I paid for a VIP membership without checking their reviews first, what a mistake. You will be better of buying from a regular dealer. Not only their fees are the highest but you wont get any help from them. Horrible customer service. I won the same 3 vehicles in 3 occasions and I was always rejected because the owner wanted more money. Then I decided to take the buy now option and after the invoice was prepared they rejected the sale also. You will definitely do better somewhere else. Apologies do not solve anything, keep them for yourself.

Do you know that Salvage bid 5% fees are in addition to IAA fees? Did you know that if you upgrade your membership and change your mind the same day that they will not refund? Did you know that their add on fees, eg Service fees can easily add up to more than $500? Read their fee schedule carefully when u decide to bid. Salvage Bid is a very very expensive option. Again, please note that all their commission is on top of IAA and don’t expect one single bit of help with any hiccupor anything that would make them part with $1 if you feel wronged.

I wont Infiniti qx56 from them. But seller demanded 2 times more. Then, they offered him my entire bid which was 1.5 times higher than won bid. Which i did not authorize. And added 1500 of their auction fees. Why do they add those fees if they dont provide any satisfactory service?! Sarah Johnson is a president there. She cares to receive money but not provide services.Do NOT recommend this business unless you like to be ripped off. FU sarah.

This car sales company is a fraud because I won a car at the price of $ 1,025 and they made the transaction to me at $ 1,200 plus the fee they charge in Total more than $ 2,064 and then they want a mandatory one to pay sincerely it is not a good auction because they want to sell the cars at the price they decide and that is a fraud, I do not recommend them because you will lose money in everything

I dont agree how the buyer has a disadvantage because bids are binding to the consumer but not to the seller. How is this possible?

Salvagebid has made buying vehicles from auction really easy. You do not need a license, simple deposit and start bidding. Customer service is also great as there is no automated call assistant, but real people. Any issue or concern they fix within minutes. Highly recommended for buying vehicles from auction.

Horrible! The worst of the worst!! I purchased a car from this company over a year ago and still have not received a Title for it. They will give you every excuse under the sun as to why you have not received it. Please do not apologize to me about my experience, Just sent me the Damn title as agreed upon and as stated in your agreement. Completely pissed off and fed up with your lies. Stuck with this useless car in my driveway for a year, I cant drive it, register it, sell it, Nothing.. Total lack of concern on these guys part, take your money and run. Again, I would urge anyone looking to buy a car to go somewhere else. Next stop we will be filing formal charges for theft with the district attorneys office. This company should be shut down and out of business.

Office is closed at 2:20pm on a Friday. They are supposed to be open and answering my phone call at this time. They offered and set up EasyHaul shipping service, which I paid for on a Thursday. EasyHaul is open till 4pm on a Friday. Yet, they don’t pick up the phone and their answer machine says closed for the day. Have not heard from either company about when my car will be picked up. All I know is that I paid and paid and paid some more. Still no word from either company. I even used twitter, Facebook, and now google review to reach out to them. Their office is supposed to be open right now...keep calling and nobody is there...”closed till next business day”...so I pay some more....sucks!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS! Decided to check out their reviews before calling to do business with and saw that these folks appear to cut and paste their own positive reviews word for word. Probably to offset all the negative ones. Look for yourself- (Erick J. Nissen) (David M. Diaz)? Pathetic! Also, their terms and conditions that you need to agree to state they can refuse to return your security deposit as well as the title documents for the car YOU purchased for ANY reason they see fit. What a joke!

I bought a car for a title document I was waiting a month until today I can not take my car for export because I do not have a set of documents. I do not want to give an EIN number needed to export a car from the USA. The lady from the service office is not very nice. Avoid them, I recommend copart and IaaI auto . Pozdrawiam z Polski

I used Salvagebid as my broker to purchase 3 vehicles in 2017 and so far 2 in 2018. Every transaction has been nothing but positive. If it weren’t, I would not continue using them as my broker. They are prompt, professional, and courteous with responses as well as very prompt with communicating necessary steps throughout the buying process. If you are planning on purchasing a vehicle from IAAI, I would not hesitate to use Salvagebid as your broker. You do, however, need to educate yourself on how the entire process works and first realize than no matter who you use for a broker, YOU are responsible for your purchase and unless you are having each car professionally inspected prior to bidding, you are taking a risk. You have to view pictures online and determine from those pictures what you “think” a vehicle has for damage and there is always something that comes up that you didn’t factor in to your repair estimate. You have to answer several questions before you start. How much of the work can I do myself? Where will I get the parts? Will I use new, used, OEM, aftermarket? Am I doing this to save myself some money on a car for myself or am I going to try and make some money by selling them? What is the inspection process for my state in order to be able to register a rebuilt vehicle? How will I get my vehicle transported after completing my purchase? At this point you’re probably wondering what all of this has to do with Salvagebid? The answer is nothing! They are responsible for the process of “brokering” a sale between you and IAAI so you can avoid the hassle, expense, responsibility, and liability of obtaining a dealer license, and they do this very well! You are responsible for everything else. If you purchase a POS, don’t blame your broker. Learn from it and don’t make the same mistake. If you decide all of this sounds like fun, you won’t be disappointed with Salvagebid as your broker.

Dont use them. Why? You have to bid thru their website which is not working properly since day one i registered. Its very slow and their servers are not working. You cant get registration fee refund or anything, also the when you buy a car it takes from 1 month or 2 months for you to get the title. Dont use this guys. Also they make you pay a lot more than what payment is due at the auction, the charge you the highest auction fees, and pay the auction less. Dont buy from this company!!!

While surfing the internet one day, I came across the SalvageBid. I visited SalvageBid website and I was delighted to find all the necessary information about the titled vehicles under their tags. And, I moved on with the shopping. It was a simple process. I got myself registered with SalvageBid, participated in one of its online auto auction, placed bid for the vehicle I wanted, and finally won it after few attempts. Keep up the good work, SalvageBid!
