We have lived in on-campus hosing for a while now, and we have actually grown to like it more than when we moved in. They have been really quick to fix things like:1. Replace light fixtures2. Replace wand unclog the drain3. Unclog the toilet4. Fix a lock5. Replace keysIt is a good price for what you get.
Easy to get to and very cute apartments!
BYU Campus Housing is very letter of the law. They will not tolerate any accommodations or work with you if you are in a tight spot. I always paid my bills on time and paying for rent was not the issue. I just requested to extend my lease a couple of months until I move to California for a job. The answer was a big no, and they would not work with me at all. I will be homeless in a few weeks and I cannot afford to go to California early. I guess their rules are more important than helping their students. I wonder if Christ would force me to be homeless. I dont think there is any Christlike people at BYU Campus Housing.
The people who run this organization really care about making sure the students have the best time possible at BYU. Call in if you have questions, the pffice staff will be glad to help.
To be honest Ive never even been there but for some reason I was asked to review it. The housing in the mtc isnt horrible and I like BYU so 5 stars!
For being called campus accommodations theyre very unaccomodating. Trying to do anything with then is a pain and they are never willing to change anything without a fight.
Love absolutely everything about the environment. The people are great, the family environment is fun, and its all around cozy!
Wymount really is not so bad! Its close to campus, theres a shuttle that takes you to campus as well, so you save gas, its pretty quiet, the Ward is great, and the pricing really is not too bad compared to other places. The only slight downside is that there is no dishwasher, you have to pay for laundry, and its kind of old. The laundry though really is not that bad and the facility is not far away either. You get used to not having a dishwasher and its Provo, so most cheap places are kind of old. You also only pay for electricity, so in the winter when the cinder block walls get really cold, you can crack up the heat knowing you dont have to pay for it. We did have to get a space heater for our room, because the vent in there is just not great at heating the room.
The walls were cold so it made it nice to sleep
I had a negative experience with them when they forcefully removed me from my apartment with only 24 hour notice.
Clean, and comfortable, nice staff
