They are always amazing! I have also had very intricate work done on my nails as well and they are always gorgeous! These are the last two times I was here, always listen and make your nails perfect!

Lush nails has always given me a great experience. I’ve recommended this location to my family and friends and they all love it! When I found out they do lash extensions I was so impressed, what else can they do?! My girls Kim and Chloe are my go-to and every time I’ve gotten my nails done, they last up to 5 weeks! But everyone there are amazing at what they do. My nails are super healthy afterwards and no breakage is found. If you’re looking to book ASAP, they got you! I love that they are up to trend and value every customer they have. They take their time and always make sure you are taken care of. Don’t sleep on Lush Nails 💅🏼💘

I live in Burnsville and Ive been all over this city looking for the right shop that meets all my needs. Not only do all the mail techs here know what they are doing, they stand by their work. Ive found my person, there are plenty of nail techs there to chose from. Linda, however does a great job. Shes very articulate, which I appreciate very much.. I leave the shop with the most perfect set of nails every time. I rave about this shop to all my friends..so u must give them a try.. You will not regret it!!

This salon is very nice on the inside, looks very new. The workers aren’t too joyful at all. They give off negative energy. They don’t seem happy to do our nails. They don’t greet you when you walk in the door.. that’s the biggest thing! Their prices aren’t posted anywhere in the shop, which is unprofessional. I feel as if they make their own prices depending on how they feel. Me anda friend came to them and I got a full that was only a week old and my friend got a full set. We both paid $60.. I don’t understand that. My nails are one basic gel color with a small 99 cent sticker on one nail. Definitely won’t be back!

The best nail place Ive ever used in MN. A lot of times Ill have a good initial experience when its the first time and it goes downhill from there. Lush had been consistently superior in atmosphere, skill of techs and price. They also are more sophisticated in their use of customer friendly check-in and appointment setting. I wouldnt go anywhere else at this point!

I have gone to lush nails since the Covid restrictions were lifted and I will never go again! The last 3 experiences I’ve had were terrible! Nails not staying on, gel polish coming off within days of getting my nails done done, having a nail redone and the technician put too much glue under the nail so it was sticking up and not flat. Today was the final straw for me. I had an appointment at 4pm and I walked out at 5:20 because I still hadn’t been helped. Multiple people left without getting service as well and there were people waiting in pedicure chairs and at nail stations not being helped for 30+ minutes. There were a few walk-ins that the male receptionist told them to come back in 30 minutes. They were not going to get in in 30 minutes. I refuse to ever go back again and I caution others to beware as they are not professional with how they treat customers and the technicians are not the greatest. You definitely need to find the good technicians and that is rare.

First time coming to Lush Nail. Kim was very nice and understanding. She was able to accommodate every design that I wanted. Did a very neat and professional job will for sure be coming back!! I Love Them

Updating my review since I can only write one…Today I got a full set which I’m happy with but I also got a VERY BASIC pedicure with no polish or anything. Not only did she cut my nails too short but it ended up being $50 😒 I’m extremely disappointed. I’ll continue to get my fingernails done here but not my feet. It’s nit worth the price… (8/18/21)Very clean salon and super friendly staff.I came in last minute to have my nails done for my wedding and nail artist that did my fullset did a fantastic job! Originally I wasn’t sure what I wanted but she gave me some ideas and they turned out perfect. This will definitely be my regular spot from now on!! 😁 (5/21/21)

My first time here! Very nice staff! I had Kim do me and my moms nails, she was very fast, gentle, and nice! She did such a good job with our nails. I love!! With 2 sets of acrylic, and one kids nail set it was a total of $150! Good prices!

My nails are GORGEOUS! Linda did amazing! The only downside is that i had to wait until 30 mins after my scheduled appointment time to start. But i will be returning!

Showed up to get a simple Gel fill. I told them I had an hour and 20 minutes and they said it wouldnt be an issue. They said they were behind by 10 minutes, but it was a 30 minute wait which caused me to miss my next appointment and incur a $100+ cancellation fee. My nails were long stiletto and they sent me out with rounded edges and tips like an almond nail (left pic is before, right is after). Id have had them fix it, but Id sat there for an hour and forty minutes already. I had a shoot and I didnt have any more time to commit. Disappointing in every respect. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

I really wanted to like this place and even gave them a 2nd chance. When I first went in I had a gel French manicure done and it chipped off 3 days later. Then I tried again and went back. I paid $50 to have the dip powder done on my natural nails and the same day I had 4 of my nails chip and break.(usually my dip powder manicures last 3 weeks with no chips or breaks) I called to see if they can take the gel powder off and repaint with gel polish because my nails were completely uneven. I went in and they removed the powder but wanted to charge me more money to have gel polish put on. I just figured since the quality was horrible, didn’t last, and I had to take more time out of my day to come back they would’ve done it for free. I walked out with my nails looking worse than when I originally walked in and I’m out $50. Also my powder was shaved off instead of soaked off like it’s supposed to be. Now I have left over powder on my nails and my natural nail is still covered in powder after having it removed.

