I love living at Cambridge Court! My husband and I are going on our second year of living here and it is the perfect size for just the two of us. The location is right by many restaurants, grocery stores, and close to the university I attend. We love that there is so much storage in this apartment because we have A LOT of stuff! It may not be a brand new complex, but it is nice and affordable. I wouldnt choose anywhere else to live for the stage we are at in life!

By far the best place weve ever lived. The apartments are clean and ours was renovated recently. The community is great. Onsite amenities are great as well (laundry, lounge, gym, etc.) and the management is the best management Ive worked with in a long time. Rent is paid through a professional and convenient online platform. My wife and I want to live here until graduation!

Lived here from summer 2018 to summer 2019 - 3rd floor apartment - it was great. Never had any problems with mold. Maintenance was super quick to respond and swift to fix the issues. Rent was extremely affordable for the location, and much better by comparison to other similar apartments in the area. It was slightly annoying to walk to the laundry room every time for laundry, but hey for the price we paid for rent it was well worth it.

We lived here for two years and it is a great place! Ive been seeing lots of things about mold and honestly its totally avoidable, dont even worry about it. Just wipe the windows every so often. It was very clean and beautiful when we moved in and even had a packet outlining clearly how to keep your apartment mold free! It was truly awesome, we only moved because we wanted to up-size, but it was a great home. The girls in the office were always very nice as well. Move here if you can!

We loved living at Cambridge Court. Sure, it is a bit older, but the proximity to campus and rent makes up for it. Every time we had a problem, maintenance was there within 24 hours. Amazing. Problems with mold can be handled easily with ventilation and cleanliness. Would highly recommend to newly weds. Parking spots are tight but easily doable.

This place is a perfect first home for married couples if you are a BYU student! It’s only a 15 minute walk to campus and incredibly close to CVS, Target, and tons of fast food chains. My wife and I personally loved the garden plots they let residents reserve in the summer time. The management is usually always willing to work with residents and solve any concerns that might arise. If you have two cars parking can be tricky because only the first parking spot is guaranteed but other than that it’s a great first home. My wife and I lived there close to 8 or so months and we never had any problems with mold.

Writing about my experience applying to live here. Found it online and started the application. Theres a $50 application fee, so I decided to go tour it before paying for anything. I scheduled an appointment on their website, but when I got there no record of that scheduling was present. The management was nice, which is why Im giving it 2 stars instead of 1. After the tour they asked if we had applied. I told them I hadnt because of the fee. They then let me know that the wait list was over 60 people long, and we most likely wouldnt get on. Very unclear and deceptive website and application with no way to know about the length of the wait list. The process seems to want to just pull money out of you without informing you of actual availability.

Great place to start off married life. We have loved living here and think it is an amazing place to live. Several things I will say however are we hate that the maintenance will show up without notice and will knock and if you dont respond after the first knock they will open your door and if you are in your underwear I hope you dont mind. Parking is hard to find and spots are very narrow so I have many new dents in my car since moving here. Dont leave things on your porch or they will get stolen as we had several things stolen. Apartment in itself inside is great, we had no problems with that. Just be wary of the parking, theft from your front porch and car, and maintenance will come without notice. Management has changed many times since moving here but they all seem very caring and concerned to make everyone happy.

My wife and I love it here! The management is great, the rent isnt outrageous (like all other married housing in Provo), and the complex is only a 10-minute walk to BYU campus. There is also a bus that passes across the street and goes to UVU. Great ward and community as well!

My husband & I lived here for a year and liked it. You are getting what you are paying for- they are pretty small, and old, but that’s just like everything else in Provo. The management always worked with us, and we didn’t really have any problems with anything breaking, etc. My only problem is that they had issues with mold in the past, and there was mold growing in our apartment too.

