This was my 1st experience getting a full set at this Nail Salon; and Judy did an excellent job. She listened to what I wanted, and it came out exactly how I wanted. I also got a pedicure, and they did a great job on that also. The one thing I hate about getting a pedicure at some places is that they tend to let the gel polish float to the cuticle, and as time goes by the gel starts to lift. Not at Escape Nails, they mad sure to clean the cuticle area before curing. My husband also received a pedicure, and he enjoyed it also. Great job Escape Nails!👍🏽

Great place for a manicure or pedicure. My wife goes here all the time and loves it. Reasonable prices, great work. Ive even gone with her and couldnt recognize my feet afterwards, they were totally sandal-ready.

I was not happy at my first visit which was about 3 weeks ago and wrote a review how I felt about it. Linda commented back that if I go back she will fix the problem which she did with the discount price. Judy did a great job with my dip powder manicure that wasn’t right at first.Today I went back for one of my nail that needed a repair and Linda did it without a charge. I absolutely adore this place, I wont go anywhere else. Linda and her crew are amazing nail artists with fair pricing and tons of options as far as offerings. Ive been going to this salon for almost 2 years now and dont have any complaints.

Ive had really bad experiences with nail salons and although I was very hesitant at first, I LOVE the outcome. I felt slightly rushed in the beginning, but again.. Ive had bad experiences and just wanted to make sure my nails looked great. Im pretty picky, especially with the cost of beauty these days. Julie did an amazing job! I showed her a picture from Pinterest (trust that I understand these pictures arent always realistic) and she did not disappoint. I did take forever picking out my colors and I was indecisive and unsure; it was obvious. But Julie was nice and patient and gave me time to decide. Its been a while since Ive had my nails done, so Im not current on the different types of gel/polish/treatments, etc. I walked in lost, but walked out happy! I didnt catch the name of the lady that did my pedicure, but she was great too. Very sweet and I love my toes. I decided to pamper myself for the holidays and I am glad this nail salon was recommended. I will definitely be going back!

This weekend, my husband and I returned to Escape for the first time since COVID started, and we had a great experience. Linda and the team made sure we were well taken care of! We opted for Royal pedicures and were provided a truly relaxing experience by Henry and Jen. The Hot towels, scrub, paraffin wax and hot stone massage were so indulgent and just what we needed!We felt very safe the whole time and were pleased that everyone wore masks. Contact tracing and temp checks were also done. We will be back again very soon!

Not recommended! Escape nails has a loyalty program but Linda always finds a reason not to give me my rewards. She is a scammer. Take your money somewhere else!

Worst salon ever. Came for a wedding party with the promise of a discount for 18 people. They gave us the 15% off coupon from online which was fine but they ended up adding $5 here and $10 there on everyone’s tab for “special cream” which we didn’t ask for. Never coming back here again!

Ive been going to Escape Nails for a very long time. I cant even remember how long. I know for at least 5 years. Ive never had a bad experience with any of the technicians. On April 5th I went to get a pedicure, a gentlemen waited on me, I got the BEST foot massage Ive ever had. I recommend Escape Nails HIGHLY!

WORST SALON I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! Will never come here again. Pour quality and the lady was in a rush because she was “late” the only good thing was they took me last minute. I was desperate! I searched and found this escape, and decided to give a try, especially after seeing the coupons on their website. I called ahead, made an appt for the next hour, arrived 15 minutes early, and was immediately serviced. Drinks were offered, I declined, so I cant comment on them. Tiffany did an amazing job, even convincing me to step out of normal nude tones. She choose a gorgeous color mix, and successfully made me a repeat client. The owner (unsure of her name) was so nice, and attentive to ensure I was satisfied before leaving. I will definitely be back.

My daughter and I went for our first nexgen treatments and pedicures. The massage was so impressive and we loved the nexgen. We were very impressed by their attention to detail to make sure everything looked great. We will definitely be going back.

EDIT: second time coming and Im adding a star they do great work my nails look even better then last time this will be my new go to nail salon. Ethan did an awesome job and my French tips look wonderful.So fist time going to this salon and overall I was pretty satisfied. Only complaint I have is that I received and was charged for nexgen when I did not as me for it. I wanted an acrylic set with French tips. And I know there are a few different ways to do the French tips without the massive upcharge for nexgen but I didnt stop them so I didnt complain and they did a really good job. Sonny my tech was good and this is probably the best French tip job Ive gotten. most other places botch it and the lines are never clean this was not the case this time. Every little mistake was fixed immediately and the finished product was worth it.

