I showed the owner a picture of how I wanted my nails done. After finishing my right hand I took a glance before placing under the UV light, they looked terrible! The design was simple, so I was really disappointed. I asked her to remove the polish and we would just do a regular polish. She immediately gave me attitude. This all could have been avoided, if she had been honest and told me she could not do the design. I won’t be returning.

Had 2 bad experiences with Hana. She rushes when customers come in my nails are all different shapes and lengths. I went back for her to correct her mistakes and fill in. She left the old acrylic that was coming off on my nails. I stopped her and ask that she remove the old acrylic before she applies new acrylics as I’m asking her to do it the correct way another one of her dissatisfied customers came in and loudly told her she lost 3 nails and another was coming off after only having them on for 2 days. I will never go back there unless I ago to DEE.

Before the new owner Hanna took over, this was one of thee best shops. The husband and wife duo was the best. However since Hanna has taken over, she is very unprofessional, rude, and nasty. Dee is very nice, and she takes her time. They however do need to focus on cleanliness. I will be reporting them to the heath department.

Hana did an wonderful job on my nails I dont mind going back to she is good is good at what she do thanks again Hana & for doing my eye brows too!!!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Today was my first and my last! I understand that people make mistakes. But while getting a pedicure, the nail tech lady cut my middle toe skin with the drill thingy. She didnt apologize. Then she continued to be rough with my feet and the SAME INJURED toe. Because she was clearly upset, she rushed the pedicure without cutting the cuticles. I pointed it out to her. She then goes straight to the INJURED toe to cut my cuticle where its clearly already cut! I immediately stopped her. She then goes to buff my toes with the little buffer thingy. I stopped her completely. She then SLAPS MY LEG saying you pay me! I never said I wasnt going to pay. I just couldnt take her being rough anymore. I explained to her that if she hit me again, I was going to slap the piss out of her. Then she began to justify her actions to the manager. She admitted to the manager that she hit me!!! Then they both were mad at me! I offered to pay for a portion of the services as they didnt finish. They declined after going back and forth with me. I then walked out and overheard the manager telling me she was going to remember my face and to never come back! NEVER AGAIN!!! Btw, Im waiting on the police as I type this review. Had I hit her, Im certain they would have called on me!

I go here because Ive been going there since before it was Hanna. Its hit and miss. Sometimes your nails are great, sometimes not so much. I think the eyebrow station is disgusting, and they will definitely WRECK your eyebrows.

They’ll look pretty but they won’t last. I’ve had my set less than a week and three of my nails have popped right off. Not worth the $50 I spent.

This was my second time going and it wasnt any better than the first time. All i ask for was simply nail art on my ring fingers. What? They dont do the simply art there with the little bottle and brush. Its put adhesive on the nail and use design paper. Then the owner tells me i dont know what i want. Yes, my nails to to look professional because at the end of the day its my money and my recommendation to other people to go there, but if i cant get what im paying for then i cant recommend your business to anyone.She seems to pay more attention to her regular customers. I will never revisit this shop again. The pedicure wasnt any better. Money wasted...lesson learn if you cant do it right the first time, then why give you multiple chances

They did a horrible job my nails underneath the acrylic where terrible after I got my nails done here. My set didnt last a week. And I was unable to get them done after because the next nail tech said my nails were in horrible shape. The atmosphere was nice but if they dont do a good job whats the point.

Ive been waiting to write this review now since I got the time Im finally doing it.the Nail shop owner at Hana Nails is straight garbage. Her name is Hana she sits in the front left table when you walk into the shop. When I first came here she did my nails and feet. Worst mistake ever. She is so rough with my feet with the buffer and rushes everything especially the pedicure. I paid 45 for the pedicure took 15 minutes. Now lets talk about my nails.... I paid 50 dollars for my nails she rushed that too. She uses most cheapest acrylic powder I think or she dont know what she is doing because 2 days later my nails were coming off and were lifting. WTF.. I came back and complained she wanted to charge me again wth... so Hana sister Ms. Dee Dee who sit next to the cash register ended up doing them. Ms. Dee Dee did excellent job and they came out the way they were suppose to and they lasted as long as they should have too. I highly reccomend Ms. Dee Dee to all of you. Beware of her nails shop because her spa pedicure are old and rusted. You could get infection. Owner Hana dont clean her nippers at all when she did her service on me. I personally saw Ms. Dee Dee clean hers. While I was having my finger nails done it was a coincidence that another customer was complaining to the owner Ms. Hana about their nails coming off too. Same exact problem as mines were. Her wax station is so dirty. Im so surprised that she hasnt been fined or shut down how filthy the place is.. the way she speaks to you is so rude and unprofessional. So stay away from her if you do go there. Ive read on Yelp review about Her shop also that she let her 14 year old daughter do nails also. Any person who does nails need to be licensed. She is doing stuff illegally..

Worse nail salon to go to. Never again. She did my Nails uneven and didn’t put on my nail polish neat it was all over the place. Charge 80$ just for a manicure and pedicure. Don’t worse your money and time here.

I came in for a ombré nail full set and the owner started my nails I wasn’t sure what color I wanted for the ombré base so she showed me her selection I chose form her selection and already ombréd nail and told her to try it on one nail to see if I would like it. She gave me a lot of attitude and stated she does not have an hour to waste on my if I don’t know what I want as she was slapping on the ombré. Then I told her that’s fine I don’t want you to waste your time doing all of my nails and I don’t like it. I can go somewhere else. She then stated no I’ll do it. So she put it on then I asked if she had a clear coat with simmer to put on time and I actually showed her a picture of what I wanted she said I can do it exactly like that but I can do it similar. I replied that is fine. So for some reason she was confused about what I was asking for which required someone else to feel obligated to step int and they were able to shown me exactly what I wanted. So as my service progressed I noticed that I could see a bold white line in the middle of my nails under the base color and I asked if she can add a thicker coat of the base powder to cover the line to achieve the desired ombré look. She proceeded to argue with me as if she didn’t see the line. I asked a customer and and another worker in the shop to take a look. Both saw exactly what I was talking and asked me to allow her to fix it AGAIN. I told I would but if I didn’t like it I would not pay for the service. I sat in the chair as her and the other worker continued to talk about it. She put and extra layer on which covered the line but then drilled it down to where you could she the bold line again. I instantly got upset and told her I could wait for someone else to complete my service. She one again began to argue and make up excuses which included that the product isn’t the same as the example nail she asked me to choose from. I processed to say that it is not my fault that is not the same product but I know I still see this line which is not the ombré style. She continued to argue so I told her to just take off the nails and I’m leaving and only paying for the removal. She agreed the price when I said 10.00 which is what was post on the wall for removal and asked for 15.00 I said fine but you should get you skills up or better product be for you lie to a customer and tell them that you can do the requested style even after being given a picture. She told me not to come back and I I assured her that wouldn’t be a issue. Very poor service and very problematic person..

They never fail me I just love them
