I have been going to this nail spa for four years and I’ve never been disappointed by the great professional job ! It’s a treat to go and I always leave satisfied and happy. The nail techs care about the customers and are very meticulous and perfectionist about their work. I make the longer drive out here because I know that they care about their work and clienteles.

My first time here. It is a really nice nail salon. I appreciate that they required me to wash my hands BEFORE picking out a color. I had to wait a few minutes, which is fine. I was able to sit in the massage chair and my feet soaked in warm water while I waited. I was also offer something to drink. The bottled water was nice and cold. I love the piano spa music and the small indoor water fountain sound.Their basic pedicure is $35, which isn’t too bad. I chose the Papaya Pineapple for $55. The nail tech (I believe her name was Vivian) was really nice and gentle and thorough. Another tech took over as Vivian had an appointment. She was an older woman, VERY sweet. I love how they turned out. 🤗☺️ I will definitely be returning.

Gel manicure chipped and peeled within a week. And the curing machine burned my nail beds — it actually really hurt but I figured maybe it was just me. Pedicure held up well. And everyone was welcoming and kind. Just the quality of work on the gel manicure was lacking.

I’ve been coming to mspa for over a year now and I love getting my nails done with their dipping powder collection.Pros: A polite demeanor is never missing and the dipping powder collection of colors is plentiful. They have fall/winter and summer/spring colors, along with ‘mood’ (temperature sensitive) and metals/chrome colors. Also my dipping powder is long lasting (3 weeks) Never grinding my nail bed to a thin sheet like others do. Pedicures are relaxing and done well.Only ‘Con’: Usual time spent here just for a dipping powder session is 2 - 2 1/2 hrs (a little too long for me)

5 years ago when I started going there it was an amazing nail saloon, now they dont have alot of workers last time I went I had to wait 20 min and I had made an appointment before going, everytime I ask for classic mani everytime I go they so it differently

This was day for me to pamper myself a little with a girlfriend since having my baby 7 months ago. This was my 1st time here. I came in for a dip and pedicure. It was a little after 5pm and a little busy due to this being a Saturday. We were greeted immediately and helped. Pedicure was done first. We also offered drinks. Although I had declined the 1st time, the young man still made sure to check on me at least two other times which by then I had needed something. I enjoyed my pedi, but next time Ill ask for a more experienced person. I had to wait awhile for a tech to do my dip. Which made my total time a little over 2 hours. My overall experience was great. Staff were friendly and I believe their prices were fine. For the money spent my only complaint would be my dip now has some kind of ripple effect that seems as if its cracked. 3 of the dip have cracked and come off within 8 days. And I dont do anything strenuous. Unfortunately I didnt have the luxury of going back so that they could fix them. Getting a sitter and all😵 But I will definitely return to try them out ine more time. Sorry I dont have a great pic of when they were done. But my left hand still looks great😁 itll be 2 weeks today since done.Update 3/28/2019 I returned this time for another dip. Which I have to say overall was way better than last time. This tech was very patient with me any my 8 month old baby ( I dont know what I was thinking either, never again)She also cleaned my cuticle bed. Last time this was skipped. I just hope this lasts longer!

I was very disappointed with this place. My first time here. I had made an APPOINTMENT for a facial at 4:30pm. I am a very punctual person and being on time for me is everything! Naturally I arrived a few minutes early. When I got there the lady said give her 10 more minutes, I said ok that is fine. Then 15 minutes passed, next thing I know its 30 mins passed and it was 5:00pm! I was done and walked out. Then they even had the nerve to tell me give them 5 more minutes!

Wow! I have never been more impressed with a nail salon! Everything from the extreme cleanliness to the over the top wonderful service and friendliness was impressive. Excellent costumer service aside, my nails look killer and I couldnt be happier! I will absolutely be getting my nails done here from now on, no more rude service for me! (Oh and also, you get wine, so thats a plus!) ;)

Hands down the best place to come get mani/pedis!! The staff and owners are great! I recommend Lisa because she is my personal fav but all the staff wonderful. A+

This place is awesome. They know how to take care of their customers. The vanilla mint pedicure was awesome. The owner was attentive. The employees are friendly and make sure everything is going well. Great place to relax and get pampered. They take walk-ins but always good to call or text ahead to see if there is a wait.

M Spa & Beauty is literally the best nail salon that exists. Not only because of the quality in their work (which is phenomenal) but the salon itself is stunning. You are always welcomed in to get comfortable and are offered a nice drink of your choice. There is no smell of acetone in the air, everything is clean and modern, and there is relaxing music playing. I have referred so many of my friends and they all love it at M Spa so much!! If you get your nails done here prepare to have a wonderful experience and be complimented regularly on your new nails :).

I am disappointed in the experience and service I received at this nail salon. Not only was it overpriced I ended up paying $50 for a set of dip nails but they are uneven and I would never recommend anyone to come here.

I love this place! i went somewhere else just out of convenience by work and within 10 days my nails have chipped. I NEVER have this issue at M Spa. I will be stopping in this week to get my nails redone by true professionals.

First time going today and had a great experience! I called on a weekday after work and they were able to fit me in, even with them closing in an hour. The woman who did my classic pedicure was very kind and considerate, asking what preferences I had and her skills were very professional. She even gave me a little nail kit with a buffer and file to take home. Salon itself is very clean and well styled. Think Ive found my new regular nail salon!

