I dont usually get my nails done, but my 10 year anniversary is coming up so I thought Id treat myself to make sure I look my best. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly, asked to pick my preferred colour, seated, and offered a drink. Cathy took wonderful care of me and did my almond nails exactly the length I need them (short). Cathy was very gentle with the clipping and filing of my natural nails, and worked very efficiently, while still maintaining a high level of quality. With the great job done and the fair prices, I can see myself actually keeping them up. Thank you Alma Nails!

Cathy did an amazing job with my coffin-shaped gel acrylics! She was kind, professional, and gentle. Ive been to places that were way too rough with my nails, so I really appreciated that she never once hurt me. I was seen right away and the prices are fair compared to some other salons Ive been to. I plan to come back again!

I went to Almas Nails and Spa today for a new acrylic set. I had a great experience. The shop was very clean with a nice and relaxed atmosphere. I havent had acrylic nails in years but I love how she did my nails. I will definitely return for more services.

I love this place! Cathy does such a great job. I love her work. She did the most beautiful coffin shape nails for me. She is very detail oriented. The owners are really nice as well. This was my second time there and will definitely be making it my regular spot!

Tiffany did an amazing job with my nail designs for a bachelorette getaway! I haven’t been to a nail salon for over a year due to COVID, but I felt very safe here as there were a max of 2 customers in the store and everyone wore masks and followed social distancing. There are tons of colors to choose from and Tiffany was able to draw leaf patterns on my nails as requested. Will be coming back every month for my manicure and pedicure fix!

I went in for a pedicure and came out in crazy pain. I don’t usually get ingrown nail but the dug into my toes until they were bleeding. I walked in and decided to treat myself and have a relaxing time and now even a week later my toes are in so much pain and infected. Waste of 50 dollars

I had my 1st pedicure in almost a year and treated myself to their Green tea Pedicure, it was fabulous! The staff is so professional and personable, it makes for a relaxing experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The guy who did my pedicure was very rough with my feet. I’m not a delicate flower, but when he was taking more skin away that was necessary from the cuticles on my big toe and baby toe I was in so much pain. There was only 1 customer there and 2 workers. They kept apologizing for them being busy....it took them more than 15 minutes to have my pedicure started. The only positive I have for this place is that I like the color of polish I got from there. That is it. I will never go here to get my toes done again.

Tried Alma Nails & Spa for the first time, and had such a pleasant experience!I scheduled my appointment with Nancy. She was so polite and professional. She made it easy to coordinate a time.Upon arriving, I was greeted by Cathy. She was the technician that did my acrylic nails with gel. There was a great selection of gel colors to choose from (including all the colors that are trending this season). Cathy is a sweetheart!! I had such a lovely conversation with her as she worked on my nails. She has been in the business for 25 years, and it shows! Her keen attention to detail was evident. My nails turned out SOO good… EXACTLY as I had wanted!!In regards to the facility, it was extremely clean and COVID friendly. The employees wore masks, and there was a plastic barrier between me and nail technician. The atmosphere was relaxing due to their color scheme and the soft music that played in the background.I’d definitely recommend to all ladies (and gentlemen), and look forward to coming back! Clean and friendly. I scheduled a pedicure for my mother and I. When we arrived they gave us a menu of the different pedicures they offer with the prices clearly stated. We chose a deluxe version. They came out with all the products (mask, exfoliant etc) pre measured out on cute little trays. The chairs were super comfortable and had tub liners. I am always super aware of cleaning practices in spas like this because I used to work in a salon and from what I could see they go above and beyond. Pedicure was great. We left feeling pampered.I will be going back soon!

Kayla has been doing my nails for almost three years. I started when she was in Frisco and now in Plano. I drive over 20 minutes to get my nails done by her every 2weeks. This nail salon is under new ownership and management. They are now called Alma Nails Spa (the old name is O.K Nails). They did a great job updating the place to a more modernized look. The place is clean and bright with nice ambient lighting and relaxing music. A true nails spa experience!

So I went to Alma Nail Spa for the first time yesterday evening around 6:30. First off I just want to say thank you to these wonderful people for all making me feel like family as soon as I walked in. They are so welcoming and do not rush you. They stayed until 815 after they were closed taking care of me and not once did it feel rushed. They were very thorough and did a great job on my pedicure and Hung did a great job on my nexgen although I do wish they had more colors to choose from. I will ask for him just b/c of how sweet and funny he was!! On top of that the manager gave me a 15% discount on my services as a special. Thanks you guys!! I will be definitely be back soon! Amazing customer service!!

My mother visited us here from Illinois and I took her to Alma Nails and Spa so she could get her nails and other needs done. The staff there was extremely courteous and professional, and my mother left a very happy customer. Highly recommend this place for nail and spa related needs.

