They have the worst customer service! Not only has my daughter been in the 3-4 she’s been 5 for awhile and all her friends moved up leaving her behind I’ve spoken to someone countless times about this and they don’t do anything. And because of this COVID they don’t even care to flex the rules and will still charge you regardless and no one will email you when they say they will. I do not recommend them what so ever!
