I was in here yesterday for an Organic Pedicure as a late birthday gift to myself as well as celebrating getting a new job, the first time Ive had a nail appointment since Covid started, and in my 15+ years of getting pedicures I think it was hands down THE best Ive ever had.The health and safety precautions they are taking are perfect, the staff was soo incredibly nice. I got to have two delicious cocktails that got me feeling suuuper good. And for the first time ever my nail technician, Sophie, actually asked me if the pressure during my foot massage was good, or if I would like more pressure. No one ever asks that! It was so great! Not only that, she also asked if I would like a nail design to celebrate Halloween and I was so excited, Im always too nervous to ask about getting a design because I dont want to be too much trouble. But I got the cutest spiderwebs on my toes. I was really happy to get to pamper myself and the wonderful experience just really made my day. Also their checking out point of sale system was really cool and seamless, very high tech and took literally like 60 seconds. I cant recommend them enough and I cant wait to go back again and be able to tip more than I was able to this time.

Im a man and had a great experience having my feet and hands attended to. The staff is always friendly and respectful every time I go there. The massage chair was wonderful. I felt like a brand new man!

My appointment was at 2:15. Wasnt seen until after 3. Wasnt super busy and saw 4 nail techs not doing much. 😣 What brothers me is how sloppy my tech was. I had to remind her of a nail she forgot to dip equally and clear coat. Maybe she is new? Either way, its less than a week and Im displeased with them ALREADY lifting and how cheap they look. Extremely disappointed!

Everytime I go here they do an AMAZING job. I have never had a bad experience! One of my nails broke and I came in and they fixed it NO PROBLEM at no charge! The people there are amazing and super nice. They do an awesome job every time!

Thao and her sister always do my nails very very well and always know what I want.

They do very good on nails specifically for me dipping powder.

They don’t advertise but they should! My nails look great, you have to speak up to specify what you want but it’s worth it. I get SO many compliments on my nails. Have been coming for years.

Their customer service is wonderful. I prefer them for pedicures only though; they could never seem to get the coffin shape right & my nails never lasted long. But they do have a nice variety of nexgen powder/colors.

The salon was gross. The tech pulled out a nail file that was very dirty. She hit the file on the table to knock the previous persons debris/nail dust off. It was gross. The people were very nice, they just seemed kind of lazy. This is the only salon that Ive ever been to that didnt massage my hands or rub lotion on them after she applied the nexgen. After washing the dust off of my hands, i sat back down at the table waiting for the tech to rub oil on my hands, but instead she walked around the salon, and five minutes later she came to me and said, youre done. Also, one thumb nail is rounded and the other is squared...there was also a lot of clean nail brushes just sitting in a dirty sink.. GO ELSEWHERE! The two stars are for the sweet techs who worked there.

Ive visited this salon twice in the last year. I dont tend to get my nails done frequently, but this location is convenient to me and not terribly crowded. Both times Ive gone for just a basic $15 manicure as a way to relax during a lunch break. Overall, Ive had decent experiences. The technicians seem friendly and not overly pushy. The environment appears clean and organized. The paint from each manicure could have been done better (closer to the edges of the nail and cuticle). After my second visit I chipped the paint on one of my nails the same night. The next day I came in to see if they would fix it which they did without hesitation. Ill continue visiting this location.

Lee Lee did a terrific job on my nails. I had the nexgen process. Kim did an amazing pedicure. The place was very clean, & the prices are reasonable.

I stopped in for a pedicure.First impression..it was clean and organized:)Staff greeted me as soon as I walked in and were very kind and talkative.I hopped right into a chair and only waited about 3 min before the nail tech got the tub going and it was on with the pedi!I had a foot massage and scrub and it was delightful.I brought my own polish but they have more than enough to choose from.My feet feel soft and my toes look brand new.Thanks Nexgen Nail!I’ll be back!

I only gave this place one star so I could leave a review. The staff is disrespectful to black women, people in general, and DISGUSTING. I am a stylist and the amount of sanitary issues here are crazy. They reuse files on clients, and keep nail clippers in a box of items that are repeatedly used, & open to air that is visibly dirty. No one was asked to wash their hands prior to the service and I saw no employees wash their hands in between clients. Towels appear to be shaken out and placed back on the table. For those who want a clean safe nail experience that doesnt result in doctor bills, beware.

Its friendly clean and they do a great job and they make you feel welcomed like family. They offer several spa services

My technician was really nice but she left nail color all over my fingers and when I asked her to clean it up, she used a tissue to fix some areas, and told me to wash my hands repeatedly to take care of the rest. Ive never had a salon tell me to do that. They usually have brushes or other tools for that.

This is best place for pedicures!! NexGen is super clean and the staff is friendly. They take their time with trimming, massage, and paint. Love them!!!

Great work, if you are looking for nexgen nails, this is the place to go. I was a walk in the afternoon. I waited maybe 20 minutes and they did a great job on my nails. I do the nail dipping with color. Its the best job Ive had done and Ive been to nails places all over dallas. They look natural and thin like my own natural nail. Give it a try!

Bad service. Gross work. First time visiting. Thao is not a good tech and could use a refresher training in sanitation and public safety. Very rude to Black clientele. I wont be back.

No wait time for walk ins. Kim is the best! Always get a shoulder rub with my mani/pedi and Vietnamese coffee. Place is clean and everyone is friendly. Tried two other places closer to home, but always come back here.

Been coming here almost two years. I think the customer service is perfectly fine, you are greeted kindly when you walk in. I like Nikki, but any of their technicians speak english pretty well. (referring to previous comment) the prices are great, lots of options, they carry Shellac and Nexgen, there is always parking, nothing to complain about! 4 stars because its just a little small. Nikki does great, fast work.

And they dont even put lotion on your hands when done, my fingers looking all ashy I never give bad reviews but this time I dont think Im happy when Ive got better looking nails massage and hot wax for 30 in other places. One of the worst experiences ever. not only did she take more than an hour to just do my nails so left them uneven and the color doesn’t match the sample one i saw. do not go here it’s ridiculous.

Horrible ! I think they have forgot or just dont want to give a REAL PEDICURE .They cut all your skin away making your skin rough and they nickle and dime you on top of the high price for a piss poor job that you have to watch and tell them what to do during the job to get it right..just TERRIBLE that you cant just relax and enjoy ..I like getting my $$ worth but these people only want your $$$ for half ass service ...just take note ...a lot of FLUFF ...LIKE A USED CAR SALESMAN ....EVERYBODY KNOW ABOUT THEM ...YOU PROBABLY WANT TO LOOK UNDER THE HOOD !!!!!!
