My husband got me a gift card here and I just got my nails done today and they are nearly perfect! The best nexgen I’ve ever had, Emily was sweet and made sure everything was comfortable and was so detailed. I absolutely will be back. I also got a massage from Vanessa and she was amazing! I don’t have enough good things to say about this place.

The BEST nail salon Ive ever been! The costumer service is the best Ive experienced at a nail salon. I love the beautiful and elegant decor. Everyone is very nice and friendly. And MOST importantly... my nails look so good every time! I definitely recommend.

First time coming here, I gave the rating 2 stars because the pedicure massage was great but my feet look horrible. I wanted my nails cut down and squared shape. The lady didnt even shape them right and she did a horrible job painting. It was sloppy work honestly. First and last time I come here. I would not recommend this place for a pedicure to anyone.

Molly is Amazing!!! I love this nail salon.They are very professional and do an excellent job!! The owner is a tad bit OCD which I love because she checks all the nails leaving the salon and if she doesnt like them she fixes them herself!!! Its very clean and they have a wide variety of Nex Gen Colors.Molly is so very talented and creative you cant see how beautiful the OMBRE nails are from these pics but I LOVE my nails!!!

Michelle did such a beautiful job on a simple fill. The staff was quick and attentive - Offering everyone drinks as soon as they sat down.The salon is clean from what I saw, bathroom included. Definitely coming back to this Plano gem.

So disappointed. I came with my sister in law as she found the location.I walked in and it was beautiful so my expectations were high! I left so disappointed and I should have said something but I hate confrontation. My nails were so thick and uneven, and when I said thick I mean like it looked like I had 5 acrylics and a pound of nailpolish. One upside was the owner said I could come back tomorrow however they were so unpleasing I went home and filed my life away to try and fix them. Nonetheless I won’t go back because I don’t like confrontation but I’m highly upset I spent 60 dollars on nails I’ll be taking off.

I’ve been looking for a new nail salon, After reading the reviews, thought I’d give this place a try. Big mistake. The only reason I am giving two stars is because of the cleanliness of the building and the nice young girl who greeted me when I came in. It was pretty much downhill from there. Everyone was just sitting around. Yet it took them quite awhile to send someone to service me. The lady they sent was nice enough, but I do not think she knew what she was doing. My toenails look like a toddler did them, she did not trim my cuticles so I don’t see this manicure lasting very long.although I paid for the dip powder. There was no ‘manicure’ I basically paid for polish....beyond ridiculous.

First time ever today and I was SO pleased! Everyone was so nice and the salon was clean. I got nexgen ombré and Ben did fantastic work! Ill be back!

I had to find a place quick to get my nails done for my sister’s wedding after I had a booking misunderstanding somewhere else. I walked in, showed a pic of the idea I wanted but described the edits I wanted. I was quoted pricing upfront and was quickly taken care of. They did a FANTASTIC job and really took care of me. Plus I got so many compliments on my nails at the wedding! Verona really saved the day for me so I really wanted to share my experience!

Vanessa is amazing!!! I came in for the first time and was immediately serviced, everyone was extremely friendly and made sure I was comfortable before starting my nails. My overall experience was more than just a transaction. Vanessa treated me like I was a friend and made sure I was happy with my service. I’m soo happy that my prior technician randomly cancelled that night because if they hadn’t I would have never came across Verona Nail Salon. Today I had my nails done by Vanessa and I have to say It will be hard to top her work!! The spa is very comfortable and elegantly decorated and the nail techs are the most impressive part. Cute nail salon tucked into a shopping center. I had the deluxe pedicure and left feeling refreshed and loving my nail color. The staff was friendly and attentive the entire time and getting in for an appointment was easy. I’ll be coming back for a mani/pedi soon.

All of the nail techs take their time here, Ive never felt rushed and they always do a great job. My nails last much longer than when I used to get them done at a much larger salon (I always get Nexgen). They even did my wedding nails and they lasted from a few days before my wedding until well after our two week honeymoon.I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone. Im extremely picky about my nails and theyre never annoyed with me when I ask them to fix little details if necessary.

