I will never take my kid to Great Clips again. I had been searching for something better that wasnt expensive. I only wish Id found it sooner. The stylist was very friendly and was great working with kids as well as adults. Overall great experience-highly recommend!

Great cut, but I’m not a fan of deceptive sales. Since it was my son’s first time, the lady offered a mvp special- i said oh that’s nice of you, assuming it was their way of just being nice. I get to the register and that special was $28 instead of the $23 I expected. If she’s going to up sell me, I should at least know that’s what’s going on not be lead to believe it’s a complimentary add on. My son could have done without a shoulder massage and warm towel.

My 10 year old son got a decent hair cut for a decent price. Hot towel and shampoo was a nice experience for him!

Quick context I have been going to Jennifer since I moved to Central Florida almost 3 years ago, and followed her from the Waterford Lakes location to here. She is the only person I trust to take care of me, she always has great energy and is very bubbly and outgoing. She gives me great recommendations on products and routines and always makes sure my items are in stock when I come in. I cannot recommend Jennifer and her team enough!

Myself and 2 teenagers went on a Sunday to get haircuts. We did preregister all with Jennifer (who is AMAZING!) and moved my son just to next available. We were seen earlier than expected and the appointment for all three of us took an hour at the most. Very pleased with how our haircut process worked out!!

They charge me to way much for my kids. They used to charge less before, now for a 10 yrs old they charge you $19 for a 15 yrs old they charging $23 . They dont even did their haircuts right. One of then came out with the hair very low and for my teenager I have to tell her to shaved his side burn, cause he came to my car without his side burn shaved. After she did it, she didnt even shaved the all side burns. I think for that amount, they should do a better job.

It wasnt busy and I got a great haircut. The online check in system worked pretty well. The stylist that cut my hair was a long time pro who was easy to talk to.

And I was shunted off to a non local store that I dont have favorited...Was told there was nothing they could do as they were finishing up their last client and their system wont allow them to take anyone after closing...That means its a broken system or they lie.Regardless after years of mvps, product purchases, and loyalty... I learned you couldnt care less about your customers.I leave for a new job in a new state tomorrow and wanted a clean cut... but nooooooo.I wont be back. And ill tell my friends to go elsewhere...I left, without voicing further concern and well... been a while since Ive just been shunted away, your staff really knows how to bring the karen out of their loyal customers...

I had to walk out of my haircut. A person named Jennifer was cutting my hair and her breath smelled of alcohol. She kept stopping to get on the phone and argue with someone. Then someone came to the back door. This all happened within 5 minutes.I had to leave mid hair cut as it was obvious something else was going on and we didn’t feel safe. Until they get new management, I would recommend avoiding.

I would never recommend this place. While my son enjoyed the sports motif, the place is very dirty and the manager is the worst. She was super unhelpful and couldnt even keep track who was next. We arrived at 945 in the morning (they open at 10) and at 3:16 we still do not have a hair cut.Awful place and I wont ever return. The place is so dirty and unclean. I think I saw mouse droppings in the corner. Do not go here!

I went to Sports Clips and despite being the first person there they did not put us on the list. I said Hello to everyone and they acknowledged us. As person skipped us and skipped us and we kept asking and they said we were next. Next never came. The manager is zero help! When I explained the situation to her she was very unhelpful.With an unhelpful manager and a dirty store, I will never return. My son liked the sports theme and liked getting his hair cut here, but we will never return.Awful! I do not recommend at all. There are much better places in Clermont and we are going to go there from now on.Edit: I cannot respond to their response, so I will do so here. Was it the owner who was rude to my son and I that day? If you are open then you are open. Trying to get sympathy from Covid 19 is disgusting.

Best of the walk in hair cutters. Quick, but good - the prices start at $17 and go up to $26 for MVP services like a hot towel on your face with back/neck massage. If you have the time they are worth the upgrade. If you are on a tight schedule they can accommodate you as well. Check in online to reduce you waiting in store.

It’s ok not great came in to get my haircut fixed from a mistake a 28 dollar haircut and it’s still not right . It looked good when I left but as soon as I washed it omg . The hot Towel is the best thing going here !!

We went yesterday, and the wait wasnt long at all. Rae was very patient with my 3.5 year old son, and gave us a great consultantion before cutting his hair. She was very careful to make note of all his cowlicks and gave him a fantastic cool dude haircut, as he had requested! We will definitely be back!

So at first I gave this place a 2 star because of my first experience there with an employee named Kayla. She was very rude to me and verbally bullied her fellow employee there with jokes, mocking, and facial expressions that I did not take lightly. On top of that I was not happy with the haircut she gave me whatsoever. I gave her the tip I planned on giving before I even walked in the door, paid the $20 haircut price and didnt say a word. Instead, the day after I called to speak to the manager, Brenda. This right here is why Im giving this place a 5 STAR rating. Brenda asked if I would come in so she could make things right and hear face to face what happened. She did the right thing. She had me sit in the chair and corrected my haircut and took the time to talk things over while giving me a haircut. She also, gave me a business card with her name on it with a FREE MVP ($45 value) upgrade. She told me she was going to correct the issue that was being caused by this employee Kayla. Im very pleased with the manger Brenda there and I will continue to go there to get my haircut ONLY by Brenda because she does a GREAT job! Hope this review helps any of you debating on whether or not to come into this Sports Clips.

