The people were very knowledgeable. I had to correct the DMV because Speeds told me what I needed to do and I had all the correct paperwork for my car.Also they have 💛 HEART. They were a big help to this novice buyer.

I have won 5 vehicle auctions through Speeds Towing. Being as cautious as i can be to investigate the cars thoroughly that I was interested in. Buying a Carfax and looking at the vehicles on site. Speeds has been a great resource for me and my family to find good cars at a discount price. Nothing but good marks for these guys week after week.

We got a great deal on a good car. The buying process was a bit confusing and I wish they had signs directing you where to go, but overall it was a good experience. Employees were friendly and the process went as fast as it could considering there were A TON of people there.One thing I wish they would do is enforce social distancing and mask wearing. So many people were crammed into the warehouse with really no Covid measures being adhered to. I actually left and came back the next day just to avoid being so close to people.Other than that, it was an overall positive experience!

Washington Buyers BEWARE! they sell many cars that you cant title in Washington. They needed to Notarize a signature on some Power of Attorney paperwork from the last legal owner, for Washington DMV to accept it (Note: Oregon DMV does not require paperwork to be notarized Washington does.) Speeds Auctions wouldnt get it notarized. When Speeds knows this why not let your customers know at the auction block, or notarize were they need to. Not good Business practice. So now I have to go to Oregon DMV pay $100 and get the title transferred to my name, wait quite a few weeks, longer because of Covid 19, then when I finally get Oregon Title in mail I have to take my new Oregon title to Washington DMV to get my newly purchased auto titled, licensed and registered in Washington.($300 more dollars). So all this time Im waiting I cant drive my new auto till I Tag it in Washington months later. Just not fair or right to do this to customers.PS: Because this policy creates hardships, Speeds Auction has changed there policy. From now on the Auctioneer will mention that the car being auctioned off can only be registered in Oregon. Also they refunded my 15% auction fee to help me pay Oregon DMV for title change, Thank u Speeds.

This scammy towing auction will keep bringing the same lot up if they dont get the price they want after selling it to me. Then banned me from the auction to keep the scam going. This has been screenshotted and will be going straight to the BBB. There are good auctions locally, avoid these trash bags at all costs

Got a very nice truck. For 1/4 the price. Its a truck that I have wanted for a long time. It was the right color. 4x4. 5.9L. low miles. Still own it and drive it every day.

Cant really blame anyone but myself for buying cars sight unseen. Ended up buying a car that need a new transmission. If you are not prepared to put major cash into a project car, stick cars that you can test drive before you buy.

There were some very up/down moments with these guys. you can absolutely get some deals.... but last time i was there, they could have really improved the checkout procedure.

Hi everyone. Im trying to reach out to whom ever that has a heart and understands hard times.. I had a CHRYSLER PACIFICA 2005 black w driver and back passanger door damage on both doors towed when broken down on freeway and just lost all my belongings in it and hoping someone would be hopefull to getting my suv back . i been trying to save up to get it back but made it even difficult to get my suv back with everything i own left in and lost my job and home and i been stay positive and focus on not falling into depression and down on my luck and losing myself to the streets because of everything i have lost or taken from me. I mean everything.. Please someone help . i will pay back with work or a payment agreement . bless anyone who see this..

They run you up on bids and dont tell you theres minimum they dont tell you in tell you go as far as you will go which is against law in Oregon they have tell you there a minimum and they cant bid against you to run bids up (( note buyer beware ))) of this auction (( car lot junk cars and seller running people up on sales

Customer service is pretty terrible once they get your money its your problem . Pretty sure its illegal to sell a car with no paperwork. No lien no no title. Then the employees were rude and defensive when questioned about it. Buyer beware .

Good place to find a decent vehicle for a good price. Very large selection and found it very useful how they posted all the vehicles on their website before the auction. Had a blast during the auction.

The viewing time is very limited and ( because of covid) only 1 person at a time is allowed in the office at a time and today there was 4 people there and i had to stand in the cold for almost an hour.

Place is terrible if you try and bid online. They will jump over popular items and when you ask about it they will say it sold yet online it shows it has not even been bid on yet. When you ask them they will say come in person but if you live far away that is not an option. It may be better in person I dont know but if this is the way they treat customers then I have no desire to even go there in person. Think I am done toying with this place and start going to an auction company that actually knows what they are doing.

