This is the best nail salon I’ve found. Ever. They do precision work, perfect shaping, and not overly expensive. I won’t go to another salon since coming here. Customer for life.

My girl and I absolutely love having our girl time at Glo nails! Not only do they do great nails but they always make us feel welcomed. My favorite part of my pedicures is the massage and they give the best. Never in a hurry. If you haven’t tried them you definitely should.

Very sweet staff, friendly atmosphere and excellent work. Ever since I started getting my nails done here Ive never gone anywhere else. The workers are polite and know what theyre doing and Ive enjoyed every trip here. Lilly has done my nails several times and is wonderful-definitely will continue to request her. Staff will offer beverages and make sure to check on you if the wait is too long, which is never has been. Whenever I make an appointment Im taken care of the moment I arrive, and without an appointment the wait is never over 10 minutes. By far the best nail bar in edmond!

I have gone to many nail salons in Edmond but this one is by far my favorite. I tell all my friends to go. They are so nice and very upfront about the charges. I always leave with exactly what I want for a reasonable price.

So I’ve been here twice. The first tone I got just a wei and this last tone a mani and pedi.The first time my nails weren’t dry and they got messed up, even though they said they were fine. When I called they said I should of waited to put my shoes on, yet I was advices it was okay to do so.I gave them a second chance.My pedi was fine but my mani was not. I got shellac and it lasted 3 days. I’ve never had products peel off my nails the way this has. Also when I got my mani they didn’t do a hand and arm massage or any of the other services. They were extremely busy, literally turning people away who were walk-ins.But after I tried to call about my mani, they just said there’s no way that happened. Since the customer service isn’t there for me to spend $150 every 2 weeks, I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Got a pedicure here to help alleviate the pain of an ingrown toenail. The service was wonderful! Will definitely be going back!

Came here earlier this week for a manicure and pedicure. Stephen did a wonderful job - very thorough and particular. Best massage chairs that I’ve ever had at a nail salon!! I will definitely be back.

Worst pedicure ever. 27.00 is overpriced for the low quality pedicure. Feels like used plain old water to soak in, feet not feeling refreshed.. theres cheaper pedicures in Edmond that at least add something nice to water. No lotion for cuticle removal. I can soak in water at home and cut my nails. If Im paying for a service I expect some quality. I spoke up to the young man about things lacking and he appeared to not understand. Between my toes were not completely dry and were still wet and again he didnt address the issue. Feet are rough, i will put lotion on them when i get home. Owner is nice and chairs,, but thats not enough.. Feel like i paid 27.00 to have polish put on.. I will not be back.

I got charged extra for a coffin shape(most salons DONT charge for a certain shape in Edmond, and honestly have never even heard of it.) my nails ended up looking like a square-rounded shape so I was super annoyed. The man that did my nails was not too friendly. I’ve been to most salons in Edmond and I would not recommend this one. You will most likely not get your money’s worth. Was super rough on my nails while filing and I ended up with a chunk of skin off of the side of my pinky.

This is my go-to place every other week! They are prompt, clean, kind, and professional. Each employee has been thoroughly trained and do a wonderful job. If there is anything you think needs to be changed or improved with your nails they are open to assuring you feel good about their work before you go. They do welcome children and have reasonable prices/options offered as well!

My nails turned out fine and my kids looked ok (not great). I witnessed several things that I’m sure wouldn’t fly with the health department and were unsanitary for sure. More expensive than most and not worth the price. The new chairs and decor are nice, but not worth paying extra to put your health at risk.

Enjoyed my dip manicure and my daughter had a kids manicure. Love the atmosphere and everyone was very friendly to us. I did not find the pricing bad, in fact i liked how everything is spelled out and kids services are priced cheaper (everywhere else we went before a paid the same amount for my kid as I did for myself). We will for sure will be back to try pedicures. I would give more stars if I could! thank you for great service.

Bad experience, rude staff. I wont be back. Ive been to glo nails once before (in the middle of the week after they first opened) and had a great experience. Went back recently with my mother in law and had a terrible experience. The shop is clean (not saying much for a new establishment) but the staff is rude and the communication is minimal. My nails looked nice, but they did a terrible job with my MIL. And the lady who worked on her nails did not speak English at all. I am okay with this. I have been places where this is not an issue because some other technician helps translate. Not the case here. We were literally pantomiming to be understood. With so many great nail places in Edmond, no need to go here. I hope they get it together eventually, because the place is so close to my house and the shop itself is so nice.

My acrylic set is beautiful! She took just over an hour to finish my set. Very polite. Coffin shape was extra $5, making my total $45. Pretty average price.

I will never return here. The “main lady” (NOT the manager) is rude, passive aggressive, pushy, and just a down right b***ch. my friend and I came and were offered horrible service! We came to get a dip manicure together but instead they did my friend’s nails first. We were talking amongst ourselves about the service and how next time we would just go somewhere else. The lady that was doing my friends nails (the lady mentioned before) went off on me and said she was refusing to do my nails. She even went as far as admitting that her and her coworkers had been talking about my friend and I in their native language. They will lie and say the wait is shorter just to get your business and leave you in foil for 30+ minutes. During our argument we requested her manager. She then said “you don’t need to know that, I’m not telling you that”. Then changed her story and said she was the manager. We asked another employee if she was the manager and they said no.Idk what is going on at this salon but I don’t want any part of it.

My 2nd time in and I want sterile tools used and the packet was the same one from the girl next to me. It had not been sanitized and she had just used it. I guess most people don’t notice as they are on their phones but I did. I have been before and a new tool packet was used and it was a good pedicure. I will not return, too bad it’s a great location and my first pedicure there was good.