Verona nails is me and all my co-workers go to spot! We have tried so many places in the area and everyone here is consistently wonderful! They are so personable and always do a great job. They are well priced and we all love going here!

This used to be one of my favorite nail salons by my job. But one night I got home a realized they never painted one of my toes. I paid $100 for them to miss a toe? Didn’t make any sense. Won’t be back.

No doubt they are good at what they do! But I find them being partial with their customers. They provide royal treatment to their regular customers and fail to understand that they can make more customers regular if they are impartial. Besides, their staff have issues with communication and hardly understand English. Spa is an experience, provide it without any reservations - Everyone pays you!

I was recommended here by my mom and cousin who both come here. I am so glad that I did. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I also had the pleasure of having Tom do my pedicure and manicure and learned a little bit about him as well. The quality of service, the cleanliness, and the location just cannot be beat. I think I have found my new spot.

I have been going to Verona Nails for about 6 months now and always look forward to a relaxing, wonderful time there. The ladies are all so nice and professional - do a great job! Its super clean, pretty and the music is great!

I went on Wednesday 7/18 to get a fill on my lashes which this is the third time I had Vanessa do them...before we started I mentioned to her that I needed to make sure she was using the sensitive glue on my lashes this time because I had some issues with itching with my last fill and she assured me that she was using the right glue and maybe it was allergies I was experiencing. Low and behold the following day my left eye was swollen shut. I called her and told her that I wanted my money back since I feel she did not listen to my concerns and also was very rough when removing the tape from under my eyes which could have caused part of the issue as well. She did agree to give me my money back but also stated that she did spend an hour on me and my eyes and felt it was unfair to her that I was even asking. She did not perform the service properly as I see it and when working on someones eyes you should take special care.I went on my lunch break Friday to get my money back as she promised and she was not there. Her husband, the gentleman that is always up front, said he knew nothing about it and even tried to call her and she would not answer. He asked me to wait, but I told him I could not because I was on my lunch break. I told him that I would send someone else to get my refund since I do not live in the area. So when my friend asked Vanessa for the money the next day, she told her that it happened two weeks ago and again refused to give my money back.The husband and wife team have no customer service skills and are out for the all mighty dollar and do not care about repeat business.Be very careful ladies if you are going to have your lashes done at this salon.

This was my second time at Verona Nail Spa.. Customer service is AMAZING! Tom was great, he did my NexGen nails so great. Im very picky about my nails but he made sure I liked them at every step. A nice lady did my pedicure which was great as well. But I definitely will new returning and scheduling with Tom!

I love togo here mainly for lash extensions and facials. Owner is very nice lady and she is the one who hooks me up with Georgeous lashes and i like how well kept her place is for that. I really appreciate that as last time when i did eye lash extensions in other place i had eye infection and i was very scared but here i had no such problem. I also had done nails here too.

One evening they doubled charged me and owner didn’t want to bother with reimbursing me then —“too late; lots of trouble; will give you receipt for next time.” I took receipt saying “owe 37$” - kept forgetting to bring receipt back and when I did go in (several months later) with receipt in hand and showed receipt to the manager/owner (who was the one that didn’t want to refund) she refused to honor it. When I showed her it was just like all the other receipts from her salon, she said “well we throw away; you could have gotten out of the trash”. Yes, that’s how I spend my time —digging through trash bags behind nail salons! Granted all falls on me for trusting her!!’ No good deed ever goes unpunished.

My regular nail tech was out for the day so I was assigned to Kim. She was AWESOME!! My nails look amazing and exactly like I had asked! Its HARD to pick a place AND nail tech with so many options near by, but I highly recommend this place and Kim if you are struggling to decide.

Only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because I really like the color the girl who did my nails recommended. Other than that I was very disappointed. First I had to wait for over 30 minutes. When I told them I need to get pedicure the owner told her assistant to only on paint because they were done by one technician. I wasn’t asking for free so it’s not my problem that they are down technician. When the assistant looked at my toe nails she stated “it looks good”. When I did my toes over 2 weeks ago at home. I told her I’m going out of country and all I want is pedicure but you cannot do that then just change the color so I don’t have blue on my hand and nude on my toes. I have been going to this place for over an year now and the lady who I believe owns this salon pretends like she has never seen me coming to this place before. Ohh and on top of that they cut me on multiple fingers and the lady kept on asking me about sweaty hand and if I take any medicine for this. This was truly health related question that she should not be asking. I felt offended and uncomfortable because of my health condition. I would never recommend this salon to anyone nor I will ever go to this place again.

