Kristy always does an amazing job…..for me, always a French dipping powder. Kimberly did my pedicure (fresh). Nails look great and massage/skin treatments were relaxing!

I found my new nail home! Great atmosphere, everything is clean and they had beautiful decor. Tracy (theres 2) was wonderful. Not only great work, but she was super friendly and hospitable. Planning to get all my Christmas presents for the family from here. Everyone loves gift cards that dont expire! I love love love this place!

Why is it so hard to find a good nail place?? I went here because of the reviews and it was my first time. Got the dip powder and I’m not satisfied at all. Edges poorly done, very big bumps and uneven between fingers. Some fingers have been dipped more than others. She was not going to even do a manicure until I asked.

DO NOT BOTHER GOING HERE . YO WILL BE THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED. It was my first time coming here, i went because its so close to my house. i wanted an acrylic set but was convinced to take the dip. This was by far the worst nail experience i have had. I was attended by two technicians. the first one shaped my nails and did it so badly and way too short. Second one did the dip and that was worse it was so bumpy and uneven. When i pointed it out and looked at my nails this technician kept telling me not to look at my nails like that and that she was going to fix it. It was not fixed. Other technicians kept coming to my table and commenting and she said they were saying the color is nice but i believe they Knew how ugly this was. Anyway i paid but i will definitely NEVER go back there . I would rather drive 15 or more minutes for a nail appointment. ON top of that every other client seemed to be offered drinks yet i was eventually offered water after i cleared my throat once or twice. Definite let down, no go, just dont do it. Took off my nails almost immediately so dont have a pic which is unfortunate because people deserve photo evidence of such a bad job.

First visit and had the best experience. This will be my nail salon going forward. Amazing job, clean, on time and professional. Anna is THE best!!

Terrible customer service! Staff are not friendly, you will not get the color you pick for your nails and they will get angry if you tell them this color is not the one you picked and ignore you! Not recommend

I’m seriously impressed with the level of service I received as a walk-in client. I did tips with dip and inquired about additional services.. It ended up that they had a lash extensions opening and Tracy put on a full fresh set- half classic, half volume for a more natural look. Their prices were fair and pretty standard, if not competitive, for the lash market. Tracy is very attentive to detail and as of day 1- I’m very happy with the results. If I were local- this would be a regular place for me.

I have been to several nail salons and let me tell yall, my daughter drives an hour and a half one way to come here. She brought me for mothers day to get a manicure pedi. This place is amazing! Very clean, thorough, the massages are incredibly relaxing! I can tell everyone here loves there job from the atmosphere, from Tracy, Kevin and my 2 gals were Kim and Nancy! So glad I came to this experience so I know how I should really be treated at a salon. Thank you and I definitely recommend!

This was my 2nd visit getting a polish change and both technicians did a good job. The place is very nice and clean and everyone seemed friendly. My only (minor) complaint today is that I was overcharged. My polish change last week (and on the website) said $10 and my receipt I signed in the middle of my service today said $12. I figured the price went up, no big deal, but when I checked my receipt when I left I was charged for a foot polish change instead of nails. Lesson learned for me. I’ll be back though.

Kevin did my nails today and I absolutely love them! Great almond shape and love the color— probably my favorite nails I’ve ever had. Will come back always!

This was my first time at this nail salon and I was very impressed. “T” was so amazing in her attention to detail and took considerable time to massage my legs, feet and hands where as other nail salons negate to do this. Tracy came in to do my gel manicure And it was quick and Efficient. Overall. Great service. Great staff.

Then did an amazing job on my nails despite the fact that I have difficult nails to work with due to anxiety related trauma to my nail beds and cuticles. She spent nearly two hours building and shaping my nails, I don’t normally have positive experiences in salons but Then made me feel worthy of having beautiful nails and did not seem rushed or annoyed at the time it took. She is so kind and so skilled at what she does, wonderful to see someone take so much pride in their craft, will be going back to see her for my next manicure.

Such a great experience! I have always went here but since the pandemic I have put pedicures on hold. Today I had such a great experience. My pedicure was top notch and everything was so clean.

