I am one busy mama and didn’t have time before 7pm to get my nails … I did a google search and called lavender and they were so kind over the phone and even kinder when I arrived… the service was fast and professional! Ann did a great job and was so kind a very personable! So glad you guys were open… I will most definitely be back with friends!! They even have a full bar!!!What a perfect idea for a girls night!

Horrible quality of work. My dipped nails were rushed and lasted 6 days, normally, I only get a new set every three weeks. I needed a place to go to as my normal tech was on vacation. My nails were cracked and breaking by day 4. Natural nails that I have grown to be healthy were in shambles after coming here. The girl that did my nails rushed and wanted to nap in the back room instead of doing a decent job. It took two days to clean my hands from my soak off. I would NEVER come here again.

Would you believe I got my nails done at 6pm yesterday? Yes not even 24 hours ago and they look two weeks old, the design already He has a chipped off. This was the work of Jessica. Michelle normally does my nails and is amazing, she may not always get my shape right but her work is A+.Jessica stated she works 6 days a week and was rushing the entire time. Michelle was off so I booked with Jessica. Never again!!!! Definitely not the quality of work I received when I get my nails done at the lavender bar. $65 wasted.

Lavender Nail Bar is my go to. They have a huge selection, have plenty of employees and communicate well. Plus their hours of operation make it easy for anyone. My best recommendations for nail techs are Jessica (who I have used for years) and T.Do know they can get busy just like everywhere else and it is best to schedule for weekends.The parking is a little limited and it is off a busy intersection so give yourself time to arrive.

Michelle is sweet but I asked for a fall sienna color 0D86 secret whispers but instead she did brown nails which I didn’t like. Looked more like whatever was available I was convinced into it which I regretted later on. You can refer to the picture what I asked doe and what I got

Two stars is being polite. It’s wasn’t a good experience at all. Did my manicure in 15 mins from start to finish. Polish and clean up was sloppy. Finally had to ask just to take off the polish all together because she did such a horrible job. It looked like a five year old art project. Tried to have me pay full price. My nails look worse then when I walked in… They may be open late, but it’s not worth it.

Really great job! So happy with this place the moment I walked in. I was asked if I wanted a drink, I initially said a water, until I saw they had a LOADED mini bar. A was then made a margarita as my complimentary drink. Sailor was amazing with my ombre manicure, very gentle, took her time, and I enjoyed her conversation. Go see her!

Im a cleaner for them and I make sure it stays spotless all the time for our customers. Come and ENJOY free drinks as well!!!

Great nails but worst pedicure I have ever gotten twice in a row I don’t recommend getting your pedicures here they rush and do splotchy bumpy work very sad. Won’t ever let them touch my feet again waste of my $100

Jessica did my nail and she did such a great job. I wish my nail was a little longer so I could do coffin style than a square. However, Jessica recommends I get a square shape without extending nails.I love the results and she used thick acrylic layers so it can resist for a long time. Its been 2 weeks since I have done it. I broke one nail while I was cooking but I just broke acrylic, not my nails. I could break my finger if I didnt get my nail done lol. I highly recommend Jessica, she will take care of your nails very well!

I went for a pedicure. Joy was great! Very polite and kind. I have very sensitive toes/feet and once I said that, she was extremely gentle and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.Facility is clean and has a good atmosphere. No problems at all. Everyone was wonderful and my toes came out perfect!

DFW, the Lavender Nail Bar is a MUST stop! Open until midnight and an amazing complimentary bar. The Honey-Cinnamon pedicure was everything I didn’t know I needed. Only here for the weekend, but I’ll be back the next time I’m in the area!

This place is like a night club nail spot, went on a Friday night, got right in and the gal did a great job.

They said $18 for manicure and charged me $23 at the end. Attached are the pictures I took after I left. Still broken nails which ruin anything that I touch. My 3 years old niece would do better painting my nails.🙄

Lori is the absolute best! She was the very first tech who did my nails at Lavender Nails four years ago and she did an awesome job then and now! Highly recommend Lori for powder, gel, any nail service. You will not be disappointed😇

First time at this salon and my experience was great. Very clean and warm environment. Michelle was my nail tech and she did an awesome job . I usually don’t go back for a second time but Im definitely coming back!

Though a bit more expensive than other nail salons, the convenience of being open late (until midnight!) was wonderful. I could have done without the techo house music and disco balls - it was noisy and not relaxing. My tech was great and spent extra time on my gnarly calluses! Overall, good experience.

