VERY impressive. After leaving my appointment with Wes... I was having second thoughts about not having viewed one particular floor plan that I had decided to mark off my list of choices during my own due diligence prior to my appointment.FEAR NOT- Wes said he would get me the information on the Bloomsberry floor plan.... and boy did he DELIVER....Between the photos and several different angled videos, I told him that was THE floor plan . I still have not been back to the property since my initial visit nor have I seen the inside of a Bloomsberry live. But the beauty is, WES has out done himself with every small detail I have inquired about since... HE EVEN MEASURED SEVERAL wall lengths in my new apartment bedroom due to the possibility of me having to down size my current bedroom suite. His customer service, knowledge of the brand new property and flat out fantastic personality made my first real apartment complex tour in NC great. If youre looking to move downtown.. do yourself a favor and set up an appointment with Wes. I guarantee youll find yourself sitting under one of the pool cabanas this summer as a resident.
