We toured a one bedroom last year prior to moving to the area. The prices are very nice compared to other apartment complexes in the area. This was our number one spot we were going to pick (ultimately ended up renting a house) so that is the only reason why we didnt choose this apartment complex. The area is set up nice and the lady that gave us the tour was very friendly. The vibe here is on point and although there was a pool party going on, it was SO quiet. That is very important when choosing a place to call home! If youre in the area, give this complex a chance! Amazing one bedroom options and lots of nice amenities.

Ive been living at Allister for about 4 or so years now. Absolutely love the apartments, management, and maintenance team. The location is perfect to be able to walk to anywhere in North Hills and surrounding community. But its tucked away just far enough from the highway/roads to be comfortably quiet and safe. The units and community are very well maintained and modern.For the first 3 years, I lived with a roommate and we had just signed a lease renewal during the pandemic. However, when he had to move out due to losing his job related COVID; the management team worked with us to cancel the lease and move me into a unit of my choice without charging any fees. We were extremely grateful to the management team for their understanding and willingness to help.The maintenance team is exceptional, extremely attentive, and respond to any requests within a day. They also make it a point to get to know you personally, which is extremely nice and thoughtful and makes the experience that much better.Overall, I have loved living here and the experience with the management and maintenance teams. I would recommend and have recommended Allister North Hills to anyone looking for an apartment that is walking distance to shopping and food and looking for a place that has a great community.

I absolutely LOVE living here. I’ve been here for about 3 years now. Allister is the absolute best about having events for residents and randomly providing breakfast, treats, etc! They always have a full calendar for those that live here - such a nice perk. Maintenance is always super quick and efficient! Sweetest staff, friendly neighbors! Can’t say enough good things :)

I have lived at Allister for about three years now, and cannot imagine living in any other apartment.Noverlys, a member of part of the leasing team, was the very kind, agile, enthusiastic individual who assisted me in initially executing my lease in 2018, and has been a friendly (and helpful) face throughout my residence since the initial lease execution even through today in discussion of my third lease renewal. This lease renewal came without question -- I do not think that there is a better apartment complex in the area to be at. The location alone (maximum of 15 minutes from essentially everywhere, but largely across the street from everything you could possibly need) was enough to be a sale point, but the Allister apartments offer so much more than just convenience. I almost didnt live here due to external life circumstances that incited my consideration of moving to Charlotte for family instead of Raleigh, however, Im so glad I did end up signing my lease -- I genuinely will not be looking for another apartment complex until it is time to buy a house later down the road -- Allister has everything a resident could possibly need and will always be at the top of my suggestions list for those moving to the area looking for places to live.The entire Allister leasing team (Noverlys, Katie, Sarah) always offers a welcome and a smile, and takes the time to get to know residents by name and face. There are an endless amount of amenities offered and available, and the apartments and appliances within the apartments are pristine, and in the rare event that the appliances need maintenance, the maintenance team is just as friendly and quick in response, always.Thank you for building the foundation for an incredible life in Raleigh, I know myself and all of those that Ive met at the Allister apartment complex (some of my closest friends!) feel similarly and are equally grateful.

I wish I had all day to talk about how amazing this property is. I moved from out of state and never had a chance to see this place in person before I moved. Needless to say, I was terrified of moving. But from the moment I first inquired about this property, I knew it would be where I wanted to live. I have never experienced such stellar service from a leasing agent in all my life, and I’ve moved to five different apartment complexes. Norvelys was quick to respond, easily communicated what paperwork I would need, and put me at ease. Then at long last I finally arrived and I was in shock at the condition of the apartment. It was pristine, including all appliances in brand-new condition. It was even bigger than I had expected, and after shopping around all of Raleigh for an apartment, I can tell you that the prices here are incredibly fair and reasonable. I had a maintenance request that was taken care of within the hour. The amenities are amazing, especially those for dogs. This apartment complex is the best place to live in North Hills, hands down.

I moved to the area for a job and had looked at so many complexes in the area until a friend pointed me towards Allister NH. As soon as i met with Noverlys in the office and was treated like family I knew it was the place for me. She was super helpful with showing me units that were in my budget but were also a nice place to call home after a long days work. I’ve lived at Allister for almost 3 years now and it’s been wonderful. Living near North Hills - all the food, grocery store, etc. - makes everything so convenient! Also, any time I’ve put in a maintenance request, it’s been handled in less than 24 hours. The staff are definitely on top of it and are very responsive. If you’re looking in the Raleigh area and are curious about Allister, check it out because I highly doubt you’ll want to leave once you do!