This place has really made me mad... i got this set on 9/30 by a middle aged man who was rude the entire time and instantly did not like them and could see that they slowly but surely are going to break off... $55 later...my index finger broke off the 1st 30 min after i left, while the others were bending and cracking. i go back two days later and show the man at the front desk, he says.. “they look fine to me.” OKAY HUN, REALLY. I know it’s Oct 1st but i literally have WITCH CLAWS. I proceed to wait more than 40 min for someone to fix them... and I end up getting frustrated and leave. At least tell your Nail Techs if they can’t do a certain technique give it to another Nail Tech, work as a team. I will not be back. (excuse the stained fingers, i am a hairdresser)

This was my first visit at lavender nail bar and it was a terrible experience. To start off with I asked for a manicure and they never did a manicure they just did nails and said I was done. With my toe nails they painted it and they messed it up as you can see in the pictures. They are willing to charge full price but not able to provide services that are included in that price. They only do what they want to do. Overall it was a terrible first experience would not recommend going there again! Also instead of replying to the reviews you guys should contact us via email or ask for our phone number as contact us directly.

It’s sad because I had to walk to this appointment and it was for my birthday and the man was good in his profession and I chose to follow him on Instagram. Unfortunately he was so eager to finish with my set that he didn’t pay attention to the length I wanted. It took me a long time to grow my natural nails and he filed it to the nub. Then he finished and I brush my fingers through my hair and by the cuticles, he didn’t seal them correctly and they kept getting caught in my hair. I tipped him $20 before figuring this out...it’s really sad that for my birthday my nails were messed up and he charged me for tips which I clearly didn’t get added on.

Ying is THE BEST pedicurist, and the atmosphere here is always amazing: great services, great drinks, awesome customer service. Plus this place is open late, like til 10 or midnight sometimes, so it works great with my work schedule. My only hang up is they dont always have a nail tech who can do my designer sets, but the work I did have done here by Eric was pretty good. Regardless of wherever I go to get my nail sets done, I still go to Lavender Nail Bar to get my pedicure done by Ying because her work is always 5 stars😊

I went here for a pedicure with my boyfriend and spent probably $150 together, a little under a week ago. I got a nail fungus on my toes and have had to see a doctor in a weeks time from the pedicure. I have never had foot fungus in my life.

The lady who did my feet was great and i thought the guy who did my nails(Eric) was too i got powder but 2 or 3 days later 2 of my nails started coming off. Hasnt been a week and i lost nails and 2 are loose. Not worth $60 i paid. Wouldnt come back to get my nails done but the scrubs and treatments are good. I was able to get them fixed for free by May. She did fabulous and would be the only reason i go back. My mom likes her too

This place is professional, I loved everything about my nails, really nice people, except my ay lashes…..I told the lady that I want them to look natural…well, I look like I’m about to fly .Really recommend for nails but not ay lashes.I give them 5 stars for my nails they look beautiful.thank you

Ryan did my nails. I paid $70 for dip powder ombré nails. 2 nails BROKE in 8 days. Didn’t even last 2 weeks! SO disappointed. These nail salons & techs are too concerned with speed over QUALITY. Now I have to go to a different nail salon for a NEW FULL SET! I won’t go back to this place again.

Michelle was amazing! She was so quick and efficient. She’s so easy going and felt like I’ve know her forever. It usually takes about 2 hours to get your nails done, but she got it done in about 30 minutes or less and still did way better than other salons I have visited. I will definitely come back to her for my nail needs!

Went 10 days ago and had bad skin reactions for pedicure. The skin started to peel off. I thought it would get better in few days but still after 10 days the feet skin is peeling. I never had this kind of reaction in my life. Not sure what lotion they used for pedicure

Loved this place! Went in with my sister in law for our pedicures and they did a great job! Staff was friendly and they’re open later then most nail places! I really enjoyed my time here!

Mary was excellent! She was careful, attentive, knowledgeable and her massage was wonderful!

He was hurrying too much and my nails are so uneven. Again and again I had to tell him to fix my nails still it was getting worse i just stopped telling him. I would say quality so very low. I will never return to this place again.