This salon is beautiful and clean. The staff is very nice. I received a nice, relaxing pedicure. My only complaint about the manicure was while working on my hands, the manicurist sat on a stool to my left and when working on my right hand she did not move to my right side. Instead I had to cross my right arm over my body in order to reach her. This makes the manicure an uncomfortable experience. I felt like a pretzel. During the manicures Ive had elsewhere, the manicurist moved to the side they were working on which was great, it allows the client the sit back and relax. If it were not for this minor issue which they could easily fix in order to make getting a manicure so much better, I would return.

My husband and I both had pedicure appointments and arrived 30 minutes early. They were able to get us right in.

Two of us called about 20 minutes before and made a reservation. Staff gave us the pedicures we asked for and had us both done in about an hour walking out with fresh feet. Comfortable and easy, but only minimal speaking with our techs.

It’s hit or miss with the work quality. This is what my nails look like after a little over a week (1.5-2wks). It’s apparent that my nails were not properly shaped at all. The decor is cute, you may or may not be offered a beverage. The prices are ok..

I have been going to Tracy to get my lashes done going on two years now. She’s the best! Their new location just makes the experience even better- it has a great spa like feel! Im a busy mom and I always look forward to going to get my lashes done because it’s SO relaxing and Tracy makes it such an enjoyable experience! I’ve been many place to get lashes done before going here and I’ll never go anywhere else. She’s just SO good at what she does and uses quality lashes and glue so that my lashes stay healthy! Not to mention, it’s affordable! The owners, Tracy and Kevin who I’ve gotten to know from being a customer there are very kind individuals who value their customers and work hard to make sure you have a good experience. You don’t find that everywhere. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

I had a terrible experience at Nail Lua. The manicure I received yesterday was the worst manicure that Ive ever had. I selected a dip manicure with a simple almond shape nail. I grow my own nails out and I mentioned that my nails are natural so please be careful when trimming. I stated I wanted almond shape about 3 times and the nail tech cut my NATURAL nails round and all the way down! Ive spent months growing out my nails and she cut them down so far AND cut them in the wrong shape. My hands were left in the acetone bag for so long that my skin is now cracked and bleeding. As soon as I got into the car, the matte layer on my thumb nail was already peeling off. By the time I got home, all of the matte layer on my nails were peeling off. One girl mishaped one hand and another girl misshaped the other. They didnt even compare hands together to see if they were even matching. There are dents and bubbles in my nails. This was the worst experience Ive ever had. To top it all off, they tried to charge me $5 for shaping my nails! They shaped them incorrectly and CUT OFF MY NATURAL GROWN OUT NAILS. I love Luxe Nail Salon in Plano! Kristy is the best and does the best nails every time. I get SNS the powder nails with tips and she always makes the shape so pretty!! Its a lovely place and I went here to get my nails fixed (it was completely my fault for being rough with them) and everyone was as sweet as usual!! My nail was fixed in less than 10 minutes and it looked just as it did before!

Both of us opted for powder and not only they came out looking amazing but they look stopped natural and delicate, I love the natural look! They definitely know what they are doing. My gel powder with tips came off after one week . In the first week I got my thumb done over and then they all started to come off . Great service the first time but not the second .

I got a classic manicure ($15). In and out within one hour. Staff was not friendly. Stabbed me once with the nail tools. Felt rush. 6 hours later my fingers hurt from the trimming. No drink was offered.

Under new management!!!! Lovely decor and the staff to match. Ive had Kevin, Tracy, Thi, and one other woman do my nails, perfect every time. Theyre so accommodating - if you want something different than usual, they will listen! The salon is clean and I feel confident because they disinfect all tools and use liners for the pedicure chairs. They offer a choice of beverages, like water, soda, and wine as soon as you sit down. Tracy does an EXCELLENT wax as well! I have super sensitive skin that burns easily, but she gets it just right and Ive never been burned. I will definitely be making this my go-to nail spot!

Had a wonderful experience with Tracey! I walked in and was promptly greeted, shown a HUGE variety of color options and then quickly seated to get started. The whole process was fantastic and I’ll keep coming back to Luxe Nail for all future nail needs! Tracey is a sweetheart, I’m a customer for life!