I am new in the Town and got in a different salon 2 days ago it has the horse experience ever, it was very dispenser and everything I asked it was exactly the opposite.Today I got for the first time in Escape Nails Spa and I cant feel more Happy. The all staff are very nice, clean and professional for every costumers... The person help me was Jenny and she is amazing!! First things first excuse my ugly toosies bit today theyre pretty! I LOVE this place. I broke 2 nails and the owner, the sweetest woman ever, fixed them for free. They work as a team, theyre work is worth every reasonable penny. If you really want to relax and be treated with respect and actually feel like your business there is appreciated this is the place. Absolutely no way you will leave unsatisfied & if you are tell them, unlike others who are quick to get a little snippy and act as if they have an issue with fixing things for you, theyre happy to do it. They make everything comfortable. Excuse my lengthy comment but geesh they make you want to tip them regardless of what you spend, youd feel bad if you didnt. 😍😍

A Nexgen set does not include cutting cuticles. This service is normally part of the package at other places. I asked the t ch to cut my cuticles before applying the dip. She said no that she would do that later. I hate when they do cuticles after the dip. Then it looks like your nails have already started growing out. The lady that did the pedicure acted like she hates feet. I hate other people’s feet so I don’t have a job doing pedicures. She couldn’t match the dip color and when I asked her to put some on my nail so I could see it, she started speaking in her language and the other techs started laughing. Over priced, not great service and zero customer service.

Ive been coming to Escape nails for about two years now, and since my first visit I haven’t wanted to go to any salon except theirs. The salon is always clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. I always get complicated nails and the technicians/artists are always very friendly and accommodating. Lately I’ve been getting my nails done by Jenny who does amazing work.

Henry is extremely rough on the pedicures! Just left and the services I received were a mani and pedi. Feet are on fire, after saying too much pressure he chuckled meanwhile, Michelle decided to cut the cuticles of my nails for finishing touches and decided to put the clipped cuticles off her nippers on the top of my hand and thought it was funny. Like why would you cut off the dead skin to put them back on me? After knocking them off my hand she thought it was funny! Like 🤷🏾‍♀️? Never returning, wasn’t funny at all. Last dollar they will ever receive from me!

I recently found this jewel of a business after reading all the positive reviews. Upon my first visit, I became a happy customer. The owner and all his staff make sure you dont wait long if you are a walk-in and have always been on time when I was scheduled. Their work ethic is top-notch. Lastly, I am always happy with the quality of service I am provided.

This is one of the best nail salons I’ve ever been to the environment was very welcoming, my nail technician Julie did absolutely amazing with my acrylic nails and my pedicure with Lien was heavenly. I can’t recommend Kim enough! If you’re super picky about your nails Kim will take perfect care of you. She’s always checking to make sure they’re exactly how you want them. I’ve gotten NexGen manis at several salons in the area and have started only coming here because I’m so happy with the service and how perfectly they do my nails every time.

If I could give zero stars I would. I took a picture that was posted on THEIR own Yelp and had them replicate it and it looks nothing like the picture. I’m sick of going to nail salons and having them say they can do something just to take my money but when it comes down to it your nails look like trash. Took 2 hours of my damn time to make my fingers look like something I would never get. On top of that they make you get Nexgen powder because it’s more expensive.

I’ve been coming here for almost two years now because they know exactly how I like the shaping done for my pedicures. If you’re not satisfied they will fix it until you are happy. Great customer service, friendly staff, always offer something to drink.

I rarely make reviews and I’ve been here several times for my pedicures but have never gotten my nails done . I got an acrylic full set with gel polish . Literally almost every nail is crooked and when I mentioned it to her (because one is so far over it’s ridiculous ), she twisted my finger over and said it’s straight :-/. She also yanked at my arm several times and seems annoyed from the time I sat down . And the manager was sitting right next to her and never said a word . I wasn’t offered a drink like the other women, I had to ask for my own. Still tipped her but I hate my nails and coupled with the service, I will never return to this establishment again .

I have visited Escape Salon twice now for a pedicure each time. Recently, I choose the escape option and I loved it. Especially, the hot stone portion of the pedicure. Everyone is always very kind, and the pedicures turn out great. Last time, I had Donna complete my service and she was awesome! I was there late, and though my service lasted beyond closing hours, it never felt rushed. I highly recommend Escape Salon due to their great customer service, quality of service, cleanliness, and comfortable environment.

I asked for a manicure, got sat down, and got helped by 3 different people for this manicure. The first 2 were quite rude and finally the last person that took over my mani was pleasing. The tools they used on me were not sanitized/sterilized. They got them from a very used bag off their tray. It was so gross to be honest and wouldn’t suggest this place for that matter (specially for toes).

It was my 1st time here and Julie is absolutely amazing. She is also the sweetest and most beautiful soul I ever met! Amazing time here. I will definitely be back for Mrs. Julie!!

