Im not sure but this has happened too me 2 times now. I bid on something and someone out bids me. Then they win auction because Im not going too bid any higher. The same car is back for auction. Makes me think if auction is trying too get more. If they forfeit. I should get the car for what I bid for.

The people are very nice. The ladies inside will take care of you. The only issue is there is no room for loading. So if you have a 53-foot trailer be expecting some delays, other than that, great place.

Deception, manipulation, car damage, and intentional obstruction. I scheduled an appointment to inspect my vehicle with my mechanic to do due diligence. USAA and I called Wednesday to confirm that I could view my vehicle at this location on Friday in the afternoon. They said no problem, to come on up. Thursday they moved the vehicle to their storage location 10 miles away in Washington State. They did this after having my vehicle at this location for months. This is suspicious timing at the least. Upon speaking to the manager, she looked up when the vehicle was transferred and told me that it was transferred months ago. This turned out to be a huge lie. My USAA representative requested the data on the vehicle and determined it was moved on Thursday after the appointment was scheduled and noted in the file. This caused my mechanic and I to drive over an additional hour and a half because of traffic, costing me money. Upon arrival at the storage location, the storage location is not marked and does not have an office or reception of any kind. I drove up to a fence with barbed wire and the person said they didnt know what I was talking about. After speaking to another employee at the yard who runs the forklift, I was brought my car to do the inspection. It had been further damaged by the forklift under the vehicle. The forklift had bent the rods that support the tires underneath the vehicle. I asked a tow company to tow the vehicle to Dick Hannah the following week on a Tuesday. I called IAA and confirmed the pickup and the tow company. When the flat bed tow truck showed up to the lot, the IAA employee told them they had no such car at that location. I then had to call IAA and USAA to ensure the car would be ready for pickup the following day. If you notice the trend, the car was not ready for pickup. The tow driver had to wait over 30 minutes for the IAA employee to go find the vehicle. This cost me lost time money. Upon vehicle inspection, the vehicle was deemed a total loss and I scheduled a tow truck to return the vehicle to IAA. This was scheduled for Friday. The tow company attempted to return the vehicle to the storage lot it was picked up from only to be turned away again because they apparently dont accept vehicles at that location, even though I was told by IAA that I could inspect the vehicle then return it. I then had to ask the driver to drive it all the way to the main intake location in Portland from Washington, again costing me money. Finally, once resubmitted, I was able to settle with USAA. Throughout this whole process, the manager at this location was abrasive, rude, and difficult to work with. She lied un-apologetically and was abrasive to both my USAA representative and me.TLDR: IAA manager at this location moved the vehicle just before my appointment, lied about when it was moved, lied about policies, and was rude and abrasive to both me and USAA.

Seems to be pretty well run. Lots of good wrecks to buy if you need parts to rebuild another car. Can be expensive though for someone off the street bidding against dealerships & body shops. You have to haul out what you buy.