I lived here for ten years between 2010 and 2020.Management is enthusiastic about keeping the units, equipment, and amenities in excellent repair. The leases had some changes over the years but consistently never went the nickle and dime route. We could have painted the walls fuscia and had wall anchored shelving if wed wanted to.They never criticized or insisted we change anything about our unit, didnt force us to move to a different unit so they could renovate. In the time we stayed there they furnished an entirely new wall unit heater/ac and a new fridge. A large enough fridge that I couldnt easily reach anything placed on top of it and my height is completely average. On site maintenance handled any emergency 24/7. Resident managers consistently were there to handle if I needed a parking pass for a visitor. Google Fiber keeps coming by the on-site office with donuts to share. Lindsey and Rachel were the last two managers we had and they always made us feel welcome and listened to. Only twice in the entire 10 year period were there ever any issues involving other tenants that I spoke to management about. The bathroom is deceptively large, the counter space quite generous. The small wire coil heater in there means no cold keasters for middle of the night calls of nature. The kitchenette doesnt scrimp on counter space or storage either. On the second floor the insulation of the surrounding building sometimes was so effective that our power bill would be negligible in the winter. And theres an actual birds nest outside our window. We were able to fit two dressers, a queen sized bed, and a crib in the bedroom. The website is easy to navigate even on mobile and has a function for everything from maintenance requests to amenity reservations. The owner also owns the nearby Glenwood complex and allows residents of Cambridge Court to enjoy the pool and hot tub literally across the street. Occasionally we were even able to use their overflow parking lot temporarily.I could go on with how happy we were there and how much well miss living with them but this review is really long and I need to charge my phone.

Wonderful place to live. The Management is very nice and knowledgeable. They will repair anything. Every apartment has a working kitchen fan that ought to be run daily. It is so nice that the management keeps them working for us so that we can avoid mildew and mold growing from a humid apartment. LOVE IT!The cabinetry is a little old fashioned, but is still in good condition. Sure it would be great if it was all redone with new modern styles, but what can I expect? Its a rental. If I want to customize everything then I can buy my own condo or house or something.

It is pretty nice one room apartment for married couples. The quality is much nicer when you compare this apt to other places in orem/provo area with the same rent price We did many researches here and there before we decided to move in here .Rachel and Lindsey, who are the property staffs, they both were very helpful and kind. They were very patience with us when we were moving in they were willing to answer all of our questions haha. This place were kept nice but had some problems with the light switches and dust problems that were left by the previous tenants, but I loved how you let the property staffs know, then the maintenance person and the cleaning person will get it fixed on the same day or the next dayThe office and on-site laundry room is in a close distance from any part of the apt. Also, we love the underground parking spot when especially snowing in the winterAnd the neighbor is pretty quiet, we live on 3rd floor and we dont hear anyone next door or down stairs like walking up the stairs, opening closing the front door, or any talking voices .In overall, I love this place compare to other complex with the same rent price.

My husband and I have lived here about 7 months, and every month we have issues with rent being pulled on the first as they say it will be. The money is always in the account, yet it’s not pulled, and we get charged fees for this. My husband lived in the sister property across the street, the Glenwood apartments, and was charged his rent every month in the first without fail. The management has been giving us grief in this, and when we moved in, our apartment was in utter disrepair. The maintenance takes too long to get to your apartment. When we moved in, our oven heat seal was broken along with the stovetop itself. They came in twice to fix it, said it was nothing, and left. We couldn’t cook with our oven for over two months until they got us a new one after repetitive pestering. I would like to give a better review, however, at this time, I will not unless changes are made.

Alrighty - lived here for two and a half months so far and really just have no reason to give it anything besides a 5. Management is great, no worries there as they are very easy to work with. For the price, I really think youre getting one of the best deals in Provo. Close to campus (a little walking is even good for you), beautiful grounds, hakuna matata. Maintenance has been quick for us so theres another plus. I only have two grievances (but these wont affect my rating) - the tight parking spaces and the animals. Parking spaces themselves are really tight and can make it difficult to park - heres to the guy that parks on the line and then ends up taking TWO spots. And I think they say they are ananimal free complex, but I think literally every other couple has a dog. It kinda blows my mind actually. I get it, some people have an emotional support animal and need them, but half the tenants? There are dog waste baggie stations everywhere and every few days I have to pass the scent of something horrid right outside because people dont clean up. Ive tracked that darn stuff into my apartment and thats enough to turn your day sour. Anyway, on a more positive side, for a starter home, its really pretty great. Its not musty, not old, not moldy like people say, so what Im saying is, its not like most of the apartments south of campus. Also, Im kinda tall, and the shower head isnt like some of those showers in the other complexes where it only goes as high as your lower back - it actually is tall enough for me to stand under. That was a make it or break it folks. So, there you have it, this is you place. Or, as Brigham Young would say, This is the Place.

