The management team were attentive to my maintenance needs. The communication between all involved was great. Issues were resolved the same day, or the next day. With my permission, maintenance came while I was away. The work was completed, area left clean, and a work order note was left indicating who and what had been done. Love that the location is walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and fitness clubs. Great amenities - pool, grills, clubhouse, gym, and business center. Complimentary coffee from the espresso machine in the lobby anytime you want. Everythings kept clean. The leasing team is very helpful and accommodating; 2020 was a challenging year and they worked hard to make a lot of positive changes to the community. The maintenance team is top notch. A great place to live!

The staff is amazing, the property is super clean, great location to restaurants and shops! The Best part about this community is the pool and all There great amenities!!

After living here for a year, I can say that this was one of the best apartment communities Ive ever lived in. Unfortunately, covid hit about midway through our lease so we only got to enjoy the amenities and prior to March/mid April)Pros: pool is cleaned regularly. I lived on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool and I constantly saw them running the cleaner throughout the mornings. Maintenance was fantastic. So friendly, so prompt ..hands down, best maintenance guy! Didnt have to call the leasing office often but when I did, they always answered and were friendly.Parking wasnt an issue for me but I lived in the 700 building. Resident activities: they plan such great events to allow residents to get together. This was one feature I LOVED about this community. Even during covid, they tried so hard to keep people engaged!Cons: (no real cons...mainly annoyances) package system was somewhat annoying. Yes, you can hear your neighbors above but I was lucky enough to have pretty respectful neighbors who didnt stomp. Some stairways or doorways would smell like dog urine.Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would recommend living here.

The office staff is amazing and so helpful! They genuinely care about their residents and try their very best to resolve all issues in a timely manner! Kiley Ballard goes above and beyond to make everyone feel like they are truly at home and is so friendly to everyone.

Paid 50 dollars to do credit check. After being approved I was told I need a note for my service dog and they need to contact my doctors office.They had an entire month to do this. My doctors office said they never called. Keep in mind I moved multiple times never had issue with my doctor. After getting close to move in time I called she said she would get back to me and so I waited. I got a call day before move in saying she never received note from my doctor. Not only did she lie and say she never had my number but basically blew me off. My number is on application and she called me quite a few times prior to meeting me. So either she dont like handicap people or black people either way it was a bad experience.

Overall, its nice and it does what you pay for it to do.A few things:They do not tow meaning everyone and their mother parks in front of building 710. Drive by any night of the week & you will see what Im talking about - PARKING IS TERRIBLE.Elevators are slow. Walls are paper thin. Pool is large. Maintenance men are great. Office staff never answer the phone. Balcony is small. Parcel lockers are terrible - delivery drivers dont know how to follow simple instructions. Was much easier when they could leave packages in the front office.

The apartment manager and her team work hard to be responsive and create a sense of community. They sponsor several social events each month that are fun and allow you to get to know your neighbors. I only had to talk to the manager twice over the course of the year about minor things and both were satisfactorily addressed immediately.There is a really nice pool, well equipped gym and an exercise room with stationary bikes. All that and the location is great. You’re close to restaurants, grocery stores, triangle town center and many other amenities.Overall it’s a great community and a great place to live.

Truly enjoyed my time within this community. The amenities and location was superior. In addition, the staff has a high regard for customer service. The community events from the CARES Team was excellent as well.Very Clean and Modern.

Every place will have its pros and cons. Ive listed some below:Pros: Nice amenities. Good location. Big island in the kitchen. Maintenance people are good. Pretty new construction. Large living room in one bedroom apt. Nice pool.Cons: walls are PAPER THIN. Jesus Christ - when you walk down the hallway, you can hear people talking from inside of their apartment. You hear every word. Good luck if you have people living above you. Its expensive for what you get. The elevator is slow. Parking sucks - especially at night & close to the office buildings. Balcony is small.

Love living here. All the amenities are great, love the Starbucks coffee bar and location. The buildings are always clean and the staff is nice and friendly and does a great job with any issues I have had. I really enjoy all the residents events each month.

I have been here since the day it opened and I can say it was worth the wait!! The grounds are clean, the staff is always helpful, and The Cares Team is absolutely awesome. I would stay here a few more years if I didnt want a house!

