I was very impressed with the excellent customer service during the scheduling of my appointment to have a pedicure for my 4 year old granddaughter and myself. All of the staff we interacted with were extremely friendly and attentive. They made my granddaughter feel very special for her first mani/pedi. I was in dire need of a good pedicure and they did not disappoint. I will definitely use their services again.

TK and Wendy are professional business owners. They know their passion. Music is playing in the salon and I asked Wendy about it and she said she liked Michael Jackson and others. I proceeded to ask her if she could dance and she responded no. Everyone is creative and all of us can dance. I didnt ask if TK could. Smile! Nice techs too.

They were very friendly and professional. My daughter and I really enjoyed our pedicure and getting our nails done together. This was my daughters first time shes 9 and they made both of us feel welcomed.So glad I chose them for our first experience together. I will definately be back!! ❤ ❤ ❤

This is one of the best nail care shops I have been to. Wendy is so caring and attentive with even the simplest of designs. She is a really sweet person, in general. Overall, the shop is very clean. They listen to exactly what you want and deliver accordingly.

I went in for a full set about 2 months ago and the man who did my nails was super rough. My nail beds were bleeding by the time we finished. Idk how to post a photo, but I took pics of my bleeding nail beds. I didnt feel comfortable going back so I went elsewhere for a better set.

My barber Steve Alston recommended One on One Care Salon. My visit was great, my Tec Windy was the best Tec I have had in years. I felt very at home with her, yes I highly recommend One on One and yes I have made this my new place of business.

They are clean, professional, reasonably priced, on time, prompt with their response for appointment requests. *Note: they do take walk-ins (obviously not right after being closed for Covid-19) but they normally do welcome them.Good quality and a good value.Would and have recommended their services to co-workers, family and friends.

Great hairdressers with years and years of experience

First off I just want to say thank you so much for opening up an appointment for me this past weekend at the last minute. I am from Virginia but I live out of town. I googled this salon and the reviews drew me in. I knew I was taking a chance at trying to get in for an appt just 2 days before Saturday for my nails and pedicure. But they made it happen. The salon is gorgeous on the inside. The atmosphere is pleasant. The staff talks to you respectfully. Though I was a last minute appointment they squeezed in. The absolutely did not make me feel that way. I had the best one on one service! They took their time on my pedicure and on my nails. I did not feel rushed not one bit. They pay awesome attention to detail when doing your nails. I felt like they wanted my nails to look perfect. They take pride in their work. I LOVE the fact that it’s by appointment. I did not feel like I was in an assembly line at a distribution company. It was all about me during my appointment. They give military discount everyday. I was overall pleased and that’s raw when going into nails salons. This will be my new favorite permanent nail salon when I come home to visit once a month. Thank you all again for taking me in. I truly appreciate it. I’m a happy client.

My husband and I have been clients of One on One Care Salon for two years, and this establishment has provided exceptional services on each visit. TK and Wendy are prompt, we have never had to wait beyond our appointment time, professional, we never feel rushed, and their manicures and pedicures are top-notch.We have had two appointments since One on One Care Salon reopened after closing for COVID-19, and it is clearly evident that this shop is not flouting government regulations and that, as always, they take the safety of their clients seriously. AWESOME NAIL SALON!!! I visited this salon for the first time yesterday for dip powder service. The young lady who greeted me and, subsequently, wrapped my nails was extremely pleasant and this set the tone for a wonderful experience. Id heard great things about all the staff, but especially TK. He did my nails and they are BEAUTIFUL! I was especially pleased that he took such care to make sure my cuticles were groomed to match the super neat dip powder/polish. I will be returning today for a pedicure and will be recommending them to my sister and mom.

I went here for the first time and they did a great job on my nails, I had a gel manicure. However, the next day my finger around where they cut my cuticles started hurting the next day and ended up swollen, red, and throbbing. Had to have a doctor look at it and I had an infection in my finger. Was put on antibiotics and draining pus out of my finger. I cancelled my next appointment and they refunded my money. Not sure how “clean” their instruments are. I will not go back. And my cuticles were not dry and red until after when they were infected. But thank you for the reply back.

Wow. Clara was AMAZING. Can carry a conversation very well, really treats your head nicely and doesnt dig- she really takes her time and makes sure its right! Super happy with my transformation! Staff turned me away after walking in on Saturday 6-13-20 at 857 am. I told the young lady it was myfirst time there, she said I needed an appointment. I left out then came back because I didn’t understand why they couldn’t just give me an appointment, instead of sending a New customer away. You have a HUGE window sign that says WALK-IN WELCOME, if you could not accommodate that, then set a appointment up for the customer, I don’t know anyone in the shop! Why didn’t she set up an appointment for me?The young man said they were not taking walk-in because of Covid 19, and health regulations, I can understand all of that because I am ICU RN, and I have my own thriving business like yours, but that is not an excuse to dismiss a potential customer and not be courteous unless you are making all the money you need and don’t need anymore customers!!!The ONLY reason I came to your door is because of your reviews, Now I know!!! I have been coming to One on One Salon for 6 years now! I have always had Wendy do my nails and I can’t begin to tell you all how many compliments that I have gotten! I finally convinced my husband to enjoy a pedicure with me. TK does mine and Wendy does my husbands! All my husband can say “If you have never tried it don’t knock it”! They give you One on One personal and great service all the time every time!

I have been coming to TK and Wendy for about 5 1/2 years. They are very sweet and professional. They also have a clean facility. I have always been particular where I went. I enjoy coming here. My daughter also comes here. Even during this COVID 19 situation they are maintaining the rules and regulations by wearing masks, keeping everyone 6 feet apart, wiping everything down after each of us and using the plexiglass shields and having us customers wear masks as well. I highly recommend this salon to anyone.

Been going here for my nails for 4 years. I am totally satisfied with both my pedicure and jell fill ins. I have difficulty walking and Wendy is so thoughtful to help me with my shoes, purse and to get out the door. Highly recommended.

I really wanted to love this place based on other reviews and I was looking for a great nail salon by my house. I booked an appointment online Friday night and I was surprised that they had an appointment the following Saturday morning. I jumped at the opportunity and booked my appointment. I show up 5 minutes early and the man behind the counter tells me he didnt get my appointment and that I must have done something wrong on my side. I showed him the confirmation but he insisted that he didnt have time and I did something wrong. Nice try friend. Lost a potential customer.

I had my hair cut by Clara yesterday for the first time and it was the best cut I have ever had! Recently, I had my hair cut off into a longer a-line type Bob and I was due for a cut. I loved the cut before but now I love it even more. They way she layered it in was a bit different but the same look. I love it! I also saw Lily a few days ago (Clara saw a fb post a recommended Lily, which is how I found Clara). Lily was also amazing! One on One will now be my go-to place!

I had never been to One on One Care Salon, but received a gift certificate for a spa pedicure with Alyssa. The staff was courteous and friendly. Alyssa was very knowledgeable, and professional, and the pedicure was wonderful. I will definitely be returning, and am glad to have found this hidden gem.

I came here for a prenatal massage and walked out on cloud nine. Ive been getting bi-weekly prenatal massage at the big box chains for several months and always felt a little disappointed in the end. I was fortunate enough to receive a gift card to Lilys spa, and will never go anywhere else. This was absolutely, hands down the best massage Ive ever had, and I look forward to my next visit.

I went for a pedicure today with my family. They were great in accomodating a last minute family member add on to existing appointment. Friendly service and easy to converse with while receiving the pedicures. A relaxing and feel good pedicure with hot stones. The polish was done very well.