I hate to leave bad reviews, but my recent experience was very poor at Lush nails. They’ve been out of multiple nail colors the last few times I’ve been here so I always have to settle for a color I didn’t intend for. My technician was so rough around my cuticles, you can see in the photo how it’s now all peeled around my nail. Not to mention, painful. For the price they charge and the poor nail quality I’ve been receiving, you can find better elsewhere.

I was very satisfied with service & nails. They were very busy and worked myself and daughter in. I’ve been looking to become a regular and I found it!

I appreciate when an artist listens to a client when they talk about what they want. She accommodated all my needs in terms of how I wanted my lashes to look she was very professional, detailed, and time efficient. I was in and out in less than an hour and the look is amazing. I just found my go to lash person. I can’t thank her enough for helping me achieve the confidence that I wanted.

Per my experience, the bad reviews for Lush seem odd. I had a very relaxing pedicure. Prices are comparable to other places I have gone, but Lush was way more relaxing with no worker drama. The only reason i didnt give them 5 stars is because they use oil instead of lotion for the massage, but thats my preference.

Love this place, every other nail salon doesnt compare. If this is your first time getting nails done, i highly recommended!

Ive been coming to Lush Nails since they opened a year ago. The space is modern, clean and professional. The artists do amazing work and everyone is so nice! Johnny provides great customer service and a relaxing atmosphere. Theresa, Tam, Kim and Mai are the artists who have worked with me and they are all fantastic! (Ill bet all the other artists are too :)It says a lot about a business that opens during the middle of a Pandemic and they appear to be thriving! I highly recommend and suggest making an appointment! They are very busy!Thank you for the great service!

Terrific nail salon — well-run, clean and relaxing. While I’m a boring corporate gel nail peep, the creativity I see on other customers’ nails is incredible. Must give a shout out for my provider, Mai. Been with her bi-weekly for >11 years and she’s fantastic! So glad she moved to Lush where she’s busier and has more of a creative outlet.

I’ve had 3 of the same pedicure selection and yet, all were different and none included everything on their list of what’s included. Then today, 3 of us had a 4 pm appt for a full set. I booked mine with a specific tech and the other 2 ladies (one was my daughter) were with whomever was available. I got started right at 4. My friend that was with was still waiting at 5:20 and just left with nothing as the manager running the front continued to skip over her. They finally got my daughter started at 5:00. She was done with her nails less than a half hour later and they were horrible! I had my daughter show the lady doing my nails and even said they were not straight. The manager then came over, filed one of her nails and looked me dead in the eye and said “better”? Even after he filed them they were horrible. No apology, no offer to discount as they were $60, and then argued with me about my friend leaving saying they were just about to get her in (an hour and a half after her appointment!!). Horrible management, horribly inconsistent service and an overall stressful environment. I’ve been going there since after restrictions were lifted and the manager acted like I was in the wrong. Never once apologized even after he asked why I would never be back.

My first time going to Lush nails in Plymouth, based on recommendation and I have not looked back. The scenery is beautiful, aesthetically pleasing. Good customer service and communication was easy. Kim did my nails and she was gently and really took her time to get my nails right. I have tried plenty of nail salons, but I think I may have found “the one” 😆 also good quality, long lasting nails. Worth every $$ you will spend. I highly recommend!

I absolutely love this place! They were very nice and are super talented. I showed them a picture of the nails I wanted and they recreated the picture perfectly. I got a basic pedicure and even though it was not anything fancy it was still relaxing and I felt like they really cared to make me have a nice time there. Best nail place I’ve been to!!

Got amazing service the first time. Went in a week later to get the design touched up for a work event, and they acted like I was being silly. After getting touched up, the polish peeled right off the next day.

My first time here and I will definitely be back! I wish I would’ve caught the ladies names who did my toes and nails but both were very sweet and accommodating. I showed the woman a picture of what I wanted and she did it exactly like in the picture, which you don’t get often. Very clean with her work and a nice ambiance to the place. Certain services can get a bit pricey, that it the only downfall.

I had a very good experience here I made an appointment to get my sisters nails done arrived and they where running a bit behind but Jonny did a very good job letting everyone know how long the wait would be and getting us started as soon as he could Chloe and Kim took care of my sisters nails and they where very professional, friendly and patient will definitely be coming here again!

I went there for the first time today and they did a lovely job! The nails came out exactly how I wanted them and the nail tech was so nice to squeeze me into her tight schedule and even stayed late to finish my nails. They look beautiful and I will be coming back!

