Ive been calling multiple times at National Automotive Financial insunrance to cancel my policy and they just hang up on me and they said somebody from cancellation department will return to my call. But nobody from them is trying to call me back. They took lots of money from debit account. this is a big scam. Im demanding from this insurance company the full refund my money.

Horrible! They talk you in circles about an extended warranty that doesnt help you in any way shape or form. Then become rude & unresponsive when you need help. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & DONT GO TO THEM!

As soon as I brought up getting a lawyer on the phone, I got called an idiot and hung up on... Total scam

SCAM- they took advantage of my senior citizen mother, somehow accessing her debit card and unauthorized monthly charges for a total of close to $1000.00 be aware and check your bank statements they are out to steal from people.

If I could give negative stars I would. They scam people. They dont pay out claims, they are rude, they hang up on u when u have any questions about your policy. They refused to let me talk to a supervisor and when I asked for a refund that Im entitled to she laughed and said good luck with that! Im furious!!!!!!

I gotta a call from them yesterday. Initially talking one male who put me on hold to check pricing and seconds later another male got on the phone. When I told him that someone else was assisting me I was told he wasn’t permitted to discuss numbers. When I told him the other person should have said that and then the call went south the male being rude and nasty trying to demean me saying I can’t afford anything. REALLY and he’s trying to get me to purchase a policy. I asked for the manager and he said was the manager being doing his job for 40 years. I told him he should have been fired a long time ago. I hung up on him. This company is a scam.

Very frustrated that they stole $200 bucks from me a guy name Paul Pepitone! This is is first time i got scammed! I wouldn’t be so sad if my dad didn’t die that day and im struggling! Man!

**SCAM**. Received a call from a guy name Allen Nevinsky. He tried hustling me out of either my bank card number/Banking Account information. After several attempts and me being firm on not giving my information over the phone. I guess he got mad and he then hung up on me. I googled the company and seen all of the negative reviews. I then called the dealership where I purchased my vehicle to see if they are affiliated with National Automotive Financial Service... they’ve never heard of them and told me how proud they were of me because I was almost a victim of SCAM.

I used to be a employee of this company it’s nothing but a scam.! don’t give ur information to anyone here! I know personally people taking card info and using it! Look I worked for another company so if you are looking for a Policy go through motor vehicle assurance just to make it clear I do not work for that company I’m just trying to help you ! The boss at national automotive is nothing but someone that scammer idk how he sleeps at night!

This is a scam!!! They called me and stated that my car would be towed if I do not renew my car warranty with them. They refuse to let me to add my lawyer in the call. And tried to make me believe that it was on my contract with my car dealership that I was obligated to have warranty with them. They are scammer trying to take advantage of people.

Tried calling to cancel at least 10 times. Either no one picks up and their auto- message keeps going and going after I put in the extension or number to redirect me. Told me they sent me the link to cancel to my email 3 times now.. still have not received it. They always forward me to someones mailbox and that person NEVER calls back. Tried cancelling via their website apparently thats not how I can cancel so I havent received my refund.

Ive had this policy for almost 2 years super affordable and respectful when purychasing when my car broke down they helped me out and repaired my vehicle within 24 hours no waiting rI love this company

Horrible customer service. They are rude and cant bother with you. I try to get my agent and couldt get thru. Kept getting disconnected??? When I asked about my coverage then they started to tell me what was not covered. Dont wast your money nor time. The day you need them they wont be therte

They keep calling me on different numbers when I tell them to put me on do not call list and my phone number is on do not call list. This one woman made threats trying to get me to buy because I didnt like the price. I told her I was going to shop around then tell me Jeep only except their contract. She also told me that my chance to get there product will cancel and said I got a postcard in the mail. I didnt how does something cancel I never signed up for, hmmm!! Oh,its a lawsuit out for rodot calls. I will be signing up.

I trust in this company 100% if you give bad reviews is because you mad, I pay 750 and I cancel the policy and I got back 750, 🥰 I will deal with this company for my car warranty yes

Do not buy from national auto financial, also american autoshield. They try to hide by using other names or saying they are with the dealership.

Unsolicited calls. Frequency borders on harrassment. They say they have access to Fords database but either dont have the right information or that is a lie. Keep trying to sell me an extended warranty when I already have one.
