I highly recommend this place. I have been looking for a good place to have my nails done in the area for a long time. I am very picky and particular with my cuticles and Lucy did an amazing job. Ive never seen someone who is so meticulous with the cuticles. She checked my cuticles several times to make sure they were perfect. I mentioned to her that my nail polish usually chips 2 days after, so she took the time to paint all the edges first and put two layers of top coat. 7 days later and my nails are still the same, no chipping. This is the first time that my nails last so long! Hands down the best nail place that Ive ever been in this area! I will be definitely going back and will recommend to all my friends!! Thank you! 😊

Alex is amazing! Everyone here is so kind and professional. I truly have never gotten such an amazing pedicure. They take time to take care of you and are more than accommodating. I highly recommend! My pedicures have never lasted as long as they do when I get them done at Herbal Nails!

My nails were rushed and really messy even though I had an appointment. I waited 40 minutes for rushed, uneven nails with paintless gaps. These pictures are minutes after I got them done.

Ive been coming here for three months and ALWAYS get great service. So far Ive had three different people give me a pedicure and dip nails. They are meticulous and want to make sure I am happy with the service before I leave. I do recommend making an appointment because they are so busy.

This was my 2nd time coming here. The first time was a few days before they closed because of covid. The first time I got a full set, and I was very pleased with the staff, the cleanliness, and how my nails turned out. I went again about a week ago, and the staff (friendliness) and cleanliness were still a 10 out of 10. My nails on the other hand were horrible. 8 out of 10 of my nails are croaked, and the guy that did them wouldnt stop squeezing my fingers. He squeezed them so tight I kept snatching away from him, and hours after I left my fingers were still in pain. Im giving 3 stars because I know this place has great potential, and worth going to if you get the right nail tech.

This is our 3rd time here at herbal nails we was very pleased with the last 2 visits, but after last time I had the new nail tech I wasn’t happy with her at all. She cuts me so many times that It got swollen i had to pulled my hands back because she didn’t understand what I was saying at all. I don’t think we will come back very disappointed

Just went for my third time last week, the first two times I went I was able to show them a picture of what I wanted and they were easily able to do it perfectly. Lan does a AMAZING job, can complete the nails fast but with quality and is always asking me if I’m happy with what I have before moving to the next step. Everybody go see Lan!

Great place! I came in to get pedis for my husband and I for his birthday 😊 The staff was so friendly, everything was clean and their pedis are AMAZING 💯 We were so relaxed afterwards and they used great smelling products! And the hot stones were the best thing ever 🥰 Absolutely going back when I come up to visit the area

I have been to plenty nail solons through the years, I am from Columbus Ohio and this place far succeeded any expectations. The quality of the work they do is amazing, I just got a gel polish change, my daughter got a fill and gel polish with design and let me say they are truly flawless. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and during this epidemic we are all going through, all of the sanitary precautions they are taking truly shows they are taking things serious. I could go on and on about this place they are fantastic!!! I wish we had one back home... Keep up the good work☺️

I just got my nails done here by Lan and she did an AMAZING job, I never want anyone else to do my nails again! I went in with a pretty detailed flame design and she did it perfectly! The shape is amazing as well as the design and Lan is so nice:) every other place I’ve gone to they barely have conversations with you but she actually took to time to talk to us and made it very enjoyable:))!

I highly recommend Herbal Nails, I and my boyfriend was visiting Portsmouth for a short vacation, we decided to get ourself pampered before hitting 5hours drive. As most people do, I did a small research about good salons in town and we found Herbal Nails. I and my boyfriend both got a special unique Pedicure ( Ultimate Organic Herbal pedicure). Our legs were wrapped up with all the mixing hers, I never had this kind of Pedi before, it was amazing, relaxing, the massage was good with warm rocks. We really enjoyed it!!!!!. Thanks, Herbal Nails for giving us such a wonderful experience.Its a real hidden gem salon.

I took my sister here last week to get her nails done she said she got the new girl, the girl refused to do what my sis had asked for plus her table was very dirty it was very dusty and greasy. After my sister had points out that her nails were crooked the girl totally ignored her, we will not returning to this salon again

After trying almost every nail salon around Portsmouth I’m so glad to have found Herbal Nails!! Lan and Belle do amazing every single time and I never leave without feeling great! I haven’t had appointments with the other girls there but everyone is so friendly and welcoming. My friend and I go after work and they’re always on time with our appointments. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

This place is great! Clean and inviting. They did a great job on my gel manicure and took the time to paint an extra coat for good measure. They are cheaper then a lot of the high scale salons in the area and in my opinion do a much better job with attention to detail. I will absolutely be back.

A simple and elegant nail salon!! They are taking the nail experience to the next level with herbals and safety. The herbals to make your pedicure uniquely yours and fabulous. If you ever question how clean the tubs are for your pedicures no worries, here, they line all the tubs with plastic. You get your own box of nail file and buffer sponge. Last but not least, all nail clipper and cuticle trimmers are sanitized. Finally, Amy, Kyle, Rose and Anna are absolutely amazing.They are very friendly and remember your name. Super clean. Talented techs. Phone rings off the wall, but they manage to keep everyone feeling pampered. Best to make an appointment. My daughter asked for gel ombré and Lan did an incredible job—blue and white gradient color that looked like a gorgeous sunny sky. Very cool!