Very friendly staff that is willing to assist at all times. When I moved in I had 4 suit cases with me and the Property Manager walked them over to my apartment even though I told her she didnt have to. The location is great. Being able to walk to Fresh Market is a big plus. The gym is fantastic. Im also loving the free starbucks coffee in the club house.

I started looking at these apartments while they were being built, and from day one the staff have made the experience of moving feel like a piece of cake. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciated that, as this was my first apartment away from home. From the monthly activities, to the times where I might just need some advice or a laugh, the ladies at the leasing office have been blessings and always try to make sure the residents are living in the most comfortable environment possible. Overall this community is very much a familial feel, and you will be waved at, spoken to, and greeted daily. You will not be disappointed in choosing to live here!

I was visiting a friend who is a new resident to this facility. After respectfully and quietly enjoying 1-2 drinks at the pool, we were escorted out by the Raleigh police because we had more than 2 guests. My friend who is the resident was never told of this rule, and the fact that this facility felt the need to call the police to escort a few young girls out is absolutely disrespectful and unnecessary. I will not be recommending this facility to any of my friends looking to move to this area.

Had an incident with our apartment location and the staff at meridian went above and beyond to help me. Both Karry and Chantal assisted us with our problem after only living here for 2 weeks. I could have not asked for a better and quicker response. We love the amenities and everything Meridian has to offer, and having such great people working here that look out for the well-being and comfort of their residents goes way beyond my expectations. The staff has been great even since before we moved in. Have not experienced this kind of customer service/ helpfulness anywhere else. They have also responded to maintenance requests quickly and are always willing to listen to the issues and concerns of all residents.

Do not recommend this apartment for anyone,for the following reasons.Walls are paper thin and so are ceilings, I can hear everything including; when the people above me use the restroom, take a shower, roll around in their bed...everything. Even when you walk through the halls you can hear the conversations going on in the apartments.The amount of money you pay to live here is absolutely ridiculous because all of the amenities are so restricted and theyre are so many rules that follow them.The leasing office staff is probably one of the worst I have ever dealt with. So rude, so unprofessional. I feel uncomfortable even going into the office. I CAN NOT wait for my lease to be up. When there is a problem that needs to be adressed they just dont know how to deal with it in an appropriate manner. And when you have a problem and address it, they just dont care.Highest recommendation, save your money. Or find any other luxury apartment, this one is not worth the money.

Beautiful properties with amazing amenities. Within walking distance of a ton of places and they got me in in two days! Staff went above and beyond to help out me get an apartment ASAP.

The apartment manager is horrible the staff does not clean up behind the animals. They leave dog hair all over the elevator and they don’t clean up the bowels outside. If your looking for real luxury this is a cheap knock off version.

I have really enjoyed my experience so far at MSS. Spacious apartments, tons of amenities, helpful and efficient office team, beautiful landscaping and tucked away from the main road so overall quiet. Access to 540 and 440 is great and tons of shopping, fitness and restaurants within walking distance.

Poor MANAGEMENTThe walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbor wake up and take a shower every morning. It’s a lot of dogs, not a lot of clean up. The office staff is horrible so I don’t bother talking with them anymore. Paying this much to live here is a joke, Management never does anything and is unprofessional. Calling this place luxury is far fetched.

It was a horrible, people were letting their pets urinate and poop in the hallways and management sent out multiple notices and letters with no real solution to the issue. My packages always went missing and while the 2nd elevator stayed out of order, the main elevator was either never completed or vandalized. The door is supposed to be card only but the call box is broken. Then Maintenance came into my home about an issue around (10:30pm). Poor Management(If you are a MANAGER do not fib about notices that were in fact sent out to EVERYONE about the animals using the bathroom in the hallways.. It’s just a fact). Fix the issue not argue with people, it’s simply unprofessional.

Main elevator never completed, walls paper thin, always trash and dog hair everywhere on the main floor, and in the elevator. Animals pee in the hallways and right outside main entrance ... New Management is needed

Noisy, lots of dogs with no leashes even pits, thin floors and walls. You will hear everything going on with your neighbors above and next to you. Not worth cost