Went in today and was so blown away by the atmosphere! Everyone is so nice and actually engaged with you. I had no wait at all at 3pm on a Friday and got seated right away. I am so thankful for Tina who did an amazing job on my nails and took the time to make sure they were exactly what I wanted! What really set them apart is that they properly remove the nails from before (I usually get colored acrylic with tips) this is SO important!! Thank you to all the staff, I can’t wait to go back for a new set in 2 weeks ❤️

Terrible experience here.My friend and I came to get our nails done for the first time before our vacation last week. I arrived for my scheduled appointment and wanted the dip done and only my toenails painted, no extra pedicure scrub or anything. They informed me this would be $10, which was fine. I was placed at a chair and the man (unsure of his name) working on me began setting up. While sitting there, he called someone on the phone. He put the phone on speaker all three times while calling and became more and more irritated when the person he called didn’t answer. He set the box he had on the ground next to him and after the third call with this individual not answering, he became immediately angry and physically threw his phone into the box. It was so loud that several other people saw it and heard it and stared at him. He then asked me what color I wanted painted for my toes. I chose a blue color and a glitter to put on top. I handed him the blue and told him I wanted the glitter on top, he became instantly mad and stared at me for a solid minute, angry at the fact that I wanted this on top as well. I called my wife and asked her to come inside to sit by me because I was upset.I moved to get my manicure and he was rude throughout the entire set as well. I asked a simple question regarding my nails during my manicure and he completely ignored me. My wife then repeated the question a couple minutes later. He ignored her, held his finger up and said he can’t talk while working at all so he completely has to stop what he’s doing to say yes or no. If my hand would move even a centimeter from where he wanted it, he would yank on my arm because he was frustrated with this.To top this all off, my friend had a full manicure and pedicure. We tipped the same. She paid $5 less than I did when I didn’t even get a full pedicure. I didn’t find this out until after we left. I was so displeased with this place so much so that I decided to come leave a review. I’ve never been treated like this at other places I’ve been to. It’s very disappointing. Not only with the treatment I had, but also with the fact that my pedicure didn’t even stay for 3 days. I paid so much money and the day we get to our destination, parts of the polish started coming off. I’ve been to other places and had my nails simply painted before and not one other time have the come off so quickly. I was highly disappointed with this place on so many levels.

It was my first visit today and I was a walk-in cordially greeted by Ethan who did a beautiful full set of pink and white for me. He was very through and wanted to ensure that I was happy with my nails. The salon is small but inviting and comfortable. I am very happy with my nails. I definitely recommend Escape Nails! Quickly was greeted, check-in and in a chair, within 5 min. I chose the $35 pedicure and explained that I wanted my legs thoroughly scrubbed, along with my feet. My lady did exactly what I requested and my legs glowed. She spent time and care with each foot, making sure my cuticles were removed and my feet were baby soft. My pedicure color she suggested turned out so pretty. I will be back.

I found this place only 2 months before leaving the area but they were so great I had to leave a review. I was a guest there 4 times and each time was a great experience. The employees are all so pleasant and very personable. The person who makes the shop really stand out is Linda. She may be the owner or manager, Im not sure, but she is amazing. She knows all the regular customers by name. On my second visit my nails were a bit thicker than I preferred and she told me next time they would get it right. When I walked in a few weeks later, she knew exactly who I was and said you like them file thinner right, I make sure they do right for you. I couldnt believe she really remembered that and I walked out with perfect nails. The shop is well maintained and comfortable. It was so nice to finally find a nail shop I could stick with. Id definitely recommend Escape Nails Spa to everyone.

I came today for my first time. It was extremely busy so I wasnt given much attention when I first walked in. But there was no wait and they started my pedicure right away. I choice a higher package and my toes came out amazing. The girl was super sweet and did good job on everything besides the scrubbing. Once I got home I noticed they were not scrubbed well. My last pedicure at a different company my feet felt super soft. My toenails look great but arent soft. They are two minutes from my house which is nice but charged more. I think next time Ill drive further to pay less and have softer feet! Its a disappointment since they are so close to me. Id rather be a repeat customer if they charged like the salon just a mile down the street and did better scrubbing!

I went here to get my nails for the 1st time in 4 months. I recently moved to the area,& found this place literally 2 minutes from me! I went with some friends, the nail tech that i got did an amazing job! I wanted holiday nails and she definitely deliver that! I also got my eyebrows done, im usually effy about my brows and where to get them, but wow i have found my number 1 place to go from now on! ❤❤

Extremely disappointing. Charged me $20 for taking off my gel polish and filling my nails. They said they are charging more for doing my cuticles but they didn’t even cut any cuticles. The people working here seemed nice at the beginning but as soon as I questioned why they are charging $20 to just take off my nail polish, they start treating me rude

Im new to the area and totally loved it, the owner is very welcoming and makes sure you walk out satisfied. Customer satisfaction is very important for them. I really liked staff and the atmosphere and they even offered water to me. Mainly my nails turned out just the way I wanted.