My first time going here and experience was ok. Was not offered any drinks and they are unsanitary here. Literally rolling their station from one person to the next. I have taken my nails off and have fungi on them. Just because it’s in a nice area doesn’t mean quality service. I’ll rather keep going to oak cliff nail service for quality and good service.

Went in on a Friday night for a fill with two lifted nails and the man didn’t prep the lifted nails just re glued and even when drilling over that, one of them lifted back up and that’s when I should’ve said something however I trusted he knew what he was doing.Saturday night at dinner, a nail breaks. I have to work all day Sunday so I go after and the guy at the front says he can’t take me because I didn’t have an appt. I went today Monday the 9th and he says they can’t fix because they are short staffed. I didn’t make an appointment because I didn’t expect them to break not even 24hr ahead of time, it’s an inconvenience for me to come back especially two days in a row to not be helped. What a waste of $150 I spent here on nails and toes. I’ve been here over five times and recommended people here, I will make sure to tell everyone how bad the quality of nails and customer service is. Writing this after I was turned away two days in a row, I only went back since I wasted $150 just to have two nails lifted and one broken off not even 24 hr later. I expected for them to at least fix the broken one so I don’t walk around looking crazy. I rather just go somewhere better service and pay to get broken nails fixed then keep getting rejected by their mess

Another fabulous nail experience with Anne! I have to say Ive been going here for about a year Ive tried other technicians which are good but she is the best! Other nail salons Ive tried in the Dallas-Fort Worth area always nicked or cut me or never shaped my nails the way I wanted them to be. She always does what you ask and is always happy to see you with a smile on her face and gets down to business to get you on your way fast! If you are looking for efficiency, this is the place. I was looking for relaxation and pampering. I haven’t been to a nail salon since 2019. This was the most horrible experience. I brought my S/O and was very disappointed that his experience was horrible. It literally dampened our moods and we are definitely very joyful people. This place wasn’t it for us.

Iwent here for a daddy daughter date. The atmosphere was fun and boasts a full bar. Our pedicures turned out great and we were very pleased with the overall experience. I will definitely return. Thanks yall!

I was very exited about coming to lavender nail bar, the place looks great I was waiting to get my nails done about 15-20mins due to it being busy which is understandable. Unfortunately I was attended by (Nikki)she’s is very RUDE and tried screaming at me . Asking me what I wanted done !? I brushed it off an replied ombré nails . She then quickly started my nails in a aggressively manner she hurt my finger so bad as if she was in a rush I told her to stop and went straight to the manager . I can’t believe here service that is unacceptable for the business . You should treat every costumer with respect . I don’t believe she should work here if she does not like her job !!!!

I was able to call ahead and make an appointment with Ann 10 minutes before I wanted to show up. I saw a bunch of other reviews saying to ask for Ann, and she was perfect! I’ve been here a couple of times and this is by far the best service I’ve received. I showed her a picture from online and she created a sample on a fake nail to make sure she could recreate what I asked for, and everything was so neat. I would definitely recommend asking for Ann.

Got my nails done here. First and foremost the place is extremely clean and serves drinks! I had the boxed wine and my nails artist - MaiThai was so friendly. She removed my old acrylic and gave me a gel manicure. Omg the hand massage was so good and she also was attentive and had great energy. El def re visit

I made an appointment for today the night before, and they got me in earlier than I expected. I was willing to wait, but they went ahead and sat me down after I picked my colors.Now, walk-ins are welcome, but I made an appointment because I wanted a pink to white ombré nail and I know that takes a while to do. My nail tech was very kind (I believe his name was Vincen/Vincent?). He was very detailed oriented and took his time! This is important ladies, if you want good nails. Never rush your tech!!!All in all, my experience was great. Remember to be nice to your nail tech and if they are really busy or short on techs, be patient. You probably should’ve made an appointment in the first place....but this is the only salon I know of that stays open late! So know that some techs will come in later after a late night nail session the day before. ;)UPDATE: I went back today (7/17/2019) and got a color change. Again service was great. I made an appointment for 10 AM and got in with Bella, who was great! I’m still loving this salon. Make appointments, people. It makes it easier!

