Check-in process was complicated on the day I went. But I ultimately was measured and received the product quickly. My low rating is for the difficulty I had in receiving a refund. Hanger charged me money on the day of purchase, but my insurance covered the purchase in full. Hanger has an agreement with my insurance company, and they are obligated to comply with that agreement. Despite calls from me and a call from my insurance company a month and a half ago, I still have not received the refund. I get the impression the local office doesnt understand how insurance works. When I called the national office today, they apologized and promised to expedite the refund. Be sure to watch them closely and demand a refund if they charge you for something covered by your insurance.

The ladies at the front desk are simply amazing. Always courteous and kind either when I have called or went in. The technicians are always knowledgeable about what they are doing. My daughter has gone through 2 back braces for scoliosis and I am so glad we have this team to help us.

Since Ive had to wear a prosthetic for a couple of years now I have used no other services but Hanger Prosthetics both the Baton Rouge and Zachary offices. Everyone of the staff members from the ladies at the front desks, Financial Dept and most of all the Technicians are the most friendliest people. Jay is the tech that works with me on almost every one of my office visits. He is a very knowledgeable in his craft and a very friendly person. He will help you however he can and answer any question you might have. Everyone of the staff members will go above and beyond to work and accommodate you within their power. I would not go to any other prosthetic service company if i have my choice and I would recommend Hanger to anyone that is in need of that type of service. THANK YOU !!!!!!! for everything that you do, not just for me but the other people out there who have to live life with a prosthetic. You will not have a more pleasant visit with these wonderful people.

My appointment was for 2pm. & I was seen within 15mins. The staff was super friendly & they answer every question you have. They definitely make you feel comfortable with any kind of brace you may need & give you tips on how to work out with it on & off. Highly recommend them & will go back if I need anything else!!!
