I am in LOVE with this place. It’s clean, professional, the prices aren’t bad and my nails look great. If you’re looking for a nail salon I would definitely recommend this one!!

A friend and I decided to try this place. She definitely wont be returning and I had to come back because my rhinestones started coming off the first day. I just left from having to inconveniently go back for them to fix. The quality does not match the $75 it cost. The designs are crooked, thick glue is very visible and messy and nails appear discolored. I will say the tech tried very hard though. The posted pics are from todays visit.

I just recently moved to Plano Texas! My best friend use to live up the street and she suggested Majestic nails. I am EXTREMELY particular about how my nails are done especially my dip powder cause I have thin nails. KIM was so welcoming and very patient with me. Can I say that was 4weeks ago and my nails have Never been this perfect. I mean other places I have gone, after 2 weeks it’s falling off, nope not this place. I came back today, for another set and if it wasn’t for COVID I wanted to give KIM the biggest HUG! Please if you are looking for a professional friendly and superb nail spa! Majestic is the place for you. All the staff are welcoming and friendly as well. And it’s VERY CLEAN!

Pulled up right before closing and they accommodated me. Dip nails and OPI on my toes. Thia & Wendy were great. Did both services at the same time to cut down my time inside. New to this area and will return! Lots of nail color options.

When I came in the spa was really nice and clean and the front desk was super sweet. I was seated and at first my service provider was a man. He was friendly, but every time he was starting to work on my feet something always came up and he consistently had to stop to talk to somebody or go somewhere else and didn’t provide equal attention/service to each foot. Then for some reason a lady started working on my feet because the man had to do something else. She didn’t perform equal attention/service to each foot either and somehow badly scratched my leg although she had gloves on. At the end of everything, she put the styrofoam flip flops on my feet without my toes being polished so I asked if she was still going to do that. She was very polite and said yes, but I think she forgot or it wasn’t communicated that I wanted them painted as well due to the switch of service providers. Overall, everybody was nice and the pedicure turned out okay but it wasn’t very relaxing and I was scratched.

I came in 30 minutes before they closed and got a full set of acrylic nails and acrylics on my toes. This was my first visit. The environment was so nice. The staff was friendly. My services were completed by Heidi & Zelda. They done an excellent job. They just gained a return customer.

I’ve been coming here since July, and get a manicure/pedicure every month. This is the best nail salon I’ve ever been too. I highly recommend Kim & Mindy! They do my nails every time I come in and always do an impeccable job! They’re so nice, even my mom gets my nails done by them! She’s actually the one who recommended them to us. I always leave with such beautiful nails, it’s actually helped boost my confidence! I highly recommend this place. Ask for Kim and/or Mindy!

Was able to make a same day appointment and all of the staff were very friendly and listened to what I was wanting. Took their time too on making my nails look great again, not an easy job considering I haven’t got them done in months. I’m very pleased with the quality of service provided and am glad that I’ve finally found my new nail place in this area since I’ve moved!

I’ve been coming to see Kim R for a little over a year, and she always takes great care of me and my mom. During the pandemic, she reached out to make sure that we were staying healthy and well. She let us know when the salon was back to open and continued to take care of me as good as before. The salon has extra precautions in place, and I’m comfortable with coming in regularly to make sure my hands and feet look fly! ✨

I have been coming here every 2 weeks for dipped nails with a tip since the end of April. Lynn does my nails every time and she is amazing! I love doing different things with my nails and last time I went in I did 10 different colors and she was such a trooper and they looked absolutely amazing. Ask for Lynn when you go in!! Occasionally I will get a pedicure and she does them for me too. Her massage during the pedicure is so good! This salon is super clean and no matter who does my nails they always turn out great.

On my first visit I received a pedicure. The cost was a good price point was good, Kayla was extremely kind hearted and professional. I was very impress with the products great quality compared to other locations. Soft oils and moisturizing skin products. I will definitely be coming back again soon this was a very enjoyable experience!

I have used them many times. Today the owner treated me like I was nothing. I had an appointment and he kept me waiting then berated me for using the ladies room before the appointment. He just waved me to a chair that was not ready to be used. The people who were supposed to do my appointment were not ready. I had requested the highest service of Pearl and I always tip well. I called him out on this and he ignored me so then (not to my usual politeness) I shouted out to him. He apparently doesnt care about customers and I will never darken his doors again. Shame on him during these times. Behavior like that will shut down his business.

Majestic Nail Bar is exceptional from start to finish. They provide the highest quality service with care for each customer along with always ahead of making sure the shop is clean but safety for all customers & employees is strong. Ive had several techs do my nails over the last couple years but regularly see Kim you does both my gel manicure, pedicure & waxing of my eye brows who is beyond talented & exceptional. I cant say enough about this shop. They have a vast array of colors & able to match colors excellent along with services. Do recommend always making an appointment but they do walk-ins just sometimes they get extremely busy so the wait can be long as walk in. You wont be disappointed.

Received amazing service. Nails are an ombré dip that turned out amazing. Pedicure was relaxing and left my legs and feet feeling incredibly soft. The online booking is so convenient and the reason I tried this spa.