The guy at the front desk asked me what kind of nails I was wanting, I showed him a few pics & he assigned me a nail tech & I was seated quickly. I got to pick any colors, design, etc. & my nail tech was Chloe, she was very informative and so friendly. I told her I wanted glitter freestyle & she executed my request. From the time management down to the shape/detail it was all PERFECT! Lush nails is THAT place! I’ve been getting the best service since I started coming here for the past couple of months. They have great service and wonderful employees. They do everything just right. 10/10 place!

I like coming here but today in particular the lady who did my nails (Su) was rude. She did a sloppy job she just didnt care. I had to ask her like 6 times to file my nails down because one hands nails were longer than the other, and she was arguing with me that theyre not....she glued on my rhinestones uneven and she left glue all over my nails they just look sloppy.Also they should know that clients are aware when they so openly talk about them. Theres a lot of talented people here, theyre just unprofessional.

If I could I would give it zero stars… I have tried to give this place a chance now four times. First few times were chipped nails within the first three days, and just poor manicures/ pedicures for the price. But this time was the last time! A generic gel pedicure took two hours… she got up and left half way to go on lunch. They have plenty of staff. Why would she start if she needed to go on break. Almost burned me with the towel, horrible polish job. The manicure was just as bad. And soooo overpriced! I got there at 12:20 with an appointment and left at 3:10 with a bad fill and color change. And an even worse pedicure. All for 105… DO NOT GO HERE! Multiple people were upset in that three house I was there.

I was referred by a woman that I seen her nails and thought they were beautiful. She told me to go here if you want great service. She told me ask for Kim or Chloe. Well Chloe was out sick and Kim had a lot of clients. So they told me Hailey was very good and I tell you she didn’t disappoint! She did my pedicure and that was amazing but baby when I tell you she slayed my nails she slayed them! I will never go anywhere else again! She was very professional and my nails are gorgeous!! I had been here once before. I made 2 appointments at 7 for my daughter and myself. The website said they were open till 8. I received a confirmation gor both appointments to get there and they were closed and knew about the appointment and no call or text to let me know. Very unprofessional. Will not go again. They lost my business.

The first time around I was at an Eh experience, however, at my second round I must say I am more than satisfied. I LOVED Jessica’s work. She listens and checks to make sure you’re happy with the work. I drive 30+ minutes to get here, and I will continue to do so, and will continue to request for Jessica. Keep up the amazing work!! Lush nails are completely unprofessional and only care about money and not their clients well-being and health overall! They use a chemical that is KNOWN to be extremely cancerous and harmful. Workers will ignore questions regarding this chemical at all costs, very suspicious if you ask me. 10/10 would not recommend ever! horrible service!

Great place, I liked my nails but what’s the point of making appointments when they don’t even get to you?I waited 35 mins before someone got to me, I made the appointment two weeks in advanced and call a day before to confirm my appointment. When I got there, there was a lot people already inside. I don’t know if they had appointments or not but please book your clients accordingly so this does not happen again.

This is my first time at this salon. Chloe did a great job! They are safe, wear masks, and clean utensils.

It was my first time here and I was excited since I’ve heard and seen such great reviews on this place. The lady I worked with, I believe her name was Hailey, did a mediocre job. She left in the middle of the service, so I just sat there waiting. Later someone asked me to move to a different chair and someone else will put the gems on my nails. I was confused but proceeded to move to where they asked me to move. Later, they asked me to move AGAIN. I got irritated and just decided to skip the gems on my nails and pay. It was $65 for an unfinished and mediocre job. I wasn’t even asking for a difficult design either, just a simple ombré coffin shape with gems.

I come all the time and everyone does more than a amazing job I love lush nail HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I’ve always been a loyal customer and supporter but i’ve gotten my nails done for $110 plus a $65 pedicure and a $20 tip, for my nails to pop off and start to lift not even in a week and when i contacted them they ignored me. sad but i will be taking my service elsewhere

Love this salon! They always do a great job! Anna is my favorite, but they all do a great job! Thr front desk is helpful, and told me if any happens to my nails in a week come in for a free touch up. The ladies are friendly, and said they like if I tell them if the hot towel is too warm, or if I like my nails filed differently. Great experience, and good prices. They are not pushy, but good at their job! They have two child pedicure seats, and I can not wait to bring my neice to get her nails done with me! #takecareofyourfeet you walk on them everyday! They deserve to be taken care of and cute! Especially in the summer! If you call they will find someone to do your nails, even last minute. Make sure to to tip them well when they have to stay late. Remember they have been there all day, and have a family to go home to as well! They stayed late for you!

After a very bad experience at a different nail business, I was hesitant to try again. I explained my concerns before we began and the service was very well done. The Lush salon was clean. Everyone was very kind and professional, and it was a great experience. I will be back.

They were very rude. I had a friend translate what they said while we were there & they were talking down on so many of the clients. Racial slurs were used and words that are not okay.. Definitely not a place to support at all .. all they did was crack jokes about white and black people. How were so dumb and they can get any money out of us. I’m disgusted.