I lived in Allister North Hills for almost 4 years. The staff are very helpful and the property is well maintained. I especially like their express move out procedure. It is walking distance to shopping mall, green way and restaurants. Besides, all the appliances are very new (at least in my unit). Overall, the relatively higher rent was paid worthwhile!

Absolutely love living here! The amount of things to do solely on the property is amazing. This is an great location being tucked in the North Hills neighborhoods, but all of North Hills and I-440 are extremely accessible. Would recommend to young adult friends looking for a great spot in Raleigh!

My wife and I really enjoy living here at Allister North Hills. We moved here just over 2 years ago and recently renewed our lease. The apartment is well maintained as are the grounds. The facilities are nice, especially the large pool. i would definitely recommend this place

If you must live in an apartment, The Allister at North Hills will be an exceptionally good choice.No place and no one is perfect, but youll find it difficult to complain unless you just like to complain.

If you are looking for a community oriented envrioment then Allister is the perfect place for you. My favorite aspect is neighborhood feel along with all the wonderful ammenties. The dog grooming station is perfect my new puppy! I love Allister and the staff.

By far the best complex I have lived at. The apartments are well built and very nice to live in. They have plenty of amenities, including two salt water pools, a gym, and a clubhouse with a movie studio. The employees are what really puts Allister above the rest. From the maintenance workers to the front office, everyone always has a smile on their face and are willing to assist residents with any issue at hand. Carly handled my transfer last year and made the easiest process possible. Would recommend Allister to anyone seeking to live in Raleigh.

My roommate and I have lived at the Allister for a year and just renewed our lease! When we moved to Raleigh, NC, we chose to live at the Allister because my best friend from college lived at the Allister and strongly recommended it. You also can’t beat the location. Whenever I tell someone I live at the Allister, they say something like, “I have heard great things about the Allister!” We love living at the Allister because we feel incredibly safe, the beautiful apartments, the amenities (2 pools, gym, yoga room, tv room, pool house, etc.), and the amazing Allister office staff. The office staff is always willing to answer questions, print shipping labels, lend some staples, etc. Maintenance is quick to respond to any maintenance request and does so in a professional manner. The Allister atmosphere is very friendly. I love that I can access my apartment from the outside and that the Allister is tucked inside a neighborhood safe for walking and running. It doesn’t even feel like you are 3 minutes from Target, Harris Teeter, and the awesome shopping at North Hills. It’s private and quiet which I love. I highly recommend living at the Allister.

I’ve only been living at Allister for a couple months but I love it so far! My apartment was in top shape when I moved in with all updated appliances. I love the gym because it has everything I need. So happy I chose to live here!

I have loved living at Allister for the last 15 months. However now that I am looking to buy a house and break my lease they are requiring a three month rent breakage fee and two months notice, so essentially five months of rent (more than a down payment). They also don’t allow subleasing. What is typical of the area is a sixty day notice. It’s unfortunate because I have loved living here but it’s hard to swallow that I won’t be able to start house hunting for eight more months or pay more money than my closing cost to simply break a lease in an area that has plenty of people who want to take over my apartment. I love living here just if you need any flexibility at all with your lease it may be financially a poor choice to live here oppose to competing complexes.

Highly recommend! I recently moved to the Allister in NH and, even in COVID times, had a great move. I worked with Noverlys in the leasing office who is a rockstar! She replied quickly and effectively to all of my questions prior to the move and continued to be an excellent resource during the transition period. The location cant be beat. Its easy to get to downtown Raleigh, a Trader Joes, a Target, and to the beautiful North Hills shopping area.A few other compliments for the team:1. The maintenance staff have provided timely responses to work orders and completed them effectively.2. The cleaning/sanitation stations in the communal areas are well stocked and well-placed.3. I frequently see staff on-site cleaning the communal areas, taking out trash, wiping door knobs, etc. Much appreciated!4. There are frequent public safety checks and guards are actively patrolling the neighborhood.5. The pool and clubhouse are beautiful! The structures are fantastic and very tastefully decorated. There is also a great dog area.

Living so close to north hills is amazing! The complex is super quiet and everybody I’ve met who lives there is super nice. I will for sure be resigning for next year!