I love this place. My nail polish lasts a long time and my nexgen nails do not lift. Im so happy to have found this place. Vanessa is terrific.

Service was adequate. One tech used the “cheese grater” on my friends foot which we thought had been recently been deemed unacceptable to do anymore...I’m 9 month pregnant and I was hoping the foot massage would be great, but I was disappointed by the last of effort put into the work. Nails looked fine, ladies were friendly, but I don’t think I’ll be back.

Very clean and sweet people, service is wonderful how ever the actual work on the nails you could get better quality somewhere else. They don’t apply the nails far enough back so I’m on my second day with these one ans they look already fully grown out as if I’ve had them on for a month. Also i got chrome ($60) and it has already chipped in these two days. Over priced for low quality, but good service

This place is awful. The man in charge of it is mean and rude. I did a walk in Monday morning with my mom and he refused us service. There was one woman getting her nails done. He obviously didn’t have enough staff but he could’ve been nicer. I will never go back to this place. The last time I was there I got next gen and it wasn’t done right. It took months for my fingers to heal, but I decided to give them another chance I won’t be back. Go here at your own risk. There’s way too many nail salons that are way more kinder and nicer and better.

This is by far the best nail salon in Plano. I can literally just relax and let them do what they do best. Vanessa and Molly took my idea and made it a reality in prep for my much needed vacation. Nothing but the best always.

Verona Nails and Spa is really clean! All of the techs are really talented in nails, and I was treated with care! They are very kind and extremely organized as well, I was extremely impressed with this nail shop, and will be coming here every time!!! They do lashes, too!!!

I was here with my daughter for pedicure and dipped nails for both of us. I think my nails look alright but I was very disappointed with my daughter’s dipped nails. She said she hated them as soon as we walked out. Her nails look at least 2 or 3 times thicker than mine and look so artificial for a little girl. The only reason I went for this kind is I heard they last longer. On top of that I was billed wrongly the first 2 times and when I asked to see the bill the third time the cashier got irritated with me. If I am paying that much amount for the services I would expect to be billed correctly and there is nothing wrong in making sure. It’s an unanimous decision for me and my daughter to not go there any more.

Ladies were nice and the establishment is very clean. My daughter and I were visiting from another state and one of the ladies were very helpful with recommendations with restaurants.

Dint like the service at all. Mani/Pedi both were plain simple bad. During manicure the lady dint remove the dead skin around the nails which I had to take care of myself after paying 70 bucks for the service. Same story for the pedicure. This was my first time and i wont be repeating the mistake again.

I wish i could give this place ZERO stars! Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! The lady at the front is incredibly RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. I came in asking for a simple fill, they sat me down and immediately began drilling my nails. Half-way in, the tech stops and asks to verify that i want a full set of paint?? I reiterated that i wanted a fill with powder. He yelled at the RUDE lady at the front, she comes over and asks why im being difficult. I again explain and they both look perplexed as if theyd never heard of a fill. She continues by aggressively grabbing a loud rolling chair from a nearby station and swinging it over to my area, plops down, and says loudly, Tell me all about your nails! I want to know all about your nails!! I was so astonished, i simply asked for a clear coat so i at least look somewhat presentable for a baby shower i had later that day. Get this,...THEY REFUSED!!! I was so upset, i ended up letting her know how disrespectful she was and walked out! This is a first for me. She truly needs a reality check on how to treat people. Side note: Try keeping your side conversation with the techs in English, it makes patrons feel more involved when you dont shift from perfect english to Vietnamese...comedians have literally made a mockery of that behavior because of how outrageous it is. OH and NEVER GO HERE!!]In response to the RUDE lady we can all now call Vanessa:1. When i came in, i stated i needed a fill with Nexgen. You said it was no problem, quoted a price and sat me down! How about you actually listen to your clients before seating them and wasting their time, its called, Customer Service.2. My nails are NOT mixed with anything as you are saying, they are simply Nextgen.3. There is NOTHING substandard or unsafe about applying Nexgen with a brush, its common practice. Its entertaining to see how you are trying to cover your poor customer service and terrible attitude by claiming you were only looking out for a customer or have high standards. Be honest, anyone that speaks to a customer of behaves the way you do has no business dealing with people.4. I did not get upset as i told you how to do your job. I got upset that you had such a terrible attitude, its called a reaction.5. I NEVER demanded that you do anything. Ill doubt you can recall this because you were too busy having an attitude, but i simply asked for a clear coat so i could leave, seeing as you couldnt do my service. YOU REFUSED TO LET THE TECH DO THE RIGHT THING. Pathetic.6. Any other salon will perform this service, so yes, anyone reading this: DO NOT GO HERE!...***FOR ANYTHING***

