Absolutely horrible. the lady took 2 hours to do a simple set of acrylic nails i left with one of them smudged and totally ruined and with a bleeding cut on my right thumb from her hitting my skin with the drill. it was unsanitary and i’m lucky i didn’t get an infection. flash forward a week and a half and all of the nails are loose and one has completely fallen off. i paid over $50 for these and i regret it so much. low quality, not friendly and took too long for what the product was. keep in mind i was on vacation and did nothing that should make the nails loosen nevermind one completely fall off. absolutely ridiculous.

I sent my children here to get their nails done for back to school. When they went at noon they were busy. They told my children to come back at 2:30. When my children returned they said we have customers and would not do my childrens nails. I find this very offensive and unprofessional. We plan on tipping and paying when I picked my children up upon completion.

I LOVED my service! This was by far the best pedicure Ive ever had & it was my first pedi of 2020 so it was much needed lol. I got a pedicure, my mom got a mani & pedi, were both very happy with the results & we were 5mins late for our appointment! Great prices, Great service, Great people, & Great products! Highly recommend & we will be back!

I have been going to Nails and Spa for many years. I have been to other Salons and this is the best. Kim, the new owner, has made many improvements to the salon, adding new equipment and upgrading the space with new floors and paint. The nail techs do a great job, and are very talented. We always get compliments on our nails. When our family visits from out of state, they always make an appointment to get their nails done there because of the high quality work that they do. Their gel manicures are beautiful and last for weeks...very durable.

I have been going to Nails & Spa for over 7 years now. I have tried other salons in the area & I kept going back to the girls here. They are attentive, skilled & very nice. Kim is extremely talented & pays close attention to what you like. She is a perfectionist and makes sure you walk out happy.I highly recommend making an appointment, but they take walk-ins and all of the techs are very skilled.Nails and Spa is a clean salon, offering a professional, yet family style atmosphere. You will feel comfortable here.

I am so impressed! Usually gel nails feel like they suffocate my finger nails but these nails they put on are so light. This is my new place! She did great and took her time.

I can honestly say their service was absolutely outstanding! I called the Thursday afternoon before Easter to book for Friday. They were super busy, but she was willing to open at 9:00am to see clients! They normally open at 9:30am, so this was an exception. I cant even tell you how nice and personable they all are! Their salon is super clean and fresh! They also use hot stones for their pedicures. Simply amazing! So happy I have found a salon in this area!

Kim is so good, whenever I get a reg manicure from her or Lily it always lasts for a week and never chips, just slowly wears off. I love getting my nails done here, the service is wonderful and respectful, and they have a lot of talent and skill. I usually see Kim or Lily and they always give me a knock out manicure I love this place. Very professional and relaxing environment.

I drive from Rhode Island to get the best pedicures at Organic Nails & Spa. Why? It is very clean, cozy, and professional. It NEVER smells like harsh chemicals, and I dont have someone elses nail dust blowing into my face. Tina is fantastic!

Spent some of my morning getting dip nails and they came out so lovely! The shop is very clean and the staff were wonderful.

I have been a loyal customer for a long time. It is a treat to have my manicure and pedicure with the best selection of colors, attention to detail and hot stone leg massage included. Appointments are recommended as these ladies rock it all day long. 😍

The gentleman that did my pedicure.. OMG! I feel bad I did not get his name but he was amazing ! I have never been pampered so much from start to beginning. I have a tribe of kids at home so it’s super tough to get time to do anything alone this was my first alone outting in so long and I will be making more time to come back ! The woman that did my nails was lovely as well. Overall just great! Thank you !!!

I have been going to the nail salon for 5 years since I moved to Plymouth. I found out today that Tina sold the salon. The woman today was new. I had to have my acrylic nails removed because I am having surgery. I asked the woman if she could soak them and she said no I dont think so. I should have left then. She proceeded to take my nails off by using one of those acrylic pieces. She split my middle nail in half where I was bleeding. Now on my other hand my ring finger is bleeding. She still charged me $10 to take off and for the first time in my life I did not leave a tip. Honestly I dont think she should have charged me anything. I will never go back!!!!

They do a great job and the Polish stays on for a long time

Poor, at best. My toes barely touched the water before I received a nothing of a pedicure followed by a manicure I could have done myself with my own left hand.

My mother and I asked for a gel pedicure and they didnt seem to know what the were doing. I was also cut at least 4 times and she didnt seem very sympathetic about it. Im not sure if it a new place and they are new to their job? Either way i am very unsatisfied.

Very disappointed in this salon. Ive been a regular customer at French Nails and LV Nails for years so I was excited to try their new salon. I went there for the 4th and final time today. The first 2 times I tried to go I was instantly turned away, the girl at the door said they were very busy and to try again later. The 3rd time I went I signed in, sat and waited for 15-20 minutes only to then be told it was going to be 30-40 more minutes. I just left there for the final time, I was instantly turned away again. I understand it is a new salon with a smaller staff. If you cant accomodate walk ins then you should say that. Im extremely disappointed and will not be returning.
