The staff was very helpful and the place was clean. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, even though they were pretty busy. We had a chance in plans, but they were able to accommodate us quickly.

I was immediately greeted and made comfortable. I was offered water. This was my first time getting my nails done and they look amazing! My tech did an awesome job. Money well spent. I will be returning here. 💅

I LOVE lash nail bar! I can without a doubt say they do an amazing job every time! I have tried sooo many places but they don’t measure up to this nail salon! Other places do minor jobs and it’s never consistently the same quality. But lash nail bar some how makes my nails better then the last time! I have had my nails done by many of their employees but I have found my favorite and she’s AMAZING!! Her name it Tanya! She is very kind and patient and she works so hard on your nails as she would want someone to do for her. She even examines them to make sure both nails look the same shape and size! She takes her time and doesn’t rush because she wants them to look perfect! I love this nail salon. So look no further for your new favorite place!!

I’m not going to make this too detailed…I will provide a quick summary. This was my 1st and last visit. The description of the manicures and pedicures aren’t accurate on their website. All the services listed under each mani and pedi description are no longer available which is misleading but the price is still the same.I specifically asked the lady if I’m getting everything listed under the description in their brochure (these were located in the salon) and I was assured I was. I figured this wasn’t the truth because it seemed very rushed and it was obvious she didn’t provide everything I should have received. I let the guy in the front know (I’m assuming the owner) that I would pay for the service but I was ripped off/how: The lady admitted to not providing all the services. He did discount me $10 but he wasn’t happy about it.Very poor customer service and they’re cheating people out of the full service they’re expecting.

Don is absolutely fantastic does excellent work. And his staff as well. And they show pride in their work. I’ve been going there for 2 1/2 years and I even live in a different part of the neighborhood and I will drive out there for them to do my nails and eyebrows. I highly recommend them!

Awful customer service, tech wax extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Dip powder was awful, shape was bad, not filed properly, she smudged the powder with her fingers, just horrible and not very clean. The supervisor did nothing, the tech she was very confrontational and it made me very uncomfortable. I had her take it off, I paid and left but never coming back! Do not recommend.

Update went to a nail salon in Plano a couple of weeks ago and was told I was very close to a fungus because the tech at Lash Nail Bar did not properly remove my acrylic overlay.Think twice about going to this salon.

Tania is amazing! She is one of the very few people who do my nails and they stay on for longer than two weeks! She always makes sure that I am comfortable and let’s me check the progress of my nails so there isn’t any confusion on what I want. The place is really clean and they offer complimentary adult beverages.

Went there a week ago to get a pedicure done.. at first looked like a nice place but the girl cut my cuticles and didnt pay attention and she cut to deep.. she didnt even apologize, I went home in pain, my toe was bleeding and of course it got infected. Been dealing for a week with the infection. I just wish they would pay more attention to this kimd of details and let the management know when something like this happens, not just pretend like nothing happened. Really disappointed👎👎👎👎

The place is really pretty on the inside. I requested a nail shellac color. Then they could not find it. Finally we found one I liked. But the whole time my nails burned. I looked in google and its not supposed to. Not sure if they are not applying it correctly. I was very concerned.

So glad I chose to come here. Tania was super sweet, fast and did a really good job. Will definitely be coming back!

THE BEST! Clean, large assortment of colors (regular polish, gel & dip) and you feel at home. Even though I now live quite a distance away, Im incredibly picky & theres no way I could go anywhere else. Perfection from my Pink & White Acrylics to my toes!Heres the real kicker - my 75 yo mother never had her nails done until I brought her here. Now shes as obsessed with them as I am!