The pedicure wasn’t great because I didn’t feel as though the tech cared to actually make me relax or do a good job, but my toes do look good. The dip powder I got on my nails looks amazing though and the tech really did a great job! They’re also doing the most I’ve seen from any business thus far to keep the salon safe during this pandemic. The techs were both separated from me by a clear plastic screen and they also all wore face masks so it provided a comfortable layer of security during a time when that’s not usually the norm out in public right now. Book with them! You won’t regret it. This is a clean and very pretty salon.

I’ve had two pedicures from here and they were both amazing. BUT I had a terrible experience with my manicure. I came in wanting acrylic but was talked into the dip. My tech was not very friendly and she was rough with my nails. I was then offered the collagen gloves but was not told they were $10 extra! I would have tipped my tech much more than $5 had she not hustled me into expensive gloves that went on my hands for five minutes. Manicure gets no stars as it was very disappointing.

Excellent service and very professional. Staff go above and beyond to make you feel pampered and relaxed. My two favorite technicians are Kim R. and Mindy.

If you want great service and great nails this is the perfect place. They have a great selection of colors and they always have a full staff. I never have to wait when I arrive. The pedicure is the best I’ve had... I really love the different options that come with a massage at the end. I would Highly recommend!

Asked to pay extra for a nail tech that gave good massages. Did not receive a good massage, simply a lotion application and a lukewarm towel. Scrub was applied like lotion and wiped off quickly after. Didnt recieve help with putting on shoes and nail polish smudged. She notices but didnt fix because manager was hovering and telling her to move on. He even saw the polish needed to be redone and he walked to the back.. Very disappointing service and will not return

I should give this place 1 star but the nail technician was trying to be nice. I get there and they seem rude that I wanted an acrylic set. Yes its not the pricey gel or dip but they last longer. And the nail technicians were super upset that they had to do it and she rushed the process and hurt my cuticles and nails do not look good at all. And I even asked for a pedicure and she told me to come back another time

Just had a dip mani and a pedi - they were both amazing. It was very clean and everyone was so nice. Kim is the absolute best! They took all the necessary precautions for Covid and I felt very safe. I definitely recommend coming here for your next nail treatment.

I had been going to a different nail salon for over 15 yrs and did not like the owners there I switched to Majestic 6 months ago at the suggestion of my hair dresser who has several clients who go to Majestic. Riley and Kelly were recommended and they are now the only ones that do my nails They are wonderful and very professional as is the management. I cannot think of going anywhere else for my nails. Do yourself a favor and go to Majestic nails. You will not regret it.

I come here for KELLY! The nail salon is great, clean, and everyone is very friendly. I can only speak about service from Kelly because she is the only one who does my manicures and pedicures. She is extremely thorough and takes her time with all of her clients. She always takes the time to clean up my cuticles the right way and doesn’t just go through the motions. I have never been disappointed. I changed salons when she left her last place because she was too good to lose! Definitely ask for her when you come in 🙂

Just stopped by today with my girlfriend. She always uses Kim and has always had great things to say about Majestic Nails.I will be honest, as a man; this is my first time ever getting a Pedicure and I really enjoyed it. My foot specialist was Zelda and she was really nice and took her time with my Pedi. I would highly recommend this place again and the girlfriend and I will be coming back again for sure!

I only came to this place because they had good reviews but I assume they pay for their ratings because I received piss poor quality. The tech cut me and my nails didnt last a day before cracking causing me pain because she failed my nail to thin and I like my nails on the longer lengths. Not to mention also one of my nails were not on correctly. This place is not the one...run

I always use Sunny Kim and she is absolutely fantastic! She is very thorough when doing my manicures and pedicures and always discusses with me what would be best for my nail health. She is always prompt and is quick to ask if I would like anything to drink or anything else to make me comfortable. I truly enjoy coming here and would recommend this place to anyone!

I’ve tried a couple of different nail salons since moving here 6 months ago but Majestic is friendly, clean and everyone does an amazing job I’m always happy with the finished result. I absolutely LOVE this nail salon. I just moved back to this area from Chicago and the nails salons there were never as good as this one. I always waited until I was visiting to make a mani/pedi appointment. The staff is super friendly, they are very accommodating and even give me ideas on new treatments (like matte or trendy colors). The place is nice as it is brand new, however I did not like my nails. I tried my best to explain what I was asking for and both techs on my hands and feet told me not to worry. But I don’t believe they understood what I was asking for and therefore were unsuccessful in their performance. Unfortunately I will not return.

I went in to get dip for my bridal portraits. I had to wait for a long time before they finally called another employee to come in (and the place was almost empty).They didn’t clean my nails at any point, usually nail salons clean at least before and after, if not in the middle too. I was cut multiple times with the electric drill despite asking her several times to be more careful because she was hurting me and making me bleed. On top of the she lady did a very sloppy job...so now have to go home and figure out to fix a botched dip job.

Mindy and Kim always do an amazing job! Im turning my friends on to this place!

If you want an amazing mani, you have to ask for KELLY!!!! She’s the only person that touches my nails and she always does a fantastic job. Charged me for something I didn’t ask for and made my dip nails too thick after I asked repeatedly to have them made thinner. Ended up making my fingers bleed.