Best place EVER to live!!! I moved to Raleigh about 6 months ago and I dont think it would feel at home if I didnt live in the Allister. The location is IDEAL, the staff is AMAZING, and when you walk in, you instantly feel at home. I cannot get over how amazing of a gem this location is! We are obsessed! I really enjoy living at Allister in North Hills. The staff is attentive and helpful. I have put in several small maintenance requests and they are usually handled the same day! The maintenance team is also very sweet to my dog when they have to come in and he is excited. Overall, this is the best apartments Ive lived in. They hold fun resident events to meet new people and the community areas are clean and always open for use. I have definitely been getting a lot of time in at the pool! Awesome apartment complex! I was offered a job in October of 2014 and had 3 weeks to accept, pack, find a place, and move from PA. I did as much research as I could from afar and settled on Allister based on reviews, location, price and amenities. I lived in a one bedroom for a year and a half and recently switched to a two bedroom with a friend I met down here. You cant beat it here. As a young professional- being close enough to walk to restaurants and events like Thursday Night Beach Music at North Hills is a huge factor! The social aspect of the meet and greet events and even the pools were also a huge selling point! I have friends from out of town that are always excited to go to the pool during their visit!Also - HUGE thank you to Emily in the office for really going above and beyond to help my roommate and I find an apartment with the layout we needed as well as the floor we wanted. Appliances are all new and apartments are well maintained. I once had an issue with my microwave not heating food properly and they REPLACED it that day.Long story short.. Look no further - you found your new apartment 😊

Allister North Hills is a great place to call home! Awesome amenities including two pools! The staff hosts fantastic community events for the residents and are very warm, personable, and easy to communicate with! The complex is super pet friendly, which is a HUGE plus in my book (also does not hurt its in walking distance for walking / jogging trails)! I would recommend Allister to new people re-locating to the area as well as locals who love to go out and explore all Downtown Raleigh / North Hills has to offer!

I recently moved into this neighborhood and I am very pleased with the management, the area, the amenities and the overall experience of staying in North Hills. The apartments are well maintained and close to almost everything around town. I am a dog lover and see a lot of furry friends around me. The complex also has an electric car station, totally worth it!

It provides great value, my personal unit being open concept and ~800sq ft (for a single person), and convenience with regards to the North Hills area. The location is really great for us, one minute from 440, yet a very quite place. 2 minutes from North Hills shops and restaurants.We like that its quiet.The place is very dog friendly! the dog park is very nice and we all use it daily! Theres also place to bathe your dog :)But the most of all - The people. all are super nice and welcoming.We are happy to live here^^

The friendly office staff are a great change of pace from other places Ive lived. Allister is like living in a high class resort year round. I love the gym. The saltwater resort-style pools, clubhouse, and wifi are all awesome. I really like how they have private security patrols instead of police because it makes you feel safe. The fact that they have social activities and communicate announcements about the community very frequently with residents via e-mail is the part that makes me the most happy. I hope it stays awesome and I plan on living here for quite a while!

I recently moved to Raleigh from NYC. With so many new apartment complexes popping up in Raleigh, I thought I would have a difficult time choosing my new home. Not the case! I was in love with Allister North Hills from the start. I saw almost a dozen and nothing came close to Allister North Hills. First of all, the residency looks established - landscaping is flourished and kept very neat as opposed to other places I saw with nothing green in sight. There are two pools so you never have to worry about finding a spot. There are also two fitness centers which is a fun way to keep your workouts varied. The staff is more than accommodating and does their best to keep you happy. They are very quick to respond with any questions. What I also love about my new home is the many events they hold to help new residents socialize. And, you cant beat the location - everything you need to eat, drink, and shop for is right down the street at North Hills!

I have lived at Allister a little over a year and love it! The location is amazing as it is across the road from the North Hills shopping center, but far enough away that it is serene and quiet. The apartments are nice, the amenities and grounds are clean and updated, and the staff are friendly. The gym and yoga room are very updated, and the saltwater pools are glorious in summer. Great community! Has all the amenities that you look for in a luxury apartment community. It is right in the heart of North Hills but tucked away so it is still calm and peaceful. The office and maintenance staff really care about the community and it shows.

I currently live here and could not be happier! Everything has been first class since the day I moved in six months ago: the customer service from the staff, the grounds and landscaping, the work out facilities, pool, business center, the view from my apartment... even the size of my apartment! I can fit more furniture in my one bedroom here than I could in my old two bedroom. I feel so safe walking my dog at night because I frequently run into Joe, one of the several security guards who lives here and walks the property every hour of every night in uniform! Also, the North Hills Security guard patrols the property in his squad car every hour as part of his normal route. My dad loves how safe it is! The maintenance staff is incredible, too. During the snow in January I saw them outside all night shoveling snow, scraping ice and spreading salt to keep the area safe. I was blown away! I really love living here and do not plan on going anywhere anytime soon.

