I moved into these apartments last year. I know I can always count on Luis if there is an issue. He always get things handled quickly. Thank you for always taking the time to listen and making sure the issue is handled. I would recommend moving here if you are looking for an apartment.

This is a horrible place to place to live. It is completely overpriced for a worn out, roach infested, overcrowded, no amenity, rude unprofessional management apartment complex. The maintenance guy is only there twice a week, if lucky, and you can have a non-working appliance for over two months before he shows. We called the emergency line when the upstairs apartment flooded ours with toilet water and it took them three weeks to respond. You are not allowed to exist outside of the walls of your apartment without threats of eviction, which is the only proactive form of communication from management. We had many things stolen while living there, neighbors are extremely loud with paper thin walls, there is no storage spaces at all, and dog feces covering the entire lawn. And best of all, our neighbor was shot in his apartment.

Has changed ownership a few times in recent years. Office only open two days a week. They refer everything to one of their “sister properties” but they don’t answer either. Emergency maintenance does not answer or return calls. Staff is always changing. They raised rent DURING the lease. I gave advanced written notice I was moving out. Paid rent up to the day I was leaving. They still sent me a notice of default wanting rent for the whole month and late fees. Save yourself a lot of head ache. Go elsewhere.

Nice and very straightforward people. Excellent apartment quality and an excellent deal.Just be aware of your contract because we ran into many expensive issues when I finally got full time work. Slate Canyon punishes success and kicked us out of our apartment, but we still had to pay rent on it until the spot was filled. It would have been less expensive in the end to live somewhere with rent $200-300 higher. However, if theres no possible way your circumstances will change through the first 6 months of your contract, this may be the perfect place for you.

We have loved living here. There was a recent change in ownership that was a little rocky but since then it has been great.PROS:- The maintenance guy is as on top of it as he can be but he maintains more than one complex, so I can be too hard on him.- The apartments themselves are fairly spacious for small families (my spouse & I, 3yo, baby) and they are kept in great condition.- There is two play areas for children & lots of kids in the complex to play with.- Washer & dryer hookups in each apartmentCONS:- The manager is extremely hard to get in touch with and even if you do, she isnt very helpful.- I have heard another tenant complain that their water heater kept going out (and that management was hard to work with about it) but that hasnt happened once to us.- The walls are thin enough where if youre quiet, you can hear your neighbors television or talking.- Rent has gone up $100 since we have lived here for 2 years.Overall, I would recommend these apartments for families of 5 or smaller.

Great property, really nice manager and the maintenance staff takes care of any maintenance requests right away. The apartments are cute and my kids love the play area.

The people who run the place are so nice and very understanding. The Apartments are clean and well maintained. The biggest problem is how thin the walls are. You can hear everything the people around you are doing. When someone walks up the stairs it is like they are stomping as hard as they can, which they arent. And you can hear it when the people above you are just talking. If noise is not something that bothers you, these are great apartments at a great price. If noise bothers you, do not rent here.

Although the rent prices seem to get higher and higher (without any improvements on the units) these are a deal for Provo. We were quite happy living here for several years, especially because of the proximity to BYU. The new maintenance guy is great and things were always fixed in a timely manner. Management is trying to make improvements, but some obvious things have been overlooked. The grounds are generally tidy but the bark in the play areas is disgusting - grows fungus, harbors bugs, and is rotting. It needs to be replaced! Despite our happy years we were relieved to leave at the end - new renters are getting sketchier and sketchier. Cops were there more often in our last three months (Feb-May 2017) than in the all the other years combined!

We lived there for 2 years 2016-18. Owners sold the property to the current owners about three months into our lease. 6 months into our lease the new owners started this program where you could pay your rent online, so we started paying that way.In March 2018 my wife paid the rent online and for some reason their system took two months worth of rent. When I called to get and explanation as to why two months were taken out of my bank account the manager said you paid two months, so now you dont have to worrie about next month I asked her who pays months in advance.....she said obviously you do.In April we decided to pay with a money order...at the same time we turn in our 30 days notice since we had just bought a house. Well hold and behold I get a call from the office saying we had not paid aprils rent yet. I told her my wife had turn in the money order with our 30 day notice, her reply was we got the 30 day notice but no money order. We had to go to the office and show her our end recip from the money order and even then she told my wife that if they couldnt find it we would need to go back to where we purchase it and have them cancel that money order and get a new one. They ended up finding it after two weeks.Overall the apartment was good. The maintenance guy is a top notch guy...the best asset they have.Wish I could say the same about all the office staff. Keep records of EVERYTHING.Im waiting for my final move out bill....lets see what they want to charge from my deposit. Im sure they will be hearing from me again.

Dont go there! I lived there for 3 years, never had late payment, never had a complaint called on me and when I try to move I left my forwarding address, my keys, my deposit and everything for them to get back to me. 90 days later they sent me to collections without a notice, wont contact me, wont answer my phone calls and wont clear this up. They over charge for their rent, they changed the rent three times in 6 months and they were rude. Kids were breaking into cars there was vandalism and no one would do anything about it. This was the worst place Ive ever lived.

Perfect place for those of us without a fortune, yet not drowning in debt. The manager is fantastic! Walls are a little thin, but the neighbors are pretty well mannered. Rumors of theft in the area...not really a rumor...lock your car doors (our non-functional gps was stolen).
