I had a great experience here at Vicks Nails. First of all, the salon itself is very beautiful. Lots of natural sunlight coming in. Very clean and modern. Second, my manicure and pedicure turned out gorgeous. Third, great service. I could not be happier leaving. Don’t forget to tip your nail technician!! They deserve it. 🙂

I’ve been to Vicks at least 6 times and want to like it but have decided to change salons. Mimi gave me a fantastic pedicure and I can recommend her for a pedicure. I’ve not had as much luck with dip manicures as they’ve chipped in less than a week. Today I was charged an additional $5 for the first time to remove the polish from the manicure I had there a few weeks ago. When I questioned Helen was dismissive. The staff is always curt and I have no idea who is in charge or manages when I’ve explained what I wasn’t happy with no one seemed to care or take responsibility to help me. The salon is clean.

Vick’s nails salon was the best pedicure I have ever had. Quiet, relaxing, fabulous massage and overall amazing. I will definitely come back and tell everyone around how fabulous it is.

The technician did an adequate job. But it just feels like the people working there didn’t care if they do a good job or not. They don’t make you feel welcomed. The manager Vicki just point to the wall and said “pick a color”. They use gestures instead of words. For a business in service, they need to be more personable.

Smells sooo amazing. Extremely professional workers and they put time in you. Love this place definitely coming back.

This was my first time at Vick’s Nail Lounge and it will definitely NOT be my last!!! It’s been over a year since I’ve been in a nail salon and my feet were in desperate need of attention! My daughter and I were both very pleased with the craftsmanship and professionalism of our tech’s! They did a fantastic job and also wanted to get to know us on a personal level! A+++++ from a very satisfied customer!!

Went to Vicks Nails for the first time today! My nails were in major need! I walked in without an appointment and they were able to accommodate me. Nally, ( sorry if I spelt it wrong) did my nails and they came out beautiful. She fixed my nails that the previous place I went to messed up!! She was also very nice and made sure it was exactly the way I wanted them.

Have been going here for the last year and cant tell you how many people I have recommended however it is very clear they no longer care about growing their business. They staff has become extremely rude and no longer need to impress their clientele. My daughter and several of her friends came here over the weekend for Prom nails/pedicures and they commented on how rushed and rude the service was. I wont be back. Its a shame. Save your time and go to Solar Nails where they will always welcome and appreciate your business.

I had a great experience today with Kim and a dip manicure! She was meticulous, took her time and my nails look excellent! I understand she is newer but I look forward to seeing her again! Very clean and cute little place!

Would not recommend getting a manicure here.-Did not ask how long I wanted my nails, I asked them to cut them down a bit and they ended up very short. Also, did not actually clip them but filed them down really hard (they were kind of long), which was uncomfortable.-They barely cut my cuticles, spent literally 15 seconds per hand (not kidding). I had to do them when I got home.-I got gel nails and they didnt paint them all the way down so it looks like theyve grown out a bit.-The hand massage lasted 30 seconds per hand.-The lady I had was borderline rude, worked very fast and didnt seem to care about the quality.This is a $20 manicure at best (charged $35 + tip)They do have a very clean facility, it is aesthetically pleasing with cute modern decorations.

My first time at this particular salon. Beautiful salon, bright, clean, friendly, accommodating, and overall a great experience! 10/10 would go back and recommend to friends and family!

I moved to Minnesota seven (7) months ago from New York and was looking for a place where I could continue getting manicures and pedicures that Im accustomed to.Drove by this place many times and finally made an appointment and Im pleasantly pleased with the service. Everything was professionally done. I will definitely make this my go place.

Recently moved to the area and am always skeptical when having to find a new nail salon. I tried Vick’s after reading reviews and am very pleased to say I found my new salon on the first try. (Never happened before lol).

I had appointments The manager change My appointment to another time but I went in anyway just to see how busy it was there was no one there maybe a couple of people Vikey nail lounge a place where color people are not welcome dont spend your money there we have to stick together in situation we cant continue to support Asian culture if this is a way there are going to be matter of fact i am on my way there about five minutes from the place when she called and changed my appointment who does that DONT SUPPORT

I wanted to love Vicks, but I’ve consistently had mediocre experiences, and there are too many other options in the area for me to go back.

Very rushed, what asked for was simple cotton candy nail polish with white tips said it a few times. Ended up with just plain cotton candy nails cause didn’t have any more time to waste, daughter nails were basic blue with one silver nail on each hand that was a big deal to have that done. Supposed to be coffin for both and look like square. Left chunks of nail pieces and glue. Rude and won’t be back

I have been going here ever since they opened and they have always exceeded my expectations! I normally have always just gone in for a simple color, but today i showed a picture of what i want and they ended up looking better than the picture. I highly recommend Vicks nails. High quality, clean, great conversation, and exceptional nails every time.

Vick’s is my new favorite nail place in town! The salon is beautiful and so very clean. The massage chairs for pedicures were incredible... I almost fell asleep in them! Great selection of nail colors and really liked the staff. I will be back 👍🏼💅🏼

Always a great service. Space is beautiful and large, with appointments only so never too many clients at once. I love that its not cramped and everyone shoved in. I feel safe in the space!

I had a classic pedicure ($32). I found a color I like (wide variety of choice) and the salon was new, specious and clean. The person who did my pedicure stayed focus on the job, which is different from my experiences from other nail salons where employees chat with other employees in their native language. I will definitely come back here and am willing to try other services.

Omg! Best pedicure ever!!This salon is by far my favorite that I have ever been to. Everything is so clean and sleek! All of the staff are so friendly and their customer service is to die for. I will also add, that as a woman who doesn’t shave her legs, I didn’t feel judged at all! They do beautiful nails and treat their customers so well. They also have a great location in Plymouth next to the library! Perfectly serene and calm in the salon. This has definitely become my regular nail salon! 10/10 DEFINITELY recommend.

The other week was my first time at Vick’s. I went with one of my girlfriends and our whole experience was amazing! We honesty couldn’t have asked for better service and quality. The prices for both of our services was completely reasonable. I have found my new nail salon!!

I upgraded to the $45 pedicure and it was amazing. Lots of time spent making sure cuticles are perfect and dry skin is a thing of the past. Massage was just right and no rushed. Very clean.

Beautiful modern salon, so many choices of colors, point program. Heidi was very friendly and helpful. My nails look great and so far I would go back if they wear well in the next couple of weeks.

I took my daughter this afternoon to get a full set of acrylics, and I got gel polish. Haidie and Nhan were wonderful! It was really clean and all covid precautions were followed. We will both be coming back. We have been to most of the salons in Plymouth and this one is our favorite by far.

I went to Vicks Nail Lounge for the first time today. It’s a brand new salon and only opened two weeks ago so I thought I would give it a try. I was greeted as I walked in the door and was offered something to drink. The salon is so nice and new inside with plenty of mani and pedi stations. They were all very professional and the quality of work was awesome. My nail technician was Haidi. She was very friendly and did amazing work and gave me several options for my mani and pedi. I will certainly be recommending this place to my family and friends. Their prices are very compatible to other salons. Thank you Haidi for taking care of me.
