My family members and I were overwhelmed by an infestation of ground bees in our house early afternoon last Friday. After searching several websites to find a local exterminator, I decided to contact ProAction Pest Control - their website indicated that they could do same day service and they were the only company for which every rating was 5 stars. Pam received my call, listened carefully, heard my distress, and worked hard to arrange someone to come to our house that afternoon. Matt arrived at our house right at the time he was expected, studied the problem carefully, talked with us about his recommendations, worked with us to decide on a treatment plan he thought was workable and we were comfortable with, and then applied the treatment. I am happy to say that the results were completely in line with what Matt explained the outcome would be and we feel an immense amount of relief. Everything about our experience with ProAction Pest Control was very good, including the very reasonable price for the service provided. We would definitely call them again if we have another pest problem we need help with! :)

We just moved into a new home and it was fully renovated but when we moved in we saw flying ants and some spiders in the house and lots of mosquitoes around the house so I called pro action for an appointment to spray. I called them to set up an appointment which was easy. They were able to come out within 2 days. Jason was the one sent to do some work and he was awesome! Jason was able to show up to the appointment early so that was great. I am working from home and had a meeting so I had to quickly explain what was going on and point him in the right direction. After that he easily identified the issue and took care of business. It was fast and painless. Afterwards he was able to easily explain what steps should be taken next and to contact them if I needed any additional help.I will definitely use this company again if I need anything else done, even if just for being friendly and easy/flexible to work with. It looks like they do a wide range of things. Fingers crossed Jason comes to help again if I need something! I recommend to at least call and ask this place if you are considering multiple companies. It seems like if they come out to inspect, but dont have to do anything there is still a $95 fee. In my case the bee hive was inactive. Im not saying this to complain as Im sure all businesses have similar practices, just be aware.

We called because I thought we had one bee hive starting on the garage door frame. Turns out, we had more than just the one (which we wouldnt have known otherwise). Jason took care of the problem and checked all around our house just in case. Very happy we called them.

He baited upstairs in the crawl space (Attic ) kitchen,basement, the little door to the enclosed porch and baited exterior also set up a bait box on the exterior. He did a great job. We had birds in our stove and bathroom exhausts and had started to notice mites inside the house near the entry on the stove exhaust. We had a little bit of a mouse problem and he came in and very throughly baited my entire house and showed me where the areas were that they were getting in. He was super friendly and personable and even picked up a dead mouse for me that he had found (because there’s no way I wanted to do that!) Jake was on time and very knowledgeable. He looked around the house and certain spots in the basement for any signs of ants. He explained everything he found and did not try to sell me on other services, which is a huge plus! It has been almost a week and I have not seen a single ant. He walked through and set up a plan, sprayed, asked permission and lots of questions to make us comfortable, and to properly address the home. This summer has been an incredibly bad year for hornets, wasps, and bees. I called another pest control company that we had used for other purposes in the past but they were unwilling to assist. I was told that if the nests arent on our property then there is nothing they could do. Unfortunately, we have a family member that is deathly allergic to stinging insects, and something needed to be done.I decided to call Pro Action, and they were both polite, and willing to assist. The following day Pro Action tech Matthew Stoddard arrived at our house, and asked all of the questions that are necessary in order to do a complete & successful job.Matthew was polite, and patient the entire time he was here. He explained everything in a way that was easily understood but not insulting. After providing us with an estimate, which we accepted, Matthew was able to begin working on the issue right away.It took approximately 30 minutes for him to complete all of the steps he had previously laid out to us. Once complete, he provided explanation regarding what we could expect for the rest of the evening, and the next couple of weeks.Im happy to say that even after the heavy rains we had last week that the hornets, wasps, and bees have not returned since Matthews treatment last week. We would certainly recommend Pro Action Pest Control to anyone looking for a full-service exterminator.

Additionally they sprayed the bushes around my front door and there has been so much relief from the flying insects! I can’t believe how much better everything has been. I am thoroughly surprised and pleased! Can’t say thank you enough.💛Jason and his partner treated my place for house files getting in when I cook. They were very thorough and they made sure to go over and above in their treatment. They even gave me suggestion on other things I could do to keep them out. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I called ProAction on Friday towards the end of the work day to try and get some emergency work done on a bunch of bees in my backyard due to having a childs birthday party the next day. I can remember her name but the lady on the phone was very understanding and told me that she may be able to get me in last minute that same night...about an hour later a technician was walking up my driveway to lend some assistance. The tech, Brandon was extremely nice and understanding. He told me everything he was doing and explained the chemicals to me. He was extremely outgoing and got down to work. I currently use a different pest control for some rodents in the area as do some of my neighbors and next time I need services Ill only call ProAction. The spray used for the bees seemed to be working and Ill definitely find out tomorrow when the birthday party starts!!!! They are a reason i like local businesses. Got me on the schedule quick, came out an explained what, why and how they were going to do, and did it for a fair price. Front office and the field guys were awesome and punctual. Hasnt been long enough to say if the bugs are gone yet but with the way the rest of the company runs, i dont think they will be a problem anymore.
