On vacation visiting family in Dallas and wanted to treat myself to a pedicure. I’m so so sooooo glad I chose to go to Hannah’s Nails. I’m a regular pedicure addict and that was one of the best I’ve ever had. The paraffin wax plus the massage was heavenly. The chairs are comfy and they have TONS of color choices. The service was impeccable, they are extremely sweet, conscientious and attentive and the pedicure was FABULOUS. Now I’ll wanna go here every single time I’m visiting my family.

THE best customer service. everyone is so sweet and we love this place. we moved about 30 minutes away and still drive out there just to come to this nail salon. 10/10 recommend

Staff was friendly and massage I received was great. The nail job was good. They offer drinks to you and I like that the salon was quiet. The salon is more pricey than most. They also have massaging chairs.

Zack and Vanessa were a fantastic couple at Hannah’s. Zack made my nail look fabulous with an ombré French dipped manicure.

My first time here and I was seated right away on a Saturday which never happens (to me atleast.) The lady that was helping me was SO incredibly sweet, and we had a nice conversation. HOWEVER....the quality of my nails really suck. The length is uneven, I told her medium and she did them super short, the thickness varies to each nail, and they are uneven in spots to where there are dips in the surface. I really liked their customer service and I wish I could give them a higher review. But what I’m paying for are my nails, and I am embarrassed to have where these.

I have been getting my nails done for a very long time but let me tell you that the customer service here is AMAZING!!! The work is phenomenal!! The shape the nails perfectly and are so patient and caring!! I highly recommend them! They are amazing!!

I got my eyebrows waxed and they were uneven and thick. I asked her to shape them and even them out bc the previous person didn’t wax them right. I asked for my nails to be shaped narrow and they were still a little wide. I spent $100 on nails and a pedicure and I had to ask for something to drink. When a lady and her mom walked in for pedicures they offered them a drink right away. They use to do a really good job and treated me with kindness but this last time I went was a not so great experience.

Actually, this is the best service ive EVER received at a salon. Hands down the best quality. Ive only been 1 time though. But Im going back and hoping the 40 minute drive from my home is worth it. Lets hope I didnt have a unicorn experience.

Awesome experience. This is my second visit to Hannah nail salon. Two girls, Amy and Cindy attended on me. They did my pedicure and manicure. I will definitely give 5 stars and 100/10. Wonderful place to relax while having pedicure and manicure.

I started going a year ago the owners a year ago were awesome but owners changed Techs are rude the over charge you they do not listen to your needs and wants they love to argue with you.Never going back

This place was really good until they changed everything. The prices went high. The employees changed. They couldn’t even do basic sns nails. Mine are sooo lumpy and bumpy. We were very dissatisfied with the service. I have it two stars tho because the employees tried to take care of us.

Wonderful people, helped my brother who is in a wheelchair. They babied him.

I love Hanah’s! I get the nexgen manicures and they last for 3 weeks! I can never get them to least for 2 anywhere else! The staff is amazing and super friendly! My entire family now goes to Hanah’s!

The service was phenomenal and the prices were really reasonable.

I did not have a good experience. I treated my little sister to a full set and they continuously tried to upsell to a 14 year old after I told them exactly what I wanted for her. Still they attempted to use the gel powder before I corrected them .When they were done, my sisters full set was 35$ For basic acrylic and polish. The nailshop should be a place or relaxation.

They would not take me at 550 because they closed at 6pm! Being from California if you close at 6 that mean you close at 6 not 550. I was very disappointed. I even asked so you close at 530 not six she replied no we close at 6. I said okay so youre not closed, But youre closed?? Smh.

Hannah does a great job. My nails always look amazing and the gel manicure lasts!

My wife and sister take my granny to get her nails done here and I’ll tell you what they do GOOD. She has dementia and can’t walk, they literally carry her from the car and help her drink her coffee. They really go above and beyond for service.

Hannahs is a great place to get a mani or pedi... everyone is super friendly making sure your experience is the best I have been coming here 4 years and I will be coming here as long as she stays in plano

I did my nails there about 10 days ago and I had some issues with my nails so when I went there and asked them to fix it, they were so rude and they attitude was horrible. I dont know how they can be like this with the client. Ive never come back to this place .

We are from Oklahoma and highly recommend Hannahs !!! The best in the Dallas area !!!! We have been to many places in the Dallas area and by far the BEST !