My wife and I lived here for a year and a half, and we think they are good apartments for married couples just starting out. Its close to campus and management is generally pretty helpful. However, there are a lot of cons about this place. There is no central air which makes for very cold winters and hot summers. This also adds to the black mold problem that ive seen a lot of other apartments deal with as well as ours. Very small apartments in general and really old/inefficient appliances. The laundry room machines are pretty bad and are always in need of maintenance. The only real amenity I would say is the lounge which is actually pretty nice. We could also hear our neighbors both next to us and above us constantly.Overall it wasnt a horrible experience for us, but there are definitely better options out there.

DO NOT EVER LIVE HERE. When we moved in, there was a TON of mold in the bathroom. They left a TV mount on the wall in the bedroom, and you could still see the old paint color the apartment used to have. You’d think three days would be enough to clean, but apparently they’re just super lazy. When we tried to get them to take care of the constant mold that was growing everywhere, they just came and bleached it, and refused to have a third party company come and take a look at it. A temporary solution to a huge problem. They only have an “out of sight, out of mind” mentality, and it resulted in my wife having a lot of health issues. To top it all off, they took $150 out of our deposit because they claimed it was “non-refundable”, when I asked them straight up before we signed the contract if any of it was non-refundable and the manager said no. That manager quit and a new one came in, and apparently decided to take our money.Seriously, DO NOT live here. There’s much better apartment complexes that’ll at least be honest with you. We moved out about a week ago to a place where we have to pay about $100 more every month, and you won’t believe how much it was worth it.

We have been here for 6 months, and overall its pretty good. No problems really. Our stove went a little crazy. I just went online on the app and scheduled a maintenance and they fixed it. Kinda pricey for a one bedroom, but if you work at the hospital its awesome! The underground parking is nice as well. Even though some of the spaces are small. No big deal though. Kinda stinks that the laundry is in another building, but its open 24/7. Sometimes some of the machines do not work at the laundry room, but for the most part its clean and good in there. As for the inside of the apartment, its alright, carpet is a little old but not crazy bad. Buy a nice rug and cover the bad spots. Your not gonna die. For newly weds I think it was an excellent spot to first live. The management is pretty well. You can pay your rent on the 5th even though its due on the 1st, and they wont charge you a late fee.

I dont have anything against Cambridge Court, but I appreciate honest reviews so I thought Id leave mine. My husband and I lived here for 8 months, it was a good starter apartment, but probably would have moved if we had to be in Provo any longer.PROS-The student married ward is awesome-Close to BYU campus-The new management is really on top of things-Big walk in closet-You can use the pool across the street @ Glenwood Apts-A lot of cupboard space-Never heard our neighbors-They make the move out process really simple! We didnt have to deep clean anything.CONS-Hard to find parking at night and the spaces are extremely tight-You have to pay for parking. (So having 2 cars sucks) an extra $25/mo-Ancient carpet & appliances-Washers & dryers always needing maintenance-We lived on the 3rd floor, which during the summer is MISERABLE. There is no way to cool your room from the wall unit in the living room so you have to get creative.-They have a black mold problem so you have to keep windows open and use the exhaust fan when you shower and cook- which in the winter makes it even colder in your apartment.-Tight, small quarters- Random fee for replacing the stove burners (which they apparently do for every move out- but we had only lived there for 8 months and they were in perfect condition). Oh well.-Overpriced (compared to some other places we found which had nicer everything, a washer and dryer in unit, and central cooling + cable- but we couldnt get into)Hope this helps!

My wife and I have only been here a few weeks. The location is fine, the rent is fine, we have no immediate issues except for the parking, and ill be honest, its a nightmare to work around. I do take the accountability of not initially realizing we would not receive 2 permits for parking in the lot, only 1, but I do feel that this is generally unacceptable. I feel most couples or even small families living at Cambridge have more than one car. I fear we are going to be on the wait list a few months waiting for this second permit.Management was not really a huge help in answering questions about what I should do with my car, as my wife is the one who is having her car at the Cambridge parking lot. Each night since moving in we have to drive both cars to a location 1-2 miles away, try to find a location to park my car in congested Provo (a lot of the time it takes 10-20 minutes), and drive back home with my wife in her car. The next morning we take her car to wherever my car was placed (usually on a side street) and then back track to work and school.I do not mean to leave such a bad review but I do feel like people should know when they move to Cambridge what they should be looking forward to.As to notify management as well, Ill have to leave a review on each review platform (yellow pages, yelp, etc.) and hope this can be resolved soon!