Worse nextgen ever! Lee flew through it, was rough and it was certainly not relaxing! I know that I wanted to keep them short but really! I ask if he was going to clean them up, he said if it dont wash off he will. It didnt wash off because its stuck to my skin and he proceeded to clean with a cotton and his nail went under mine..super painful! I was done! Wouldnt recommend and will never be back. Im home trying to get the adhesive off my skin! So mad!! Pics speak for itself- will try to add them.

I went their a month ago i got my nails done i keep going back their because its the closest to me . so i got dip and they charge 36 which is not good because other salons charged me 24 so .and on top of that i had a waxing i got upper lip the was was way to hot for my skin she burned my upper lip after a few days the redness went away but i started to notice scars like when u pop a pimple of something the didnt go away but when i got my wax from a different place after the spots went away they dont clean ur nails before applying the nail tip and they have nails every where from the recent customer i do not recommend getting wax if ur getting nails it’s completely fine without all the other peoples nails and mess kn the work station

Had my nexgen done by Trish, she did an excellent job. My nails have never looked better and stayed pretty much perfect for 4 whole weeks, except for the tiny scratches on the surface (which is understandable cause I work with my hands)! I have very thin nails and acrylics would always fall of and chip within a week so I was amazed by how long this lasted me and that my nails actually managed to grow. Trish was very gentle, precise and super friendly, did my nails exactly how I wanted. The only thing I didnt like is that she was pushing me to get a pedicure. I like to do my own pedicure and didnt have the time or money to waste so I kept feeling guilty for denying it 5+ times.The price was reasonable and I didnt get any random extra charges, for example for cuticles like I know some salons do. Im definitely going back and would recommend this salon to others!

The lady who did my manicure is not professional..she is very rude. She finished my manicure in less than 10 min. She was not interested to serve..the new ownership should train their staff to respect customers and should do service for what they paid.

Average experience nothing special. The lady who did my nails was a sweetheart but the shaping was bad. I tried multiple times to get her to fix it with no luck, she couldnt understand me I dont think. The pedicure was as not good the lady was distracted by the 2 kids running around grabbing the utensils she was trying to use. Overall she seemed annoyed and made no attempt to make it a pleasurable experience.They really lack color range as far as dipping powder and polish its almost impossible to match your hands and feet.Needless to say the cost versus quality is not there.

I had a pedicure and a manicure. They used warm. wet towels. I wondered if they had been washed in a machine or someone just washed them in sink, rung them out, and put them in the warmer (it did not seem sanitary). The person who did my manicure ground my nails during the Nexgen so much they all burned. I told her it hurt, and she still persisted (I had Nexgen many times, and it never hurt like this). I asked the lady that did not pedicure not to massage me because I bruised easy. During the parafon she started squeezing my ankles real hard. I told her to Please loosen her grip. She said it would be just a second and then instead of loosening her grip, she squeezed as hard as she could. It is over a month and I still have markings. I do not know if she did this on purpose to be mean, or if she had used such a small amount of parafon in each bag, she was just trying to manipulate it and hurt me in the process. I now have permanent hemosiderin deposits and telangectasias on my ankles. I wish I never would have gone there.

I was there on October 12, 2018 got my nails done the shape I want it, it was Cat claw I show her a picture an asked her if she can do it she says she never did that shap before but she can do it I say OK got it done The shape looks terrible all 10 of my fingernails is all different shape and it took her two hours The reason why I give her to start because when I call ask her to redo it again she did it but in a different shape I got square is simple you can’t mess it up but the whole entire time when I was there getting my nails done they were talking about me saying she doesn’t have to redo it for me again she should’ve charge me because the other girl did exactly what I asked for I took a picture of it what it looks like when she did it and I have a picture of what I want looks totally different People walk in the nail salon should not talk about their customer while the customer is still there because you don’t know if they can understand what you say or not and yes I can understand everything they say because I’m Chinese I can speak Mandarin and Cantonese in English

I went to this nail shop today. When asked what services I wanted, I said a traditional fill with regular nail polish and a pedicure with regular nail polish and picked out my color. One lady approached me and asked why I didnt want nextgen, I explained no particular reason, I simply like the regular full and nail color. 30 minutes later, she came back and said, your nails are old, you need to have these removed and you need to get nexgen. I said, thank you but I will stick to what I requested. After my pedicure I went to the nail tech table to have my nails done. Once again, she said, you need to get nexgen, what you want will take too long. Why dont you want nexgen? At that point, I asked her to charge me for my pedicure and that I no longer wanted my nails done. I wouldnt recommend this nail shop.

The lady who did my nail was not professional. She was very rough, she gave me a cut twice. I was bleeding the whole time she was doing my nail. She kept making remarks about my nails and she didnt provide the service I wanted. I wouldnt go there again.