My best friend actually made a post about my story... BUT I went to get a specific design, I asked 3-4 times for clarification to ensure that we were on the same page about what I wanted. In the end the nail tech, Eric, did not do the design I asked for/what we agreed on. I asked for a v - shaped french tip with cow prints on the tips of each nail. I asked him 3-4 times if he was sure that this is something he could do and he said yes and that he will do it. He ended up painting my entire nails white and attempted to put cow prints over the entire nail when that is not at all what we discussed. When I was trying to explain to him, he walked away in the middle of me speaking as if he did not care. In no way did he show concern. His comments consisted of him telling me that if I want him to do my nails how I initially asked, I would have to be charged extra??? EXTRA for something that I was initially supposed to get done. I don’t mind spending a good amount of money on my nails if i’m getting a unique design, but I don’t understand why he said this was something he could do, then did something completely different. He also tried to make it seem like it was my fault. He was blowing his breath, extremely rude and very dismissive of me. I spoke to the manager and told him that I did not get the designed I desired. I showed him the same pictures and the most they did was take $5 off. They both were engaging in other conversations when I expressed my concern. Nonetheless, the manager did not care either. Definitely not going back.

Got me in a chair quickly, they do good work here. Much better quality than some other places in the area. I have really short nails and got the dipping powder on extensions and they did really well.

The place was busy but even with no appointment, I didnt wait very long. I specifically chose this place for the parrafin treatment options and hand massage. It was a treat. Viet was very friendly and great to talk with. He did a wonderful job with the massage. I will definitely go back, but this time for a pedicure.

Michelle has been my nail tech for 2 years, and I love her work! She is super creative and knows what I want before I do (when I am being indecisive). I usually get coffin nails and they last forever!

I absolutely love this salon! I’ve been going to this salon now for more than a year. My nail tech is Ann, who never disappoints! She’s very tentative to her work and since I only come once a month for a Nexgen, she makes sure that my nails are strong enough to last me until my next visit. My gel nail pedicures are completed by Ying and I must say, it’s been the best massage I’ve received thus far from any salon! She goes above and beyond when coating making sure it’s not clunky. The massages always rejuvenates me and brings back to life. This place is the Bomb.com!

This place is fabulous!! The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel relaxed and comfortable! I personally had my nails done by Michelle and pedi by Brian but I was there with three other girls and they really enjoyed their time there, too! I highly recommend!

Bad service. They pick and choose who they offer drinks too I was not offered not even water but pplNext too me was provided wine,Margaritas and even Tea. I payed $160 for my daughter and I and not even 2 weeks my daughters nails came off.my nails have chipped my toes are not white polish anymore they are turning brown and my toe in the center hurts.. I was very disappointed and will not be returning.

Customer service is great here. However the quality of the work is poor. My nails were done Thursday evening & this picture was taken Monday evening. I did nothing over the weekend, didnt clean or party or work. Gel polish is chipping & polish looks lousy. My pedicure was amazing but manicure not so much! I payed 50.00 with a tip for the manicure alone definitely not worth it. I never realized a mani could go so wrong. I used this salon because it was next door to my boyfriends barber. Never again Ill stick with bellagio nails.

They were very pushy and didnt really want to deal with my daughters with their choices. Two of my girls were not satisfied with how their nail techs talked to them, not to mention the way they turned out, too thick!

I was recommended here by a friend. Joy did my toes and Katie did my nails. They were able to find a match with gel nails and polish toes. Attention to detail with everything. Joy gave me the best 15 minute foot/lower leg massage that I’ve ever had! Not to mention, the margs are tasty as well! I would 100% recommend Lavender Nail Bar. I will be returning. Price is great, especially for the exceptional service you get.

Awful experience. I pay double of what I normally pay at other place. And the manicure was done Awful, poor quality. She put to much glue on the acrylic nails. The nails were so tick and hurt the cuticulas and she cut my skin with the nail clipper as well... I should leave.. So much glue, them I cant even take them off. I wont ever try that place again. I did have to wait a while to be notice and get service. The manager was in the bad mood. No greetings,poor service feels more like a factory and all in the hurry.

Very professional and relaxing service

Really bad at painting nails - the polish is messy and just glopped on. I saw the nail tech getting super frustrated with how the polish was going on, and even though he started from scratch on one of the nails, it still came out as an uneven mess. I asked him to clean up one of my big toes but as you can see from the picture, its still a mess. I still tipped close to 30% because I got a nice massage, but Im just going to have to go somewhere else to get this redone. Considering how thick the polish is on it, I doubt it will ever dry correctly. Dont waste your money here!