Love how close Allister is to North Hills! All the great amenities of North Hills without the traffic, crowded parking decks, and high prices. All events are within walking distance. The community itself is great as well - lots of young people, fun resident events, and continual improvement by the management team. Ive been very satisfied with Allister.

I moved into Allister a few months ago and I love it here! If theres ever an issue, maintenance is very quick to resolve it and every person on staff is pleasant and helpful. The grounds always look nice, the pools are beautiful and clean, theres a wide range of gym equipment, and theres plenty of parking. PLUS, the actual layout of the apartments is great for hosting people and the bedrooms offer great storage. For the convenient location to North Hills shopping and proximity to downtown Raleigh its a real bargain to live here.

I have lived in Allister for an year now and this is a very nice place to live. The location is great, staff is very friendly and all my maintenance requests were attended to pretty quickly. The pool areas are great. The downside is the cost. Besides the location, the rent is way too much for what one gets back. If your priorities are living close to a mall or the Interstate, you could consider this place.

I have lived at Allister Apartments for close to one year. As a Raleigh native, it was important to me to stay close to downtown Raleigh, without being in the heart of downtown. Allister Apartments is the perfect location. You have easy access to I-440 to take you to Durham, Chapel Hill, or Cary. You have the ability to walk to North Hills to grab a drink at World of Beer, dinner at Coquette, or groceries at Harris Teeter. Of course, my favorite part about Allister are the amenities. Two swimming pools, two gyms, and a dog park. It is the most unique apartment complex in Raleigh at a very competitive rate. If you are considering a move, I highly recommend you pay this location some time in your apartment search.

Moved in a little over a month ago, and Ive been impressed so far. The amenities are great, especially the pools and gyms. There are even electric car charging stations, which I hadnt seen advertised before I came. The apartments are nice and its so close to North hills, you can walk there. I definitely recommend it.

Allister is a great apartment complex to live as it is in walking distance to North Hills and the rent is fairly priced. The maintenance crew is awesome and completes work orders in a reasonable time. Also, each month the staff of the Allister has awesome events and give aways for the residents.

Coworkers had recommended we check out Allister when we first moved to the area (I work in North Hills), and were so glad we did. North Hills is less than 1 mile away, which enables me to bike or walk to work. Our two bedroom apartment is spacious enough for my husband to work remotely, and it allows us to host friends/family who are in town. From our apartment to the amenities (e.g. two fitness locations, two pools, coffee bars, community events, etc.) Allister has been exactly what we were looking for in an apartment complex. The front office staff (Noverlys, Carly, Mary Helen, etc.) are helpful, personable, and want to make your living experience a great one, while the maintenance team keeps the community looking beautiful. I also love that we recycle on property. Would recommend to anyone looking to make the move to Raleigh.

Not being from the area, we did not know where we were landing, but if we had to do it again, we would definitely go to Allister! As a recent graduate, this apartment complex is exactly what I need - affordable, yet it still has a high-end feel. Its situated in a prime location within walking distance to North Hills, and just a ten minute drive to the downtown area. All the residents and staff are incredibly friendly, management is constantly updating the aesthetics and appliances of each apartment, and there are always events for the residents to stay involved.

I currently live at Allister, and I love it! Ive lived in other apartment complexes downtown and near the North Hills area. I can say the feel of Allister is a homey, neighborhood type of feel. It has been fun meeting the people who live here and all the amenities are beautiful! Two pools, two work out areas and really nice amenity rooms. Everyone Ive met so far here have been super nice and welcoming to the community! Being close to North Hills and all the restaurants and shops is also a BIG plus! Having a grocery store really close is great too about living here! Everyone that works here is really nice and helpful as well!

The staff is constantly hosting social events, so if you are new to the area, thats a great way to meet your neighbors and make new friends. The apartments are in walking distances to North Hills and set back in a really nice neighborhood!

Horrible place to live! Didn’t stay here long than two months and was honestly ready to move out after the first week. Extremely noisy at all times of day and night. Walls are thin, so you can hear everything from upstairs residents. Nothing can or will be done about complaints of noise coming from upstairs residents. A lot of hard stomping (not normal walking), slamming of things on the floor, and EVERYONE slams their doors constantly, especially top floor residents. This causes lower level apartment roofs to shake. I also feel residents that have been living here for a while are valued more than new tenants, especially when it comes to complaints.