Update:Want to provide an update. The owner, Don, messaged me almost immediately after my original post. He let me know that the individual who did my nails was new. Don apologized and asked that I give the salon another chance; he offered to do my nails for free. After figuring out a time that worked with my schedule, I went and had dip powder done by the owner; I was impressed that he offered to do my nails himself. He did a great job and was very gentle, which I appreciated after my last experience. He took his time shaping my nails making sure I got the shape I desired. The powder/color was a little patchy (a result of the product not his work), and he kept working on my nails to correct it while ensuring they didn’t get too thick and unnatural looking. Updating this from 1 to 4 stars because of the service and attention I received this time.Original Post:Yesterday, I broke my nail and needed to get my nails done ASAP since it was hurting so much. My normal salon couldn’t fit me in last minute, so I looked up places near me and decided to go Lash Nail Bar because of the great reviews it had. Had I known what a horrid experience it was going to be, I would’ve bared the pain of my broken nail and waited till my normal salon could fit me in. One of the men did my dip powder set, unfortunately, I don’t know his name. He built up the powder way too high on all my nails and wasn’t able to properly use the drill bits to drill the excess powder off and shape the nails to look more natural. While he was using the metal drill bit, he kept nicking the skin around my nail. I left the salon unhappy with the shape of my nails and the skin around my nails in pain. I called the salon later that day and said I was unhappy with shape and would like it fixed. I went in later in the day thinking another technician would fix my nails, but it was the same guy. I asked him if someone else could do it, as he had really hurt the skin around my nails with the metal drill bit. He said no one else could work on my nails since he had already taken my money. I asked him to be more careful this time. He used the sanding bit, but continued to nick the skin around my nails. The skin on all my fingers was so red and burnt at the end and is still hurting today. This man should not be doing any sets that entail him to use a drill; he has a complete lack of precision or care for the client.I wish could attach photos to show the burnt/red skin and where blood was drawn from the metal drill bit.

I’ve gone here for about 2-3 years now. I don’t get my nails done super regularly so I don’t request anyone specific. I have loved each of the staff members who have done my nails & their work EVERY TIME. Twice Ive just shown them a pic and they do their magic. I have never been disappointed and compared to some of the other local shops, the vibe at this one is the most welcoming, friendly, laid back and enjoyable.

This is a nice salon; I like the massage chairs. I come here often to get my pedicures. My pedicures will last three weeks to a month. They really do a good job and use nail polish that does not chip easily. I like how you can login at the front and choose which technician to do your nails. I have never had an issue with customer service here. So I would highly recommend this salon.

Man, Im sad to write this review because Ive come here about 5 times and have never had a problem. But today I got a lavender pedi and the guy severely grated down my heel on one foot that it became super painful because he made it raw. He then proceeded to pour some kind of alcohol on it that burned like ****. I left the salon band-aided up, Im still in severe pain with a raw heel. Hoping sanitation wont become an issue. Ended up paying full price still. I probably wont return.

Went there right before my wedding with my bridesmaid Shea. It was very relaxing. They took their time to make my nails and toes perfect. They were very patient with our lack of decision making for our colors.. changed our minds around 4 times. We plan on going there again even though its an hour from our hometown. Loved it!

Paul is my favorite but Ive also had excellent luck with everyone Ive seen. This is the one nail salon that Ive been to that does NextGen right. Its nice and thin and so natural looking. My last technician also did a great job on my eyebrows. Theyre not the cheapest, but theyre where I go when I want the best results.

I am new to the area and have only experienced this place twice. I have been very pleased with the service from the moment you walk in from the front desk to the service I have received. Both times I’ ve had eyelash extensions from Kim and she did an amazing job.

Never again. It was not a great experience. My daughter in law, a friend and I came here for a gel manicure, nex-gen and a polish change. They were so unprofessional and understaffed. Also, after we asked a couple questions like “is this light led or uv?” She said they are the same. I said no they’re not the same is it an led or uv light bulb? The same reply. The guy next to her answered and showed me the led label. Cool. Thanks. I said thank you then they proceeded to talk about me in their language. They did this after my daughter in law asked a question too. It was this and other things like talking loudly to customers from the back to check them in. I just didn’t like it.

Great service and definitely got what I paid for and then some. Friendly people who did a great job. Chair massager was working great and very comfortable and Im not a small person. Highly recommend.

I just moved to this area in January anh I. Have been all over trying to find a good nail salon. Lash nail Bar is place . It’s very quaint and they do excellent job. They really take their time to make sure you to get best quality. The staff is so sweet, good customer service.

New to the area and this salon is close so figured I would try it. More expensive than normal and not worth it. After a day of unpacking I was exhausted so no makeup or anything.. and wasn’t offered anything to drink. Pedicure was pretty basic, but good.. you have to pay extra to get normal key steps of a pedicure, which I thought was odd. After pedicure, wanted to get an acrylic set and the whole time just felt rushed. My tech was running back and forth to wax someone else. Steps were skipped and was trying to convince me to spend more on my nails the most of the time. Skipped my cuticles and any type of hand massage. After I was done, went to dry my nails and they started bubbling and my cuticles looked a mess. I looked around for my technician and she was gone. I guess that’s why she skipped steps. Spoke to a man at the desk, and he said come back tomorrow to get them fixed for free. Came back the next day and he barely recognized me, said I looked tired the day before. YES I WAS and I come to the nail salon to relax for that reason which did not happen. Nails were fixed then the dryer barely worked. Nails are falling off and it’s only been a week. Not going back.

