I would’ve gave five stars if the quality of my manicure came out nice. Ok, so the nail tech who did my manicure and a different nail tech did my pedicure were both very very nice and professional people!! (: I had a really great time speaking with them. I took off two stars because of the manicure job :( I didnt want to say anything to the nail tech who did my manicure because she was super friendly and I also wouldve felt bad to make her redo it. I hate giving people a hard time. I did regular nail polish on both my toes and hands. I had bubbles on my polish, most likely because she kept reapplying/didnt wait for the coats to dry first, still have a few cuticles on the sides and the job felt rushed (I made an appt before). She didnt ask me how much to cut, my nails were already short and she cut it too short.. so it ended up looking bad. I asked if she could do nail art on my ring finger and she didnt ask which color I wanted for the flowers.. the design wasnt that great either. I asked her if she could write a name or letter but she was honest about not being able to do that, which I appreciated. As for the paraffin treatment, exfoliation etc. were all nice. Salon was pretty clean but I do suggest during covid to wipe down the pillows they provide, massage chairs and, tables with disinfectant after a customer leaves (we are still in a pandemic). My toes came out cute! No complaints for pedicure, but Ive definitely had better manicures before at other places.Both nail techs were incredibly friendly compared to other salons Ive been to and professional but its the quality of the manicure that was disappointing. This salon is good, prices are great but you have to know who is doing your nails and I would suggest not getting regular polish done. I didnt feel as bad because I didnt pay much for the manicure but money is money still. The salon was decently busy and Ive seen all getting either gel, acrylics or dipping powder done. I made sure I tipped well for friendliness.

I found this salon through ratings and reviews after my nail tech of 4 years moved. I honestly am extremely particular and the owner made my experience an unforgettable encounter!! She was professional, precise, fast, and did an excellent job. I already made my next appointment!!!

I have been wanting to find a new nail place after going and being disappointed in others. Im glad I read reviews and ended up here! Place is very clean and are making sure all the necessary COVID-19 protocols are in place! (Temperature check, masks) I did a gel mani and a spa pedicure and it was great! Will definitely be back. (Hand modeling is not my strength but loved my mani! LOL)

I highly recommend this place! Everyone was sweet and down to earth. They will educate you about nail care and growth. Ever since Ive been here, my nails have lasted much longer.. one time I was embarrassed because I went over a month--okay maybe 1.5 months.., however, the nail polish never lifted or chipped! They always does a bomb job on my nails, so make sure you call in advance for an appointment.

I called for a walk in appointment she messaged me super quick and were very friendly. When walking into the salon it is beautifully decorated. They recommended i do dipping nails and I am in love. Rachel was good! She took care of my cuticles without me having to ask. She did everything i requested and even a little extra. My shape is nice and their prices are fair! Probably a little less expensive than others. I paid $50 for nexgen. Needed tips put on and i added a chrome color. I’ll be back

Love this place. There are far better experiences than going somewhere where the staff knows your name and welcomes you in each time. I rotate between techs on my nails (based on availability) and I love having a place where I have my people. The selection of dip colors is larger than anywhere else Ive seen and the atmosphere is great.

This is an updated review from my previous visit. Definitely pleased with my full set and pedicure. I was credited by the manager for receiving an incorrectly shaped full set the last time. Everyone was very friendly and the two lovely ladies that worked on me took their time and were very attentive. Location was clean and well lit, same complimentary drink was offered again as well. Make sure to join the rewards system to earn points. Definitely will be back again soon.

Love love this place! All of the staff are so sweet, the service they provide is top notch. The owner is really good with nail art and all sort of designs. I was impressed with her knowledge and patience. This place is always busy so highly recommend making an appointment. They provide a whole bottle of water when you sit down, this is super thoughtful! I give this nail bar salon a 5 star ... I wrote to them on their page and they response to me right way ..... the service is amazing ...also the staff .... girls I recommend the dipping nails .at first I didnt know what was it ... but I think is the best thing ... ... they look more natural ... and they dont damage the real nail ... I got them done on July 13 and the look the same as the day I got them done ... oh and they have a lot of colors... they are located in Burbank ... Im willing to drive to get my nails done ...oh and the pedicure is wonderful too .. they have different packages you could choose .

I had to update my 5 star review to a one star. I get my dip done by Rachel and I am so disappointed with the quality of work. If you point out a spot on your nails that’s missing powder or polish they’ll get an attitude and rush through just to get you out the door. Complete disappointment.

I have been going to this nail salon for awhile now and have always had a positive experience/nails look great, until yesterday. The problem wasn’t the nails service itself, but the customer service. I had an appointment scheduled for 5p. I arrived at 5p for my appointment, checked in and sat down to wait. I waited 25/30 minutes for service. During this time, no employee greeted me, acknowledged me or bothered to explain the wait. Considered leaving but didn’t (nails needed help/no time to find another nail salon). I finally asked one of the workers how much longer for my appointment, and was then helped. I was informed by the my nail tech that someone had arrived late for an appointment and this had backed everything up. Although my nails look great, the whole experience was upsetting and disappointing. I’ve never had an experience like this at the salon, so I’m currently unsure if I will continue to use this salon in future.

I went in last Monday for a pedicure and gel manicure. They took great care of me. My nails turned out very cute and lasted through going to the beach constantly for a week. Even though we were both wearing mask Because of covid, I still felt like we really connected. She did such a fantastic job that, before I left, I booked an appointment to see her again. I would definitely to everyone, its very clean and they provide excellent customer service.

