I love how Brothers Darrell and Donny treat their customers to ensure you have the very best service, and experience when purchasing parts or equipment for your farm needs. They and their employees make you feel like you are a part of their family. Should you have any questions, theyre there to answer them, trust me, you wont find them hiding behind a desk with closed doors. Lol. Theyre the best at what they do and when it comes for us to look for farm equipment, Tyler Brothers Auction thats where you will find us.
About six months overdue on this but wanted to say what a great positive experience I had on my first visit and purchase. Stopped by to check on a 2380 and just happen to have a used one with low hours. They worked with me not only on the price I needed to give but also on some upgrades that I wanted to have added. Covered the first 50hr service and took care of small issues I found after I got home. Lee did a great job and very much appreciate doing business with folks like this.
I dont recommend this dealership for service for your tractor if you are a woman or an older man who might need assistance. In the spring, I had services performed on my tractor totaling $1,400.00 +. I went to pick it up 3 weeks later than the service manager had quoted me that it would be ready. After it was on the trailer, I asked the service manager if he could help me tighten the chains. He said he couldnt because he had other customers to help. I stood there for 20 minutes having everything strapped and I was not strong enough to pull the chain binder. The manager trudged in and out seeing me standing there several times. Finally, the security guard saw me standing there and came over to help. Then an employee saw us and he also decided to help too. I am not use to feeling helpless and it was a demoralizing experience. I give them 2 stars instead of 1 because the services to my tractor were satisfactory.
Straight forward and easy to work with. Took really good care of us. Lee is awesome and goes the extra mile for you. Made sure we had a training class to know how to use the skid steer.
Great people, got me in and out promptly. Offered to help secure load, was only a few smaller iteams.
I stopped by this morning 6/21/21 to look at zero turn commercial grade mowers! Was ready to spend the money! Not one employee approached me with their assistance! Even after walking around the lot to look at mowers myself and still Noone offered any help! This has actually happened before! Not exactly sure why? But I guess theyre doing ok financially and dont need my money?

Great group at Tyler Brothers. I was a first time tractor buyer and was looking at used tractors under $10,000 for a piece of property I was purchasing. I first went to a competing dealer in the East Tennessee area and they wanted no part in answering general tractor questions or really anything to do with looking at used tractors, heck when asked they said they dont really look over or doing any service on used tractors under $10,000. Why buy from a dealer if they are literally going to do nothing but add a markup and sell? This brought me to Byron at Tyler Brothers who was great! He had no problems answering any questions or spending time with me, had no problems with me coming out several times to look at a used Massey Fergusson (where he spent time going over all the features and how things operate), and was never pushy. Unfortunately, the land purchase fell through and I wasnt able to complete the purchase of the Massey Fergusson 231S. Now on the hunt for the perfect property and when I find it, Ill be heading back to Byron at Tyler Brothers.
I need to buy a bush hog so I called this morning to ask some questions about what they have and the salesman acted/sounded like I was really getting on his nerves. He was throwing half-answers at me when I was asking my questions. I really hate being treated like Im a nuisance by salesman and this isnt the first time Ive been treated this way at Tyler Brothers so Im going to spend my money at AG Central or Rural King.
The staff is knowledgeable and great to work with. If they dont have the part you need they can easily order it for you.
Ive bought through their auctions twice and their process is easy and efficient. The first time, I bought several items and picked up several days later. Their staff is friendly and I was able to get loaded quickly and safely back on the road. The second time, I had issues which were my fault and Tabitha was friendly and understanding and helped me get them taken care of without any fuss. Shes a great asset to Tyler.Will deal with them again!