I love Allister! Great neighborhood & very dog friendly. The maintenance team here rocks! Ideal location without having to be in a high rise apartment building. Walking distance to everything North Hills has to offer.

Allister is the first place I lived after moving to NC. It is an absolutely safe, gorgeous complex with updated everything! It’s in an excellent location. There are two beautiful pools and a decent fitness center. The grounds are always clean, there’s PLENTY of parking, lots of dogs but not problematic, NO smoking allowed (greatly appreciated), washer/dryer in unit, and (mostly) responsive staff helping residents. Olivia and Carly were always very helpful! I did enjoyed my time here but was ready to move elsewhere after my 7 month lease ended. I would give it 5 stars except the few cons below:- I was paying someone else’s very high electric for the first two months and the leasing agent (who is no longer there) was no help. It took me 6 weeks to fix with Duke and it should not have happened to begin with. It was stressful and took dozens of calls, two Duke visits and office permission to fix.- The first 5 months there were quiet but then a new neighbor move in upstairs and, as ALL of the floors are hardwood, I heard everything from upstairs. It was just normal walking around but echoed through my whole apartment and was extremely irritating. If you move/live here and you’re not on the ground floor, be considerate of your downstairs neighbors and put area rugs down.- There is a garbage fee but residents still have to bring garbage to either a compactor or a recycling bin and they were overflowing many times. I can understand paying for valet but not for this. Garbage lining the sidewalk is pretty gross.- Rent was higher than average for Raleigh and the updated rent would have become much higher if I renewed my lease. It’s a beautiful place but I do not think it is worth the rate for its size in comparison to other complexes close by.This may not be a con for everyone but I figured it is worth mentioning the resident population is majorly, noticeably, early-mid 20s. The office is friendly but the community itself is to themselves. If you’re looking to get to know your neighbors or have a family friendly vibe, this is not it.Even with the cons, it was a nice place to live. The location is probably the best part.

This place is fantastic. The rent is reasonable for luxury apartments and the amenities and events offered by management are awesome. The two pools, two workout rooms, bikes to borrow, and on site doggie spa are just a few of my favorite things about Allister. The office staff are always willing to go above and beyond and all of my neighbors have been great. I just renewed my lease without hesitation and couldnt imagine living in another apartment complex.

Such a great place to live! The location is excellent - easily walk to all parts of North Hills. The facilities are clean and easy to access: 2 pools, gym, common areas & dog park. The staff is super friendly and accessible. I would recommend Allister North Hills to all ages.

Allister North Hills is the best! The staff is second to none and make their residents feel like their #1 priority. So many community events and fun things to do. Would suggest this complex to ANYONE looking for a new place to live in Raleigh!

My wife and I just moved in this week and the staff could not have been more helpful. We are new to the area, so they answered all our questions and offered suggestions about where to go for our various needs. Had one maintenance request that got an immediate response and was resolved quickly. Joan, Blair & Samantha in the office are fabulous and we have not been disappointed with our new home.

GREAT PLACE to live. If you need an apartment in the Raleigh area go straight to Allister Hills. The units are spacious and well appointed and the amenities are excellent The staff, particularly Joan and Blair are professional, courteous and extremely pleasant. I looked at several different floor plans before deciding. They were very patient and understanding. I have had a couple of small new construction issues and the maintenance staff was prompt when called and fixed the problem immediately I totally recommend the property.

I cannot say enough good things about Allister! I was very hesitant to live in the North Hills area because as wonderful/convenient this area is (one exit down from Crabtree Mall, 10 minutes from downtown, about 30 seconds away from the North Hills shopping center..), the prices for apartments in this area are SKY HIGH. However, I think Allister is worth it. It is one of the more reasonably priced complexes for this area and offers the most amenities. The landscaping is beautiful, and you have two pools to use...as well as two different clubhouses and workout rooms. The patio/grilling areas by the pool are beautifully decorated and offer more than enough gas stoves for everyone. They always offer events for residents (I cant ever attend, but they look fun!) and the staff is always very helpful and super friendly. They also have chargers for electric cars, as well as a bike area. The complex is owned by the same company that owns North Hills, so you will often see the security guards driving around at night, which offers great peace of mind. The trash area was a little inconvenient to get to, but Allister actually altered it to make it more user-friendly and accessible, which says a lot about the management here. I would absolutely suggest Allister to anyone who asked...you really couldnt pick a better area to live in!!