Katherine has been my tech for a really long time and Im so happy shes here now. Its clean and nice inside and the staff is very friendly

Went in last week, wanted a nail removed due to green spot under my nail. The girl wouldn’t take it off, said if it was a problem in two weeks, she would take it off. I waited a week, had to go back in and tonite, I asked to have it removed and replaced. You thought I had asked for $1,000! They were rude, and acted like that was such a big deal. I won’t go back.

I took my 5yr and 7yr old girls for mani-pedis and they loved it. The manager was wonderful and the staff had such an eye for detail. I was very pleased and impressed with Glo Nail Bar.

I agree with all the other reviews. I thought maybe it was a bad day, but after reading the other views, it seems they have the same experience with the main lady in there. I took my daughter in for a pedicure a while back and the lady was EXTREMELY RUDE like she was inconvenienced. I had to ask her to do a clear coat on top of the nail polish that she rushed to put on my daughter, with only one coat of polish. She was put off by this. Kids dont keep the polish on long because they are more active, soo why not do everything you can to make it last longer when Im paying for it? I will not be back here, which is unfortunate since its so close to my house.

I went to get a pedicure on Sunday 1/26/20 as a birthday gift from my husband. I had been here before and had a good experience. This visit will be my last! As I sat down in the chair the older lady came over to get ready for my pedi. I indicated that I wanted the $41 treatment. She began and shortly after she started using the pumice stone on my heel I felt horrible pain on my left foot. She had vigorously rubbed the pumice stone so hard on the upper part of my heel that she took the skin off. In all the years I have had a pedi, this has NEVER happened. Since when do you scrub the upper part of the heel ? I was not happy at all. She kept apologizing to me. She finished the pedi, I paid and gave her a tip. I will never go back.

My usual go to place..I called a head to request a appt with Lisa. Changed my plans to make it happen. I got there and was told that Lisa was off today! I have very little time and decided to let someone else do it. I still waited 15 more minutes..I am sorry to say that the man did a bad job. I had to ask him to smooth my nails before he painted them and then he had to fix them before I got out the door....when I got to my truck they were still messed up . He rushed the whole thing and did not take care of the trimming very well. I will never use anyone there except Lisa. She is wonderful. Now I have to repaint my own 💅.

I’m super disappointed to say the least. I got a French manicure dip on my fingernails for my vacation. Not even 2 days into my trip the nails started to have a “cracked” appearance despite me taking extra care of them: not leaving them in water for too long while in the pool, etc. One week after, 8 nails had this appearance and I couldn’t do anything about it since I was out of the country. 🙁

Butchered a basic manicure and my cuticles were tender for days. Do not recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. I came in for a pedicure and fill. I had to wait about 30 minutes before I got my pedicure done. The pedicure was so badly done, the manager on duty had to redo it. Then, the same manager did my fill. I thought I was good to go, until I had 3 nails break in not less than 8 hours. This place is also way overpriced for what you get. A fill and pedicure was $92...before the tip. Needless to say, the experience lasted almost 4 hours, was terrible, and I will not be returning. Many customers that were in the salon verbalized how long it was taking and how the prices were very high. Avoid this place at all costs!!

Just had a mani dip & pedicure with Neal. He was super sweet & answered all my many questions with patience. Plus, he did an amazing job!!

The male tech clearly doesn’t know how to do nails...the shape is off, they are thick, and he kept having to redo my nails. I asked for matching colors for my toes and the selection is so limited they didn’t have any that match from dip manicure to regular polish. I am truly displeased with this place. I’ll stick to belagios on penn instead of coming here.

I had an excellent experience here. I called ahead and made an appointment for myself and my mother for manis & pedis, and when we walked in we were greeted and told to pick a color. We were able to sit down in the pedi chairs immediately and the two men who helped us were both kind and efficient. My mother has a difficult knee, and her nail tech was gentle with her while moving her feet and even helped her stand up and walk to the manicure station when it was time.The salon was clean. The products they used were nice. As of this review I have had my gel manicure on for a week and a half and have had no chipping. I got the second tier pedicure (the hot stone massage was amazing) and a gel manicure for ~$65.I will definitely be coming back!

VERY VERY beautiful shop. The staff are absolutely amazing, they make sure you get exactly what you ask for and if its not they make sure that you dont leave un happy. If you are not happy with your service, You just have to tell them that your not pleased and they will try their best to fix it. The hospitality was also top notch, as soon as i sat down, they asked me if i wanted a bottle of water pr somethjng to drink. Very happy that they have opened up. Definitely will be back. 10/10 service.

I was unfortunately not impressed. I had high hopes but our first experience was not the best. The manicurist that did my pedicure seemed to not want to be where she was. Acted very put out having to give me a pedicure. My nieces were given a pedicure in ice cold water & all 3 of us felt very rushed. The location is great but just wasn’t was I was hoping for :(

The staff was extremely friendly, the environment was relaxing, Lilly did a superb job, and I didnt feel rushed like I do at most salons. I highly recommend this place and will be going regularly.

My nails are crooked and uneven, they made me bleed, the lady was a bit rude, they left my nails long when I asked for them to be short many times.

Actually rating 0 stars... my pedicure was horrible she cut my toe and my feet were still rough the lady was very put out and rushed. Then on my manicure she cut my finger sooooo bad it would not stop bleeding!!! My nails looked horrible and had tons of paint globbed on! THEN the polish only lasted 2 days before chipping and looking horrible. I am soooooo disappointed because this is so close to my house. BTW I also spent $87 dollars... horrible service, and treatment.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Came in for a manicure for the first time in my life, was sceptical about it at first, but boy these girls made me feel welcome. Massage was AMAZING. I would defebitely recommend them to friends, family and strangers lol. If you have not been here you need to give them a shot. You will not be dissapointed.