Drove far to this nail salon because the hours say they close at midnight. Arrived an hour before they closed and their “open” sign was off and they said they were too busy for two manicures. I have been to this salon several times because their hours are convenient but it’s frustrating to make the drive out here for them to not accept customers an hour before closing.

I got a classic manicure with gel polish and a signature pedicure with regular polish.The service was great. I got my mani and pedi at the same time, which was a huge time saver. I did not get the names of those that helped me, but Ill be going back in a few weeks and will try to update this review. Both were very kind and attentive.Went on a Thursday at 530p and it wasnt too busy, but there was a steady flow of people coming in and out. I never saw anyone waiting more than a few minutes for service.

Ying is amazing. My lavender pedicure is probably the best pedi I’ve ever had.I added a 10 min. neck massage and it was wonderful.I would say: the music is too loud and the selection was not soothing. I find nail salons often miss the mark on setting the right ambiance.I will definitely return to see Ms. Ying.

This was the worst manicure and experience at a nail salon that I’ve ever had. First, it’s way over priced. Second, I had to go back within 10 mins to get a nail fixed because it was already lifting. I requested they redo the nail and they basically patched it. I will never be back.

Went here on Friday night as our usual place was closed for renovations. My girlfriend and I both got pedicures and she also got a manicure. Saturday the nails started to fall off. Today they are almost all off. She didn’t do anything out of the ordinary to cause them to fall off as other manicures have lasted weeks without an issue. I’d like my money back.

Virtually everything looks great and clean, I’m really OCD so I pay a lot of attention to detail, but I’m very disappointed about how the tech prepped my nails. She took off chunks of my natural nail even though I told her not to file the nail bed too much. Once these come off, I’m pretty sure my nails are going to be really damaged.

Sadly the cleanliness and service was not worth the amount they charge. I made an appointment for a pedicure. The space smelt, The chair was dirty (had left over salt scrub from the previous client on the chair, which then got on my own legs). They did not take their tools out of sealed (disinfectant bags) It felt rushed and was not a well done job on the pedicure.Maybe this is not the normal experience, but this was my first time here and it is not a place I would recommend.

Worst experience ever.. i took an appointment at 6.30 and the service started at 7.15 .. i was just sitting there waiting for someone to come do the service.. i went in at 6.30 and came out at 9 just when they are closing.. i wasted 2.5 hours of my precious time.. never ever going there again.. they dont have enough people to do the services its okay but atleast they should not give the appointments ..Other than the time management i think service is good.. went there for mani and pedicure and they did good I dont remember the lady name who’ve done it but shez great ..

First impression always counts! All the other salons near were closed early on a Saturday which brought us here. No judgement walking in and everyone was friendly. I got acrylic with dip powder and still loving them.

Extremely poor quality. Paid $35 for gel manicure and $30 for polish pedicure. Came home to find almost all the polish was off and blue tint noted on gel nails. I am extremely not satisfied and would not recommend this nail salon. Looking forward to them reaching out for re-do of service as this is ridiculous.

Went in for the first time. The guy offered me a drink and when I asked what they had available he literally went straight to offer me a crown and coke. Now I get that maybe certain people come in and will say yes to that but for that to be the first choice was extremely rude. I took it and literally let it sit the whole time. I was so excited to find a place close to my job and I have heard such great reviews for my experience to become such a horrible one. I definitely won’t be back... Total waste of $100

Worse experience of pedicure in my life …. My lavender pedicure was done in less than 5 minutes … total waste of money and I did complain to the main person in the front with no response

Very experienced and kind staff! I was offered a drink when I walked in, and had a spa day with my girlfriend, all of which takes place in a massage chair. Worth it 100%!

Horrible place… They are so greedy, mean n very unprofessional. Their charges are ridiculous and they want to up charge you for each nail $5 if you want a design or if you want a color change for a couple of nails. This is very unlike the other places we go to.

Been looking for a good nail place and i found them at Lavender nail bar. Laurie and the lady who did my toes were very good. I definitely will be going back. I will update in a week but overall my first experience was great😊😉😉💅🏻💅🏻

I got nexgen nails from this place and they are really cute but I got a infection on my pinky from it.

Jessica did an amazing jobs on my nails however my pedicure was anything but. I received the sloppiest Gel polish job that bubbled up and felt very lumpy. I went back and they had the same person (Mike) fix it. Now my white gel polish is discolored and it has only been 4 days. Needless to say I will not be going back as my $50.00 service was not worth the money spent.
