Wont be going here again! I asked for acrylic, I picked the nail polish and asked if it went with the acrylic he said yes, I just wanted acrylic, turned out the nail polish was gel nail polish, had to pay 60 instead of 35!! Again acrylic was exactly what I wanted and asked for, plus as they did the uv light I felt a weird burn in my finger tips. Wich lead to warped nails. And spots, he didnt ask me to wash my hands after filing now I can see the filed nail in my black nail polish! I thought tips and toes was bad!!

I chose to get my nails done for the first time here, she did a good job for the most part but she didnt answer any of my questions and she just picked what she wanted and I just told her what color and how long I wanted them. I actually wanted them shorter than they ended up being and some of the polish isnt right. I thought it was going to cost around $30 or so well it was $50 and Im not fully happy with the results. If I ever get my nails done again I wont go here.

I highly recommend Pro Nails in Plymouth, Indiana. Andy does a phenomenal job on my gel nails every time. He takes his time and is very gentle. Most importantly, he makes sure that am 100% satisfied before I walk out the door. They also perform some of the absolute best Pedicures around. Give Pro Nails a try....you wont be disappointed that you did.

They are always nice and cater to exactly what you need. I was in need of a shade to match my prom dress and had a color picked out and showed her a picture asking if their was a better color, she found the exact shade I needed and my nails turned out so nice. Ive never had any problem with acrylic nails coming off, if anything I have problems with getting them to come off. Sometimes there is a slight wait, but if you call ahead there is little to no wait unless the salon is super busy.

Rude staff and my nails were not put on correctly theres a gap so I already need a fill and its only been a week

They do such a wonderful job. The only down fall is the wait. Sometimes its so long, but definitely worth it! Love, love, love their work! Its also very clean and friendly!!

I was very pleased with my service. I had made an appointment so my service was very punctual. I thought that my tech took the time to do a very good job on my nails. I did not get a pedicure but I noticed that there were a lot of walk ins for pedicures. I think if you want to complain about having to wait that maybe you need to make an appointment!

Everything seem fine when leaving but days after I realized that they didnt scrub and stuff well enough. Other then that it was well

5 days ago I got my nails done at my nail place on Hawaii (here visiting family) my nails already starting lifting and chipping and today it broke! I called ahead to Pro Nails and they said to come on in. Not only did I get a started right away, she fixed my nails and gave me the original look I wanted from the other salon! They look amazing and I can now feel better about my hands! Thank you Jennifer. She hooked me up

This service was good but the product was bad had my daughters nails done for prom they we not straight and paid 50 for them to fall of with in a week never again. This was the second time we had been here this experience was just as bad as the first time you would think with in 4 years things would have gotten better but it did not

Probably the WORST pedicure I have ever received. Didnt even deserve the 1 star I had to give. I was in town for sports and asked a friend if they knew of a nail salon to get a pedicure and she recommended this place. I went to this place instead of choosing a different one when I googled nail salons. Big mistake. Would never go there again and would never recommend them. If I could post a picture of how terrible it was I would. Did nothing other salons do to clean up your cuticles, filed very lightly and didnt even shape my nails and painted them like a 5 year old. The only time she really did work was when the owner was standing by filling products and she made sure to look like she was doing her job (I took notice to that) and to think I could have paid more, but thankfully chose the cheapest one for fear of this very reason. What a waste of 25.00. This happens at a lot of nail salons...they should have to have a guarantee on their work to stop this nonsense. People should stop patronizing them until they start standing behind their work.

I called two hours ahead of time to set up an appointment, arrived at my appointment time, waited 20 min and they kept taking people before me! This happened to me several times, the last time is when I decided I was no longer going to give them my business. What is the point of having an appointment if you still have to wait 20+ min before even getting a chair ?

Usually a good place, very clean indeed. I looked up the hours and made a special trip to go get my nails done and relax and found that they are CLOSED SUNDAY. Definitely need to fix the hours online.

I had my nails done bi-weekly in Los Angeles for a while and know what goes into a good manicure. This wasn’t it! The lady immediately sat down and began talking to co-workers and in 3 minutes she had me washing my hands because she was done with the manicure part. She didn’t push or cut my cuticles and I paid 40 for a gel manicure with a design that didn’t resemble marbled at all. Three days go and the cuticle area lifted and kept bending and snagging on everything so I went back and asked for a refund so I’d go somewhere with more talent. She blamed ME saying she didn’t know what I’D done but it’s over and to just leave with my refund. Horrible business ethics, and she spoke English. Won’t be returning.

This used to be my favorite place to get my nails done. Recently moved back to the area. I went with my mom and we very much regret this decision. We waited over an hour for service. We didnt have an appointment so we were willing to wait a little longer.We both got gel nails. Ive never had a tech apply the polish in the order or for the length of time of this tech. She barely filed my nails, didnt trim my cuticles, nada. They look horrendous.My moms nails all fell off within the week and mine are NOT far behind. Its almost like the gel didnt cling to the nail.We WONT be back.

Horrible experience for me both times I went. Paid 50 dollars for gel naila the first time that cracked and fell off in 3 days! Second time i went I got acrylic nails and the guy went down so far ge had my nail beds bleeding. It hurt to use my hands for anything. I suggest never going here. Very rude and just want you in and out as fast as possible and dont care what they send you home with.

Joanne and the girls work long hours and never turn anyone away. Theyre the best in my opinion.

Gel nails started chipping within hours of getting them done

Had my nails done with gel polish and they didnt harden. I called to complain and she made an appointment to have them fixed. When I went into have them fixed at the time she scheduled she says she doesnt have time for me. Every time I have gone in they take people that came in after me before me.