Great company great guys great auctioneer excellent deals if you know how to bid. IE: never feel like ya gotta have a car today cuz you will screw yourself in the frenzy. Check out all cars you are gonna bid on before auction starts. You cant drive them but they drive them up to the auction block. You can get key prior to auction starting to hear it run etc. They are very honest and if they know something is wrong w car they let you know.

Atlas Financial Services just sent me a bill for $1044.26 for Speeds Towing Auction Division. This is odd considering Speeds Towing has never towed any of my cars, nor have I ever bought a car at their auction. I called to straighten this out, but of course nobody currently working was able to do so. But here is where the plot thickens. They have my address. My car is in my driveway. Which means the only car they could be billing me for is a car I sold 11.5 months ago (yes, I released my interest with the DMV). I havent owned any other cars at this address. Thus, it appears their Auction Division is doing business with vehicles they dont verify ownership of.

Been in a steady decline for a few years. What started out as an incredibly honest, transparent, dependable, auction has now become a grab for cash as the popularity increases. Cars with obvious problems are no longer detailed as they were before, so long as they can get them across the auction line theyre consider runs and drives. Sometimes its obvious as the cars spew fluids, and over heat on the line. Other times you get in your car only to realize it has no power steering, wont start without being jumped and then dies shortly afterwards, overheats not 100 yards from the gate. All te these issues used to be written on the windshield, now theyre hidden. You can still find a car for a GREAT price, buyer beware is an understatement though.

Speed car auction is not a pleasant place to be! If u go online it says 10 am suddenly they start 930 with the auction without updating there page!!! It is a puplic auction like Mc Donald is puplic and if there is someone who burns it self on the coffee and gets a million dollar because it’s not written on the coffee that’s hot it is Mc Donald’s fault! So u where going agains your company’s policy with starting to early and not publishing it! 2 in your policies it is not written that u can use u partners card if u are both on the account ! Or a family card ( credit card) u should be carefully with keeping your company regulations up to date otherwise u could run into some problems!! Did not even had a chance to get verified and logged on in order start bitting on the car! Best regards Julia.

Ive bought quite a few cars over the years there and most of them are pieces of S@&$ that you want nothing to do with. The last being the worst, I bought it as a runner and I couldnt even drive it home so I called them first thing in the morning, the vehicle was still outside of there property and I was treated very poorly and they wasted a whole day of mine telling me to stick around and a manger would be with me. One never came so I left the vehicle, title and keys and then they refused to give me my money back saying there is nothing wrong w the van the next day. They said I could come back and talk to a manager and drive it with him. But its an hour away and I already waited a whole day for him. I just called my bank and got most of money that way but they still owe me $200. BTW the Van wouldnt stay in high gear when warmed up. Only when cold. So they said it was a runner. And the truth is I really wanted the van. Im not someone who had second thoughts about it. Ive bought multiple vans from them and theyre honestly the only things I bought from them that were any good. All the other cars I bought from there except one are dead. Out of 25-30. A few other runners didnt make it home with either or barely made it home. One car I returned before that had tranny problems.

The woman at the front desk is AMAZING, she is attentive and friendly. She is very informative, if you are missing something she lets you know or if something isnt filled out right she lets you know and then tells you how to fix it.

I went here for recovery of my car not the auctions. Staff was great. Very helpful and nice. Reunited me with my car and walked me through the process.

Need a car, look them up. They have photos of the cars on the website before they auction them off and if you cant go they broadcast the auction online where you can bid.

Went here to get my vehicle back. The gentlemen who arrived to assist me at 1130 at night was extremely patient, and kind. Very professional as well.

If youre thinking about bidding on any of their vehicles please search elsewhere. think twice before you register for online bidding, you have to provide credit info before you can place a bids. These people will tell you that youre winning bidder a couple days later even though for the fact youve been outbid. Their product isnt all that great anyways. Customer is the best.....Not!!! Worst ever.

Front desk lady has worse manners than an outhouse for simply walking through the front door, sheesh, it was completely unnecessary for the passive aggressiveness when simply wanting information.We were given a photo copy of the bill of sales instead of the original, which DMV wont accept as they only accept original signatures.Work a bit on customer service please, theres lots of classes just for that.*edit* And now its been over two weeks ago that you shouldve already come back with the information, now youre costing us money by being unprofessional and unable to do your jobs properly. This is starting to smell like fraud.
