Aisha was amazing! She explained her services via messenger before I scheduled my appt. so I could determine what I wanted done. She was friendly and I could tell she prioritizes her customers needs. She takes great pride in her craft and I will definitely return. The shop is being renovated, but was clean and inviting. I cant wait to see the finishing touches and to recommend the business to my friends!

The shop is so cute and clean! The people are nice and friendly! It was very easy to book an appointment. Rose did my nails she made the recommendation to do an acrylic overlay since my nails were already a decent length. She did a great job with my nails and pedicure. I traveled 40 minutes to this salon not sure what to expect. My experience was more than I could have imagine. The owner and the technician were very hospitable and professional. Aisha did my nails and she was awesome. I appreciate the amount of effort put into the finishing product of my nails along with not trying to beat me over the head with the price. This place is affordable and worth your hard working money. I see great things happening for the owner and her business!

The shop has a calming and laid back atmosphere. Alison made my first experience great. The acrylic on my nails were soaked off, not RIPPED off so there would be no damage to my natural nails. I enjoyed her down to earth demeanor and professionalism.

I call them artists. They are creative and knowledgeable about their craft. They listen to your wants and needs. Down to earth and just their customers a great atmosphere to be around. Reasonably priced as well. This is black and veteran owned. I suggest you come get your nails done here.

This is the best nail salon I have been to in Hampton Roads. The owner did my nails herself and really took her time. She was friendly and chatty but not overly so. If you want a place to relax and to feel like a top priority, come here! I will be coming back and bringing friends with me.

Very rude i called a head to make sure they will be able to my nails, nothing outrageous. I walk in and they said they have ppl a head of me and they can’t do my nails anymore but as soon a black lady walked in they told her they will be with her in a minute. All the nail techs weren’t busy so I’m not understanding why they turned me away even after i called. I will never walk in there again. Rude and highly unprofessional. I use to spend a lot of money here but never again

While visiting here, it was not Eddie nor his wife who assisted me, however the wifes sister who assisted me. she was very rude, she didnt say one word to me with the exception can I ask you to pay now she tapped me to get me to put my feet in the water or take them out. My design placed on my big toe as you can see is not even the same. I use to be high fans of Eddie for his sense of humor and loved visiting the shop, however I do not support businesses that provider poor customer service. I can spend my money with business owners who appreciate my support and provide good customer service

Very sad it has now sold.Pretty sure wont be going back, watched transission this visit and the new tech seem disinterested in customers. A girl was waiting while I was getting my nails done, this tech came in from lunch and never asked has she been helped ? Then when another customer came in she totalot ignored the sitting customer.Have been going for 5 plus years because it was in neighborhood and atmosphere was friendly

Personally, I just go in for pedicures. It is jointly owned by a Vietnamese couple who are quite pleasing. Prices are reasonable band you walk away feeling you got your moneys worth.

Got a full set and basic pedi from Eddy. Salon was clean, and everyone was VERY friendly. I don’t spoil myself very often, but glad I chose this salon to go to to do it. Will be back!