Needed a quick mani/pedi while in town for wedding... The BASIC mani/pedi at Luxe was better than ANY upgraded package Ive gotten anywhere else. The ladies were meticulous (which you never experience anymore), they both gave firm massages rather than the weak, no-effort massage at most places... I look forward to the next time Im in the area. Would revisit without question!!

I am very very picky!Having been in the beauty industry for the last 30 years as hairstylist specializing in color, I am very rough on my nails.Christie did the most amazing job on my NexGEN manicure. It has been 2 1/2 weeks and they are still gorgeous!Jenny… What can I say about Jenny she got all the calluses off my feet that nobody else has been able to do it! Plus she gives a fantastic massage and her polish job is flawless.Did I mention that I am extremely picky!! These ladies are that good!

Always fast service and yummy beverages! Chloe always give me a smile and nice manicure. I had an organic gel pedicure with Tronie, and it was amazing. Tip: They have a lots of choice for gel colors.

The best customer service ever!!! I am very difficult with my nail shape but they nailed it. I required my coffee shape as the picture I showed to Kim and she made it perfectly. I messed up my toe nails in the car and I came back for next day to fix it, they was so nice that offered me a drink while I waited to fix my toe nails.

Ive been coming here for several months. Never have I been disappointed. The staff is nice and the customer service is great!

Do not go here. The place is lovely on the inside, but service is terrible and the prices are too high. Two of my friends and I went in on Sunday for manicures. It was not busy. It took about 30 minutes for one of my friends to get anyone to assist her despite others walking in and getting tended to right away. As for my manicure, it was terrible. There are bumps on my thumbs, three of my fingers are bleeding around the cuticles and no one ever once offered cuticle oil for any of us. Do not go!!!!!!!!!!

Tried this salon for the first time today. Its beautiful but the staff is not very friendly. No one offered me a drink or even really acknowledged me. The pedicure was nice but the massage was pretty weak. The manicure felt rushed and it was actually painful. As I was leaving, I knicked one of my nails and asked if I could just touch it up. The girl literally dropped a drop of polish on my nail and didnt even brush it to blend it with the rest of the nail. Certainly not worth the $85 I paid. I wont be going back.

I absolutely love this nail salon!! I live in lewisville but drive 20 minutes just to have Moon and Tina do my nails. I’ve never had a bad experience at this salon. It is impeccably clean, everyone is friendly and you get exactly what you ask for. I won’t go anywhere else, ever :-)

My daughter & I have been going for about 8 months and we love it! They really take their time and they each do great work. I’ve seen almost every nail tech in there and have yet to be disappointed. Plus they are apart of that FiveStars savings app, so like every other time I come, I save about 15-20%. And the Kroger next door has coupons for them on their receipt. So for a gel nail & pedi I usually only spend like $45!

I always go there at the weekend! Their pedicure is very relaxing and the space is very big and comfortable. Christy and Jenny is my favorite manicurists. Tronie is a good choice for Lua pedicure treatment. Will definitely come back!

Terrible customer service. My friend had picked a Nexgen color that apparently didnt have a number on it. The tech just sat there and told her to pick something else. Didnt bother to look or go get the other choices for her. I sat there until her nails were almost done before anyone helped me. Several people walked in and were assisted. No apologies. If you like being ignored, this is the place for you!

It was awful. The lady that did my nails had never done what I asked and I had to take time out of my day to go back and get them fixed. On top of everything it was super expensive. I am never going back. Do not recommend it

Terrible experience. Nail tech constantly left the table and was looking around at everything else going on, forgot what step she was on when doing my nails, rushed me to pay upfront rather than after, and took really long breaks while doing my nails. She would literally get up walk away have a discussion with someone else or answer her phone call and then come back 15 minutes later. Will NOT go there again. And DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Loooove this place! Everytime I go, everyone is so nice and considerate, theres never a dull moment because the people there actually talk to you. They accommodate to you and theyre willing to help you make decisions about your nail shape and colors and give their honest opinion which I greatly appreciate. While they are on the expensive side, I think its well worth it. Nail Lua is my new go-to nail place!