We blindly moved to Allister from NYC. Sarah was so helpful and went out of her way to send us a video of our soon to be new home. Emily and Catherine are so friendly and plan lots of events for residents. Super convenient to North Hills and downtown. We couldnt be more happy with our choice of where to live in the Raleigh area!

Great for those in their mid 20s to early 30s. Close to good restaurants and shopping, great sense of community, and if youre a dog lover, there are many great puppies in the complex with great walking trails and day trips nearby. We love it here.

I have lived at Allister for a little over two years and have had no complaints. The staff is great and works hard to accommodate any possible request/issue. The residents are also a plus, tons of dog lovers and young professionals. The resident events are actually worth attending, too, which is a change of pace from most apartments I have lived in. Bottom line, you get what you pay for and you will be glad you paid to live at Allister.

The community consists mostly of up and coming mid 20 to 30 year olds. For the most part everyone is in their physical prime and the complex proves multiple gyms and pools to enhance that. Also if youre a dog lover youll have plenty of people to meet (at the dog park or on the side walks). Its a quiet and safe apartment complex, both inside the apartment and out. I would recommend it to anyone with that North Hills life style.

I have been living in Allister for about a year and a half now, and I can honestly say the experience has been unparalleled to any other complex I have lived in. The girls in our office are attentive, supportive, and will go out of their way to fulfill your needs! There is always fun things to do in the complex, and the community here is really terrific. I have a beautiful apartment, in an incredible North Hills location for a price that fits my budget! Definitely come check Allister out :)

I love living here .. just recently moved back to Raleigh and this was the first and last place I looked at. The staff is fantastic and it is a quiet, clean and friedly complex. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty to make me feel welcome and I can see myself living here for quite some time

Allister apartments are fantastic! One of my favorite things about Allister was that Duke Energy just replaced all our lights to more energy efficient lightbulbs. Also, the apartment complex just repaved the parking lots which look fantastic. I also love that they do monthly events for the apartment.

I have lived at Allister for the past 2 years and just signed on for another year! Love this complex! Has amazing amenities and it is such a great location! Additionally, the leasing office is so helpful and nice!! Would highly recommend to anyone!!

Theres not much bad to say about Allister! Location is incredible within walking distance to restaurants, shops, greenways and more. I feel safe, comfortable, and live in luxury for the fraction of the price of other apartment complexes in the area

I moved here from NJ and could not be more pleased with Allister and the staff here. The staff does an amazing job keeping us busy with many events each week and making sure we meet our neighbors. I have never been in a community that is as social as Allister. Both the staff and residents are so nice and the apartments and ammenities are top notch! The community has lots of dogs so my pup and I meet new dogs daily. You really get so much for your money at Allister!

Ive lived here for about 6 months so far and I love it so far. Its located in a great location at a much more affordable rent than some nearby apartments - about a 7-8 minute walk to North Hills so if I ever need something from Harris Teeter or Target I dont have to get in the car. Its also a 10 minute drive downtown and right on 440 so I can get almost anywhere in Raleigh quickly. If I want to run/bike, the Raleigh Greenway is nearby and when I was working downtown, the bus stop there was just a short walk away. The staff is extremely friendly/helpful and any maintenance requests Ive had have been promptly responded to. Neighbors are friendly and people say hey/talk to each other. The apartments are pretty nice and the amenities are great (two pools/gym/nice clubhouse). I havent been to many of them but the apartment staff definitely puts together a good number of social/exercise related events each month. Ive enjoyed living here!

Been living here for a few months now, great and easy access to all the great Raleigh spots! Very dog friendly, with amenities galore! The Management team and Maintence are by far the best I have dealt with! Noverlys was able to find me a great apt. at a perfect price!

Absolutely love living at Allister North Hills. Beautiful community, great people and a staff that truly cares about their residents! In the heart of Raleigh where you can walk to food, movies, and shopping. Definitely makes you feel at home, with so many extras.

The Allister Apartments are among the nicest in North Hills with many great amenities as well as community events for its residents. I had a few complications during the end of my lease term and the management team was very helpful in working with me to get the situation resolved.

I currently live here and would recommend it. It is very close to shopping, restaurants, and music. My only complaint is that the ceilings, walls, and floors are not as sound proof as they could be. Overall I am very happy here and will probably renew my lease.

I have lived at the Allister at North Hills for over a year and it has been WONDERFUL! I was hesitant about moving into an apartment but this place has it all! The staff will go above and BEYOND to make sure you are taken care of. The maintenance responds quicker than any place I have ever lived. I would HIGHLY recommend The Allister at North HIlls!!!!