Answered every single question that I had. Not pushy at all and just said email or call with any questions.My husband, father, and I walked into Tyler Brothers and Lee made us feel right at home. Less than 30 minutes we had the information we needed, went home, called Lee to confirm the purchase, and returned the next day to sign the already prepared paperwork. No wait time at all - in and out within 15 minutes with our new Massey Ferguson to be delivered to our home in a few days. Was smooth sailing when purchasing our tractor and skid steer. When we had an issue with the tractor it took several months to get the tractor fixed and we had several issues. Once the GM found out about all of the issues we were having he was very willing to talk them out and help get to the bottom of it. Great to work with.
Very disappointed to see that, despite the governments plea for social distancing, Tyler Brothers decided not to cancel their March 21 auction. Apparently selling tractors is more important to them than community safety. 😡
After much research I was ready to upgrade an older Massey compact tractor. We walked into Tyler Brothers during an incredibly busy auction day going on outside. Lee Wells treated us as if we were the only people on the property. He focused all of his time and energy on showing me the 2 models I requested and shared 1 additional model that I might consider. After 30 minutes I had made my selection and Lee had the transaction nearly complete. On Monday Lee made a follow up phone call, sent the information via text as I requested and my purchase was complete. Hands down best farm equipment purchase of all time!

Lee wells makes Tyler Brothers go round, he is an excellent representation of what an employee should be and not mention he is exceptionally knowledgeable about their products. He went above and beyond for us. We purchased a Massey GC 1705 with a front loader, 48 belly deck and woods brush hog ( items were delivered by promised date) neither the brush hog or front loader were what we expected and would not hold its worth for what we needed. I called Lee and explained this to him and he got took care of our problem, with some trading and help from Lee we got a new tractor. Cant say enough about Tyler Brothers. Great place to buy from.

Bought nee disc mower personally guaranteed. After the second cutting poorer the oil out of the bar. Called them and they said it was my problem now.
Blown away! Called to compare online tractor packages. Told they could not compete, the other dealers were doing illegal things and to make sure I took my tractor back to where I purchased it. They only take care of there customers. Going today to exit 122 power sports to purchase a new Mahindra.
Just picked up my King Kutter bush hog from Tyler Brothers. Worked with Norman. Fixed it in 3 days, fair price. This time was just $186.00. Used them last year for my Kubota tractor. Replaced all hydraulic hoses, new water pump, fixed a multitude of small problems, painted parts of the tractor and new decals. That time the fix cost $5,158. However both times i was treated like I was important to them, that they cared and the final workmanship was great.Would recommend to other Kubota owners.
Had the worst customer service experience ever at Tyler Brothers. Norm the service manager was dishonest and combative with me over the completion time of an initial Kubota mower service. I have never experienced anything like the condescending attitude and downright rude behavior of someone who is a manager of customer service. I would not recommend to anyone to purchase or service their equipment at this dealer. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a retailer! Per the response to my low rated review by Tyler Brothers it is clear they want to continue to argue with a customer over what was communicated concerning the completion date. I was initially told the repair would be ready the coming week when dropping off the mower and then told it would be ready the next day when given the estimate for service over the phone. Tyler Brothers can deny all they want as to what they said or did not say and continue to feed this narrative with misinformation. It does not harm me in the least. It only show readers and potential customers Tyler Brothers insists on arguing with customers instead of attempting to rectify a problem. I am sure potential customers are going to line up to purchase equipment or get service from Tyler Brothers now that they know their communication with customers is combative and argumentative. Instead of getting the service done on time as promised they will attempt to charge a $125.00 diagnostic fee just to add insult to injury once the customer decides to take their business elsewhere. So lets keep this going Tyler Brothers....your continued banter only reinforces to the readers what kind of outfit you really are. If I was your Kubota Manufacturers Representative I would be very disturbed by how you interact in person and on line with potential customers.
Go there to get parts and have always gotten good service. If they didnt have what we needed they found it for us. Worth the 2hour drive to get what we need.

The folks here are very familiar with their equipment and willing to help. Sales people are friendly and dont push for a sale, rather try to understand your situation and make suggestions.

They have a good selection at the auction, but its ridiculous the way they organize/run it. We were there for 4hrs and and they havent even finished auctioning equipment off in the 2nd row.I wanted to bid but the items were in the 6th & 7th row. I couldnt justify staying another 4.5 to 5.5 more hours.So if you come to the auction plan on spending at least 10hrs. And pack a breakfast lunch and supper
Our Kubota RTV 500 was losing power and no longer able to climb the steep hills on our farm in Union County. Another area Kubota dealer was unable to fix the issue or even recognize there was an issue. John Abott, service manager at Tyler, and his mechanic took on the problem head first and fixed it. From now on I will take our RTV to them for service.