The service deserves 10 starts not 5. I am impresed with the high end customer service, not only from the staffbut the direct attention from the owners. I live 1 hour away, and will make the drive. I havent found any other nail place that can beat the service or the quality.

North Dallas, Texas has a surplus of nail salons and a shortage of quality customer service. When you DO find good customer service, prices tend to be noticeably higher. Verona Nails falls into its own category. They have the BEST customer service from management down due to their high quality standards, combined with a few other rare qualities including: extremely talented nail technicians, a variety of services and color choices (updated regularly), free beverages (including wine, margaritas, and even mimosas), reasonable and competitive prices, and a facility filled with great chairs, soothing music, HD TVs, and an environment that makes you feel like you are far away from any stressors (I would know, I come on my work break from time to time).Im hesitant to publicize that Kim is my favorite NextGen nail tech since Id prefer to keep her to myself but she deserves the recognition! Ive been coming to this salon for about a year and a half, where in the first year I explored my options. Now I am totally sold that I get the best service, value, and cost for my experience! Let me put my disclaimer out that I am in NO way paid or incentivized to write a review...I just absolutely adore this nail salon! And Im not the easiest to appease.

I live in Denton and I am very willing to make the 40 minute drive to get my nails done here. I used to loathe going to the nail salon due to the smell and length of time acrylic nails used to take but Verona Nails has converted me into Nexgen Nails! They are way faster and have no smell at all. I have always been treated nicely by the staff and the owners as everyone always does a great job. After a tiresome day and a long drive, the staff knows to treat you well and is understanding. I have tried getting nexgen done at other salons but the real pros are right in Verona as they have the art down. I have gotten chrome, ombré and manicures with the Nexgen and they are very reasonably priced. Thanks y’all! 💅🏼

Very dedicated and diligent team of Mani and pedi Specialists! The upside is that some of the folks on the team like Holly are professionally trained massuese and deliver beyond a normal Mani pedi.I took the $95 combo and was definitely able to see the effort behind the price .Being a new place (about an year old) the ambience is great, they offer soft drinks on being seated and then turn on the massager.Being in a computer field Holly gave an amazing wrist massage and was out of this world.Go Holly !!

Another one bites the dust. I had high hopes since they have 4.6 stars. The pedicure tech, Tommy, totally ignored all my requests. He didnt put any effort into my massage and he didnt massage my feet, only my leg; and he didnt do that right. He basically rubbed my legs; he didnt massage at all. When asked how was my visit at the front counter; I explained it was very disappointing. I explained why and they tell me Tommy is deaf and that today was his last day anyway. I explained i told him and the mancurist, Lynn, and she told me to give him sometime. When i did and he finished i told him he didnt massage my feet, he said time up. Are you kidding me??? They didnt offer a solution for my terrible experience. She did tell me the next time I come back she would be sure to put me someone else. Next time??? I made it perfectly clear there wouldnt be a next time, they didnt offer anything for my discomfort and their negligence to do their job satisfactorily.

I’ve been a customer for 3 years and today I was treated as if I were less important than the other customers all because they couldn’t find the color for my repair nail. I was told to wait until all the other customers, some that arrived after me, were assisted. Very disappointed in the service that I received today and I will not be returning to this salon.

Got my nails done with gel and it chipped not even a full day after. Ive never had gel chip that quickly so I know its not something I did.