Lets start out with the atmosphere when you first walk in the door. Two words: Modern and Clean. I cant emphasize enough on how clean and sanitary they keep this spa. I have been to many spas and salons all over the DFW area and by far I mean far, M spa and Beauty in particular stretches the standards of keeping everything in order when it comes down to sanitation. We all enjoy things that we dont normally experience or use daily right? From the spa chairs, to the endless choices of polish, gel, and dipping powder, I have tried them all. Most importantly, you need experienced techs to do what you ask for, the way YOU want. If You are like me, I dont like playing Roulette every time I want my eyebrows waxed or my nails done. What I asked to be done the first time I was there, they do exactly that and it has not changed since. Not a lot of salons can hold up to their standards even with the fanciest and up to date equipments. If their employees dont know what the hell they are doing ( excuse my french ) then I wont be coming back. Anyways, I can rant all day about how much I like coming here again and again, without expecting more because they are very consistent. Excellent customer service from time in to the time out, but youll find that out for yourself when you check them out.

I found this gem when I first moved back to the DFW nearly 2 years ago. Im very hard to please when it comes to my nails. I saw their reviews and decided to give them a try. Best decision ever. They are really good at what they do, their services are all priced great, clean and beautiful shop, and lets not forget SUPER FRIENDLY! I will not go anywhere else. I LOVE M SPA!

I’m new to the area, and I’ve tried a couple different places as my schedule and travel dictated over the last few months. I will go out of my way to go to M Spa as they have a wonderful customer service as well as selection of offerings. They surround themselves with good people that even their clients are lovely (the other patrons). I’ve had the best experiences each time I’ve visited and now only go here.

BEST NAIL SALON EVER!!! I am lost with words to describe how incredible the service was at M spa and beauty nails! I live in irving, but I was in the area. I called them at 7pm (they close at 7:30). The nail tech was willing to stay passed close to do my nails. Upon arrival, Paul, the owner made sure to keep me company while I waited for a nail tech. He was very friendly and kept me laughing with his jokes to help time pass! The nail tech I had was Vivien. She is SO SWEET!!! She took care of my nails and made sure they looked perfect! Before I got my nails done they looked like a train wreck, and Vivien made my nails look nice and pretty!I seriously LOVE M spa and beauty nails! I really enjoyed it here until today. This experience literally just put a BAD vibe to this place. I came in with a lot of damage to my weak, brittle nails. They got me right in, have me the pending that I needed, and I walked out with beautiful nails. I rarely give five stars. These were well deserved.

I have been going to this salon since August (As I work within walking distance), and I really LOVE it. They do an amazing job at keeping my eyebrows on point. I also love the NexGen nails, I got an ombre look last time, and cannot tell you how many compliments I received. Everyone who works here is very nice! I just met Paul the manager this week. I LOVE this nail salon because they do such great and detailed work when it comes to pedicures! I get the white tea and ginger ped that helps with arthritis, circulation, fatigue and nausea. Excellent place to go and relax and get some holistic pampering done!

Went in after a Dr appt I had in the Plano area. Chose this place based on reviews from Yelp. Ive been getting my nails done since 2000 so Im pretty picky AND knowledgeable on the products, and the different ways that each technician can apply the powder and or gel/polish. I get French which can be difficult to do, especially if you are particular of the white to pimk ratio on your nail bed. Let me just say that I live in the flower mound area (about 20 min from this salon) and I WILL BE BACK in two weeks. The technician was totally on point with what and how I wanted my nails to look, there was no pushing for adding tips to my nails, everyone was super friendly and the man who runs/ manages the salon was super nice and accommodating. Thank you m spa :)

STAY AWAY. I have been here a few times and like most salons they are always talking to each other the whole time, the times I have been another tech (other then the one doing my nails) sits down next to my tech and they sit and talk the WHOLE time! My tech will be so deep in their convo she stops doing my nails every few minutes. Today I went and they talked the entire time and the lady sitting next to my tech started POPPING HER PIMPLES right in front of me! She was sitting a foot away from me! That is disgusting.

I had a great experience here. Very friendly staff and my nails look great but they are a little expensive. May go back again if Im in the area or really need my nails done in a crunch of time since they are by my job.

My gf and I came in to kill some time at central market next door. Im glad we did. The decorations are very nice and uniquely in placed. The salon is spotless and neat with a very nice smell to the whole place. We are very happy and will be back !

This was my first visit today, and I was extremely impressed. Thao (Francis) did an excellent job with my gel manicure, and she gave me such an amazing neck and shoulder massage!! Paul was so friendly, and honestly everyone there was so friendly! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Ive always wanted to try this place since I live within walking distance. My mother and I went to go try this place and she was the only one going to get her nails done. But, as I was helping her choose colors,. I saw colors that I wanted to try so I got a pedicure as she got a manicure. Language was a barrier at times, my mother was trying to inform the lady that she did not completely put nail polish on some of her nails (had some missing spots without color). Other than that it seemed like a nice place. Its probably just me but I also at times could not understand their brochure of the services they offered for pedicures. Id probably give this place another shot, it was just mostly the technician not fully painting the nails and leaving spots. Shellac is pricey and you want to make sure you gets your monies worth.

If i could give zero stars i would. this place is awful! they shaved my natural nail down to almost nothing after i had explained to them that i am trying to strengthen and grow out my nails. when i complained of a crooked nail my tech states verbatim my eyes see it straight. very disappointed, dont waste your money.

Never coming back. I paid too much for this manicure that didnt even last two weeks and its DIP/NEXGEN it should last more than gel. I kept having to tell my nail tech what to change on my nails and they still turned out uneven. all of my nails are chipped and cracked. She should also be more careful with the tools most of my cuticles were bleeding and didnt seem to care. Ive gotten so many mani/pedis in my life and I know how I want my nails and they did not meet my expectations.

It is a horrible place. The guy who did my nails had dirt under his own nails and was very rude. The price list was very confusing as well. I ended up paying $85 dollars for very ordinary mani pedi. Stay away! And the owner doesn’t know who works for him/her! I was here on 8/17, around 1 PM, sitting at the chair closest to the entrance.