I got the MVP package. The haircut was good. The shampoo and the hot towel are nice. Only thing that wasnt up to par was the neck and shoulder massage.. I honestly think that when she started to do the massage with the machine she then remembered something about my hair and put the massage on pause. Long story short the massage was not even a minute long. I would like to come back and get the same MVP package but want the massage better. Thanks sports clips

I was very disappointed when I walked in today. I had reserved my position in online check in 30 min prior walking into the store. I walk in and see my name first on the list and says wait time 3 min. That’s great! I sit down and watch the tv that’s provided. Lady walks to the computer and calls the next name, it’s not mine, it’s the guy that was in line behind me. She asked me who I was and said that I had to check in on the computer when I first walked in, I wasn’t even greeted at the door so how would I have known that? She then told me to next time check in when I walk in... and that she would take care of the gentleman that was on the list after me first. It was bad customer service and I won’t be coming back. I went down the street to another barber and had a great experience. I’m not happy with Sports Clips, even though I love their idea for a barber shop.

Just had the worst haircut experience in this place. I took my 6 year old son to get a boy haircut. I showed him them a photo, and it came out nothing like it, way shorter. I don’t think that lady know what she was doing at all. My poor boy! Came home crying...wish I could show photos how bad it looked. So ridiculous!

My husband and son got their haircut here for the first time. Will not be back! When they came home, I asked why my husband didn’t get his hair cut. He told me they did, it was just that bad! My son obviously got his hair cut but a horrible one at that. We’ve used Sports Clips in the past and loved them. This place is a joke. I guess I’ll go cut my husbands hair now.

I take my son here to get his haircut and Kayla, and all the ladies there are awesome. Its always a short wait and they are pleasant and great with kids.

This is my go to place for getting my daughters haircut. Ciara is fantastic and does an awesome job. She has done both my daughters and my hair. They have TVs throughout the shop to watch whatever sporting events are on then. Check them out and you will like it. Prices are good too.

I have been through more barbershops than I can count. I thought a fade was Basics 101 but you’d be surprised. I cut it myself for years. This place has finally cut it correctly, consistently. I have also been to other locations which have also delivered on quality. Atmosphere is awesome with tv’s and sports everywhere.2 star penalty for ridiculous wait times and being understaffed. This place had an hour wait time within the first 10mins of being open. Time and time again I have had to go elsewhere due to hours and hours of wait time. Last week was 2 hours. Obviously they’re doing something right but I have never seen a barber behind all eight chairs.Then there’s the spontaneous up sell and decisions to go with the MVP service. Which is an additional 20mins to cater to, driving up wait times even further. Not good for customers who have already been waiting for an hour and have better things to do. There should be a separate staff for MVP services to keep the barbers cutting. Or Express chairs for the people who want to cut and run.

This place is great but only if you get certain stylist in my opinion the best one is Jennifer but for the others Id say not so much. Last time I went there they cut a kids hair so bad after it was over he cried so Id only recommend Jennifer if you go

It is WAAAYYY too short and different lengths all around. His carlics are sticking up and it just looks awful! Im not sure what happened to Jennifer but we wont be back until she is!Absolutely fantastic! Miss Jennifer was awesome with my 3 yesr old, we will be back for sure!!

Just had my 2nd cut from Kayla. She does a great job, as does everyone else who works there. Brenda is great as well. People complain about wait times, but confuscious say: Never go to business with no customer.

They said go online and book. I did. It said 75 minutes for a wait so I called back and she said to come right in it will be only about 10 minutes. I got there and waited 20 minutes, lobby full and 7 people ahead of us. They were so busy that we didnt even get a hello.

ABSOLUTELYYYYYY UNREALLLLL!!!!!!! I go to a nice barber shop SOOOO I THOUGHT a $20.00 haircut. What Kind of barber cuts your sideburns OFF without asking or being told. I am absolutely PISSSSED. Garbage barber. I am so pissed I am at a loss of words. I also told her to keep my bangs longer. I am literally telling you I stressed this point to her that I have a bad cow lick and I want my bangs left longer. What does this lady do??? Ill tell you, she cuts them shorter then I have ever had them in my life. I can tell you right now I guarantee she was trying to do all she could to ruin my day. That has to be it. No other explanation as to why someone would cut your side burns off without asking then cut my bangs so short you can blatantly see my cow lick. I will never go here again, I wont post her name because I am not a scum bag but this has seriously RUINED MY NIGHT. I mean seriously WHOOOOOO DOES THAT. Just cuts your side burns off without asking or being told to do so.. I told her 5 times I want my bangs left longer to hide my cow lick. And boom she does the opposite and cuts them so short I didnt even know my cow lick was this bad until today. I am sure they have great barbers here but I promise you she is not one of them and I am a nice guy I still tipped 5$ to her for the absolute worse haircut I have EVER HAD IN MY LIFE.