The mold problem is real. The managers have been nice so far, and I would have recommended it in the past, but lately Ive been rather sick because of the heavy amounts of black mold growing on my windowsills (despite my attempts to clean it with bleach). If you try to approach them about it, they claim that the solution is to open the windows (in the dead of winter, by the way) for 15 minutes every day to air out the apartment. They tell you this when you move in. This should be a clear sign that theyre attempting to avoid litigation by slapping a contract on you when you move in, and that they are aware of the problem and have not fixed it properly. I do not think that this contract would be enforceable in court and if I wasnt planning on leaving in the next couple of months I would take them to court over it.The management is nice, and the apartments would be decent if it wasnt for the mold problem. But at this point, I dont even feel comfortable fighting them over it because I know theyre going to try to waive their responsibility. And that, in my book, is ethically wrong, even if they would lose profitability by fixing such an important health issue. Do not live here.

I almost had a spinal tap done because the Dr. thought I had meningitis. The owner laughed at me when I told her. The management is very difficult to deal with. DO NOT MOVE HERE! If youre newly married and trying to finish school and just need a place to live for a bit, these apartments are pretty okay. The location is super nice, surrounded by restaurants and only a mile from BYU, it was very easy for me to walk to school everyday. The apartments are pretty small, but they have a pretty open floor plan so that helps. All your utilities are included in your rent except electric so theyre pretty affordable. The management was really friendly and helpful as well and always replied to emails and phone calls quickly. The amenities were always clean and convenient; they have a lounge you can reserve for parties or game nights that we used a couple times and it was always really fun and easy to reserve. I used the fitness room nearly everyday and I thought it was always really clean. It could get a little crowded at times since it was small, but it was usually okay. The underground parking is really nice, especially in the winter. But its definitely a hot spot for crime because its so hidden. Our car got broken into twice and my husband actually caught someone in the act of robbing another car and called the police and caught the guy. So dont keep any valuables in your car for sure or dont park it underground.I had a few issues with the place, some more serious than others. One minor annoyance is the floors and ceilings are super thin so you can hear everything going on above you and everyone below you can hear you as well. But like I said, pretty minor thing.I, like many other reviews on here, do have to comment on the mold issue. Its definitely a real problem. Every three months or so I would have to take heavy duty mold root killer and spray down the border of the windows. The mold would grow so thick there that I could actually peel it off like wrapping paper after it was sprayed. I never personally suffered any adverse health effects from it, but the smell of mold in the apartment was extreme. I would feel embarrassed to have people over a lot because they would always comment on how bad it smelled. If I could keep all my windows open 24/7 then it would smell fine, but if the weather didnt permit me opening windows, even with the fans running, the smell would just get stronger and stronger. Upon moving out, we had to wash every article of clothing we owned because the smell had permeated our clothes and frankly they were unwearable. My last and biggest issue was towards to end of us living there, maintenance would just start entering our apartment unannounced. For the two years we lived there it was never a problem until about the last month before we moved out. There were times where I would be still in bed or half-dressed from the shower and maintenance guys would just open the door and come into my apartment and it would scare me to death. I know two times it happened werent technically their maintenance team and instead were a third party team of window installer people, but a little notice would have been nice before 6 giant men thundered into my apartment unannounced. Like I said it only happened right before we moved out, so maybe they got it under control and its no longer an issue. So would I live there again if I had to go back and do it over? Yeah I probably would. The price and location really are killer for students and the management team is really, really nice. Would I live there as a non-student long term? Nah. But just as a place for a year or two, its really not bad and there are definitely a lot worse.

The biggest issue we had was they charged us an extra months rent when our contract was expired because we didnt let them know we were moving out. Isnt that what an expired contract means? If your food expires do you keep it another month in the fridge because it didnt tell you it was leaving?Overall, I would suggest trying to find somewhere else.
