They definitely pick in choose who to service, its not based on first come first serve

Was a long time Nail Affair customer but with recent closings per recommendation went here...Great Service with my pedicure but unfortunately Very busy smaller establishment and Definitely watch who does your Eyebrows...everyone is not the same!!

The guy who did my nails was all over the place! Not focus had to keep taking nails off that he already glued on. I had bubbles in my French tips! I had 3 nails break in the first week!! Never again!!

When lotion dry so were my feet hard around my toes my heels were still rough as when I walked in shop woman that did my pedicure acted like she had something better to do just so unprofessional

This is my go to nail shop for everything. I get my nails, eyelashes, eyebrows and pedi all done here, and they never miss a beat. Always quality work!! They even offer facial treatments. Nancy and Jimmy are among the best in the area.

I wish there was a way to rate 0 I would never recommend Jimmy or this nail shop to anyone STAY AWAY he is the rudest manicurist I have met in my life he is rude I was nicked twice I kept saying it was hurting me and he just ignored me .. I asked for a fill and polish qhen he was finished abusing my hands he didnt even fill them at all they still looked 2 weeks old and the pait was all messed up thick in places and see through in others I was so up at j just left after calming dow I called and spoke with him when he told me he dis his job and i was wrong yelling through the phone so when I told him I would come up and show him he than Said he would fix them but I had to wait until Tuesday mind you this is Thursday so I have to wait for 5 days becuase he is busy with other people... I never went back I just called the bank and refused the charges ... i would never recommend this place or jimmy!!!!!

Communication is key!6/16/18 I had a 930 appt. I was left sitting there being TOTALLY disregarded! It was like I was invisible. I finally got so frustrated that I walked out. Then as Im walking out here comes the communication I should have gotten 10 min ago ! Too late now Im disgusted! It wasnt even about the wait… COMMUNICATE!!! make me feel at the very least like l am VISIBLE so I will know Im not abt to sit here an hour even though I had an appointment! I went down the sidewalk to AT&T and received great service and I am very pleased with my nails!

I drive 35 Minutes just to get my eyelashes and brows done by Nancy she does an awesome job and it doesnt take long they last 3 werks + I wont go anywhere else.

Owner was VERY VERY VERY NASTY, they double dip in wax pots thats a violation !!!! Owner talked so much trash to me because I wanted to reuse lashes and not buy their lashes he is very arrogant and nasty said I couldnt afford new lashes will not be returning