After 7 days of vacationing, my two daughters and I needed some work done, bad! I requested an appointment online late in the evening for early the next day. As soon as they opened for business I received an immediate response. They asked me to come in and let me know they would work me in as soon as they could. It was 10:30 am and the salon was already busy. We waited maybe 20 minutes before we were seated and taken care of. The management staff was amazing and the complimentary drinks was a plus! When I got my bill I was astonished!! BY FAR THE BEST NAIL SALON IVE EVER BEEN TO! Do not go anywhere else

They were kind enough to squeeze me in for a last minute basic mani/pedi appointment on a Sunday evening. Salon is clean, staff are courteous. The lady doing my manicure was meticulous and didnt hurt or knick my cuticles ( and they needed a lot of work) My pedicure was very well done. Even though my service continued after closing time, I never felt rushed or that they were in a hurry to close up. They clearly were tired as they had been very busy, but were so professional and continued to provide excellent service till I walked out the door. If you loved Super Nails before Andy left, you will love them even more now. Great service, excellent nail care.

Terrible experience for my first visit. Walked in before my dinner appointment and was told ‘15 minute’ to wait to get pedicure. While waiting there was another customer walked in and asked for pedicure too. The technician asked me continue to wait and prepared to serve that customer instead. I went to Super Nails with a friend! They did a great job! They made sure we had drinks and were relaxed. I did the Spa manicure and Spa pedicure. Their prices are very reasonable as well!

I am new to the area and went with this salon based on their reviews here on Google. I did a pedicure just to test the waters. I do recommend calling for an appointment since I overheard them tell someone else it was a 45 minute wait. The services were great! My mom, grandmother and I will definitely make this our new spot.

Loved my experience here! I am not a big manicure person because I am pretty hard on my nails and they never last more than a day or two. It has been four days and it looks like I just had them done. I never felt rushed and the whole experience felt like I was at a spa. The pricing is very good for the quality and the atmosphere.

I feel that with nail salons you need to try it 2 times before you can give a fair review. Haha!! I only got a lavender pedicure and I really like it. She was very attentive and very kind. My pedicure was enjoyable and it was pretty good. I will be returning to see if this is a good place for me!

I enjoy this nail salon and the owner and nail techs are very friendly. They will speak to you and talk to you. I just have a few recommendations, especially with the current situation. My suggestions are to require all patrons to wash their hands before receiving services and make sure nail techs wash hands thoroughly between services. I also recommend throwing out all current nail dipping powder and buy new dipping powder. Moving forward pour what you need for each patron into a separate container versus using the same container for everyone. This should cut down the number of germs being shared between patrons.

Just came here last Saturday with my best friend. We love his place. Friendly staff and super clean atmosphere. I got a pedi and was in and out a little over an hour. Definitely the place to go from now on. Also, the owner is really friendly!

I really like this place! I usually get the Spa Pedicure and they do a great job with scrubs, massage, oil with warm rocks, wax peels. So relaxing! I finally got my friends to go with me a while back and hes hooked! Everything is clean, the chairs are comfortable, great selection of nail polishes. I have had a good experience with every one of the staff. You wont go wrong here.

Ive frequented this nail salon for the past year or so- never had any problems, the service is good and the prices are good! If you can try to make an appointment it is probably beneficial, but they do take walk-ins. I truly love all the staff there, they are very kind and nice. Ive been to several other salons listed on here and this is by far my favorite! Ill admit the location is a little tricky because its tucked in with other businesses, but nothing to gripe about. Every time I go they are very friendly and offer drinks. I had to cancel one time and they politely replied to my email with a phone call asking what time would fit my schedule. The new owners are doing a great job😊 I have been twice since the change. I get “Next Gen” nail service and Kim has done a fabulous job both times. I also got a pedicure with gel polish and it has stayed on really well. They keep the salon very clean. Definitely try them out😊

I love that you can put tips on credit cards here. Its always annoying to me to have to have cash to tip because Im the girl who doesnt carry cash. This visit I happened to, and it was convenient due to the fact that I needed to tip two nail techs. But I will go to a salon based on that fact alone. Love the service and experience here.

Ive been going to Andy with Super Nails since March 2017, and I couldnt be happier. My nails dont chip, even if I cant get in for 3 weeks, and he does a great job. Andy is the only person Ive ever been to that knows how to do the dip flawlessly. The shop isnt fancy, but the work you receive is top notch. Plus, the services are priced well! Give them a try!! Make an appointment for the best service. Icing on the cake...Today I went in, and he had bought me a new pink to try in nextgen with a matching toe polish. How sweet and thoughtful is he? He sure takes care of his people! I am now driving from Prosper to see him, because I refuse to go anywhere else!!

Ive been to this place a few times now, and they do a pretty good job. The prices are very reasonable for the area, and all of the ladies that have helped me so far have done good work. The only reason its 5 stars is because it can be a little inconsistent. They seem to be a little strapped to handle multiple clients. So if theyre busy a service that usually takes 1 hour may end up taking an hour and 1/2, because theyre trying to service too many people. If youre in a hurry, you may need to tell them upfront, and make sure to call first and make an appointment. Theyre really not suited for walk-ins. Last time I was there for almost 2 hours for a pedicure, but hopefully that was a fluke. Ill go back, but definitely mention how much time I have ahead of time.
