Theres almost always a line when I go by but theyre still pretty quick. I think my car was done in less than 10 minutes and cost about $30. The guys working were friendly and didnt try to sell me anything that I didnt need.Pulling out of the shop youre basically in the middle of an intersection so make sure youre paying attention to where youre going!

Overall was good and fast.. everyone was pleasant except for one little short and skinny guy with glasses who was rude and decided making jokes about me was funny…well I do not think so and I didn’t appreciate that at all. It is and was very unprofessional and made him look even more like a child. As cars pulled in he rolled his eyes and murmured under his breath, I think he needs a new job

I’ll start by saying this is an incredible industry.One where the most success for a business of this nature is usually found in speed and price alone. Because of this tact and human nature is often forgotten, but not here at Prompto!They are amazing in quality, price, and kindness, and will happily continue to give them my business. 🙏I would love to say a name of a person who was exemplary, but I’ve now had the opportunity to experience all this from EVERY member of their team during my few visits.I hope they are all blessed in abundance, and I am honored to be a customer. 👏

Didnt have the right oil filter for my car which is an older Saturn so wasnt surprised most places dont but they apologized and then checked to make sure I had enough oil to make it to my next stop. Great customer service even when they didnt make a sale.

It was ok but charge extra for special oil and car took less than 4 quarts but pId extra 27 dollar 48 dollars for less than 4 quarts of oil unacceptable

Be sure to read my full review. The first two paragraphs were written before I had an issue following an oil change done here. To be fair I choose to leave those paragraphs and add to my review.Ive been using Prompto for several years to get my oil changed. Theyre quick, reliable & fairly priced, good at what they do at this location.To be fair, there is a downside to using Prompto. You trade-off having things an automobile needs checked such as air filters & fluid levels & tire pressure for speed of service. I recommend going elsewhere occasionally to be sure your vehicle is serviced properly.I find it necessary to edit this review. My last visit to Prompto was NOT good. They inserted the oil filter into the cartridge but failed to tighten the cartridge into place. The result was a potentially engine killing oil leak! I lost over two quarts of oil in less than three weeks while driving fewer than 200 miles.

Some people knock fast oil changes places, but Ive always gotten good, affordable, fast service from them. They last did my oil chance, refilled my wiper fluid, and also swapped out my wipers. My car has a tiny back wiper that Id never figured out how to change. I asked for them to teach me how to do it and the tech obliged and was super helpful. My dealership charged me fifty bucks you do it...They charged me twelve bucks. Love it.

I pulled in line at 10:17. There were 7 cars in front of me. My oil was changed and I was in the road by 10:40. Great price on synthetic.

This would have been a 5 star oil change but, my 10 minute change turned out to be 45 minutes. A car would not restart in the center bay after an oil change, (no fault of theirs Im sure) This only left only one lane open. It seemed like they took the entire staff to work on this womans electrical problem. They change oil, they didnt know anything about the electrical system. They finally opened the third bay, but all of the service personal kept gravitating over to the electrical problem. The manager should of stepped in and taken control. The waiting line of cars just kept growing.

We stopped here because a light came on and the service was absolutely wonderful. Rocky was so helpful and sweet to us. Definitely use them if you need an oil change.

So we go to Biddeford Prompto on Saturday 12/28/19 to use a free oil change coupon from our dealership. Only reason we went. Car was running perfectly before. We kinda noticed an SUV dead in front of their shop. Didn’t think to much of it at the time. We go in and tell them our Volkswagen has been running nothing but 5W-30 as it’s service records from previous owner had indicated for the last ten years. They didn’t offer royal purple and we were okay with that and asked for mobil one. They don’t ask or tell us anything until after they changed our oil that they gave us Penzoil in 5W-40 wrong oil for the car. When they turned the car over they revved the engine real high and shut it off. Our car has a specific way it needs to be done as its a turbo, ie start car let oil get to operating temp shut off check oil level. We get in turn the car over and it’s immediately chugging. I look at the techs and they are all conveniently looking away and had been as we walked to our car. Not one tech looked at us. We pull out and don’t even make it past the star bucks before the car chugged and died. So i call them up. Some guy runs over and the only thing him and every other tech did was check to see if it registered oil. (It hadn’t visibly started leaking yet) we try to turn the car over to pull it back over to Prompto and now theres a knocking sound coming from inside the motor. Sounded like it might have been lifters who knew at that point. We get the car in bay one all they say is car has oil nothing they did caused this. So fast forward to leaving, as they won’t take responsibility but acting super concerned and want to do what they can to help. But the damage has been done. A new oil change isn’t going to fix my car, because now my car won’t start. They blew the main rear seal and according to our mechanic most likely blew something out of the turbo as there is tiny metal shards in the motor, and it sounds like something it rattling inside the car. So as our dead car sits in Bay one, we notice another car being towed from in front of their bay. And the SUV we disregarded also needed to be towed. And after they backed us back out and we waited for our tow truck. A 3rd car that was not ours was also towed. A grand total of 4 busted cars in 1 day. And no one will take ownership or admit to destroying my car that i still owe 10K on for the next 2 years. Been waiting on the regional manager to call, and that hasn’t happened, legal action to ensue. So there doesn’t seem to be any urgency to rectifying this issue. These techs had no clue what they were doing whatsoever. They were trying to use the ground to reattach an oil filter together on another customers diesel ford pick up and they had to keep asking the manager which oil which car took. Which they clearly still put the wrong oil in my car. When we had tried to drive it the oil started leaking onto the ground and started burning blue smoke out of the tailpipe. My husband who is a Vw technician said the top end of the motor wasn’t getting any oil. So Happy New year Prompto i hope to be hearing from someone soon

Fantastic!!!I’m not one who typically writes in to corporate offices regarding my experience with their services, but I feel I must say how pleasantly surprised my wife and I were regarding our visit to the Biddeford shop was yesterday (10/26/19). My wife had been in only weeks before with her BMW X3 for a synthetic oil change and when we started the car in our garage, I noticed a slight knocking sound that hadn’t been heard before. We stopped by the Biddeford shop and manager Cory was so incredibly helpful and understood my concern. He asked us to pull into one of the bays so that he could personally check things over and perform another oil change himself so that he could see exactly how much oil came out and inspect for any signs of leaks etc. He even brought the can of measured drained oil up to us to show that it wasn’t far off from the recommended amount required for our vehicle (it was short by a third of a quart, but neither of us thought that would cause the knocking) Cory performed another oil change for us to eliminate any concerns and we were on our way, the knocking was gone!I just want the corporate offices to know that they have got a strong asset to their team in Cory. He was friendly, understanding, knowledgable, and committed to ensuring a positive experience with Prompto. We’ve always been happy to use Prompto for our vehicles routine maintenance needs, and after this recent experience, we’ll definitely be coming back in the years to come. If you give recognition or rewards for good service, Cory deserves it.