The young woman who was doing my nails was switching between me and another woman who walked in to get a foot service done and to my horror she repeatedly switched from touching someone’s feet to touching my hands with NO gloves and did NOT wash her hands whatsoever. I still gave her the courtesy of giving her a 15% tip and she was extremely rude about it. Unsanitary and rude staff.

I went here today the place was pretty busy so I did have to wait a little bit. I got the dip and my nails turned out amazing. I actually had them done at a different place last week and I didnt like them so I stopped here because I had time to burn before my daughters soccer game. Mia did my nails. She took her time and did them exactly how I wanted them. I will be coming back.

Been here 3 times now and must say that after years of searching for a great nail salon, I finally found one. Mia is my regular nail tech and she does an AMAZING job on my mani/pedi. She remembered exactly how I liked my nail shape & length on my second visit in. My nails look gorgeous and I dont have to fix any imperfections when I get home from a visit with Mia like Ive had to do after visits at other area salons.The staff is friendly & professional, the salon is clean and follows health inspector guidelines. All foot tubs are lined with plastic to avoid contamination of drains.If you live in/near Plano area, I HIGHLY recommend Lash Nail Bar!

I came there on Monday because my regular place couldn’t fit me in. The tech that did my nail was very talkative, which is nice.... But she wasn’t very tentative to my nails, the whole reason I came there... All of my nails were crooked, she fixed them after I pointed them out, except for 1-2.. If I wanted a friend, I would’ve joined Bumble, but I’m paying for a service to be done. After I pointed it out, she had another customer she needed to tend to, so she rushed trying to straighten them out with me and missed 1-2 nails that I have to now fix.

Bin always does a wonderful job on my nails and their prices are better than any salon in the area. I’ve been a regular customer for a few years and their service is always impeccable!

This is the the BEST I’ve been to in the DFW area -Mia is awesome, she is extremely detail oriented but so fast!!I also love the fact that it’s not extremely thin at the base of my nails (I did dip powder) to the point where it’s transluscent. Highly recommend this place!

Ny Ny is great! Wonderful mani- pedi. The gel removal was carefully done so as not to damage my nails as before and the cuticle care was first rate.

They do NOT use sterilization for their cuticle cutters or clippers. The tech pulled them out of a box and they were dirty. I asked if they were sterilized and she acted as if she did not understand me. The files were used as well. Beware.....

Don and Bin were incredible ! Bin acupressure was heaven and I can safely say Ive had a pedicure where Ive literally almost fallen asleep . They are hilarious and have such amazing customer service ! I work in Addison, and I got off at 7 PM. Lash Nail Bar closes at 8 PM, so I knew I had to get there fast. I got there around 7:15, 7:20 ish, and I asked to get Nexgen nails. I knew those took about 45 minutes to an hour to do, so I asked if that was okay and they said yes. I got my nails done by MIA and let me tell you... she is awesome! She was so gentle with her utensils, went above and beyond in my opinion to make my nails look great by adding acrylic tips. I also had broken a nail on my tiny pinky finger, and I told her it was a bit sensitive and she took great care into making sure she didnt hurt me. Fantastic experience, and she was so kind to me even though I did come in late, and I kept them there past closing time. I truly appreciate it, and a full set of Nexgen nails were only $40 bucks! (I gave a $20 tip also). This was my first experience at this salon and I will be back. (:

I used to go here for eyelashes only. They use glue with formaldehyde and wont switch to a less toxic glue even if it burns your eyes. (Which it did burn EVERY time!) The staff is superficially friendly, but its only a means to an end (bigger tip) as opposed to genuine customer care. My main 2 issues were that 1. Kim would rip off my actual eyelashes bc she was in such a hurry to get my refil done. 2. And the last and final straw was when she glued a falsie to my actual eyelash in a way that literally bent the natural lash directly downward (pressing into my eyeball) and was pretty painful/irritating for about 20 minutes until I finally managed to PLUCK the natural lash OFF COMPLETELY. YOU SHOULD NEVER HAVE YOUR NATURAL LASHES REMOVED BY FALSE ONES! This is a red flag your lash lady is a fraud or atleast bad at what she does. She also charged me for a full set on the one time I went back during my 3rd week, which I was told at the front desk was only $75 as opposed to the $130 she charged me claiming it was a special deal for me. If you want lash extensions -- go SOMEWHERE ELSE!
