Bellagio is hands down the best nail salon I’ve ever found. The owner is incredible, and all the techs are welcoming and talented! They provide supreme service, and always treat you like family. It doesn’t get better than them! (They also have adult beverages which make your experience even more relaxing) 7 out of 5 stars!

This place is fabulous especially my boy Kevin! He always makes sure my nails are done exactly how I like them! He makes them thin and even! I have very sensitive nails and he never over buffs such a gentle hand! Plus look at that nail art ! Absolutely fabulous I am in love, I have been to almost every nail salon in the area and they can’t even compete with this place! Great staff and great quality! 10/10. 😄

Tom is the bomb! Took his TIME which is rare these days. Most places just want to get you in and out. They also have a great selection of colors to choose from 💗

Kim and Kevin are awesome. I was on a business trip, Kevin did my nails quickly I might add., they were perfect!!! Kim knew I needed hairspray as the airlines threw mine away. and she took me to Walmart to purchase some and would not let me compensate her . I was staying at the hotel across the street from them with no car. I can’t say enough good things about them!!

I asked for nails that would like the iridescent Instagram photo I am sharing. What I ended up with was this ombré disaster. The gel polish that was used to try to recreate the iridescent look is also all over my skin around my nail bed. The final outcome was a disappointment especially when I was charged $75 for nails that I hate.

Used this salon a few times. Quality declined w each visit. A couple of days ago I was desperate because I was going back to work and needed neat nails. Got a pedicure as well.The pedicure tech clipped too much around my toenails & left raw spots on several spots. Worse, she dug into the side of one toenail with the point of the clipper. It was very painful, but since it did not bleed I let her finish the pedicure.In the end, the toenail polish smushed and peeled off just a few hours later. My nails look awful, too: crusty & lifting around edges (its only been two days). And my toe is throbbing from where she jabbed it w the clipper. Im worried I have an infection.Dont go to this salon.

Very disappointed with the way my nails look. Gut feeling was to just pay to take off the dip and pay the $5 they charge. I was there 2hrs for mani pedi combo with regular nail polish. The lady that did my pedicure went to the back and did not come back. I sat there for a while before the lady whom said she is the manager came to do my manicure. She was going back and forth with another customer and I. Finally I saw the first lady and asked the manager where had she gone. She said she was giving a massage. I told the first lady I did not like the way my regular nail polish looked on my hands just take it off and I will do it myself at home. She said she will fix it and would use gel free of charge. The pictures are after she fixed it. It was worse. Save your money.

I have been a long time client here, but, all of a sudden, I am deemed not worthy of respect. My appointment was at 9:30 on 6/25/21. EVERYONE was late ! Their signage stated that they were open and that they open at 9:00AM. I should have just drive away like everyone else!! My services have gone from $105.00, to $115.00, and today, I was charged $143.00, for the exact same services that I have always received. When I called and spoke with Nancy Lan, I was told it was because you received a cuticle treatment and if you dont want it, tell them next time! Um.. I TOLD you what I was scheduling for, when I called and scheduled . Did I mention cuticle treatment?! Then DONT slip something in and expect the client( you know.. the one that contributes to your paycheck), to pay for that!!

Came here for a networking event with some amazing ladies and will keep coming back because everyone here is awesome! Anne is the best! Will be coming for all my nail needs from now on 😍

My two daughters and I are from out of town and were looking for some pampering. We went to the right place. Everyone was so friendly and interactive with us. We felt like it was somewhere we went often by the time we left. First time I’ve ever had a manicure and pedicure and felt comfortable during it. We may make the 3 hour drive back more often just for their services.

The techs were painfully slow and took no pride in their work at all. My pedicurist failed to deliver even after I requested him to redo my toes. My manicurist was much faster but extremely sloppy. She cut my finger and never returned to wipe down my hands or put lotion on my arms/hands. The establishment lacked professionalism and follow through. I will not return.

Kim, Nancy and Lisa were very funny, professional and sweet ladies. Lisa did gel on my toes and made my water hot like I like, Including the hot towels. Kim, a bartender for 20 years, made a delicious fresh mango Margarita(not from a machine) I was able to relax turn on my massage chair and zone out. My friend inquired about the tools they use to scrub callouses turns out they are available for purchase. This salon offers a classy upscale atmosphere.

So excited to try according to reviews but a horrible experience. My nails are ruined and will take months to fix. Cleanliness was not existent. She tried to have me put my feet on a dirty towel that also had my dead calluses on it. Totally gross. The manicurist roughed up my nails so badly that you can see the roughness through the gel powder.

Nancy, Henry and Kim are some of the most nicest and sweetest people. They provided the best customer service and I am definitely pleased will all the services I received. I will definitely be making this my new nail salon home😊

Linda and Vanessa were amazing for my mani and pedi today! I just moved to Dallas and the services were the best I’ve had in a very long time. It was super clean and everyone was so nice to me.

5 of us got mani/pedis for a wedding. I selected the Lavender mani/pedi which is supposed to cost $65. I told the manicurist that I wanted regular nail polish - no gel or dip powder b/c I’m keeping my nails natural. The manicurist suggested French tip - I said ok. When I went to checkout, my bill was $90. They added $5 for the French tips and added $20 for gel polish - which I specifically said I didn’t want. I told the employee that I wasn’t paying for up-charges that I didn’t ask for and that they didn’t tell me about. I said I would pay $70 max. This morning I checked my online banking, and they charged my card $85. Additionally, my nails look horrible and I’ll have to pay to get them redone. Oh, and another employee broke the bride’s “bride” cup and didn’t even take that cost out of her services... they charged her over $115 for her manicure. Super disappointing experience, especially for someone’s wedding day.

I had a terrible experience! I will never be back they are lackluster need to get with the times theres alot of competition... I knew I should have walked out when they didnt have color acrylic,but they told me it didnt matter they would make it look beautiful. They also told me it was all the same.. I went in for a fill they charged me $45..When I could find the right color John got frustrated,and did a terrible job just to finish.. The finished product is horrible,and I dont have the money to get them fixed them save your money,or go somewhere else... Its my fault for not walking Out... I could have done this paint job better!!!

Very disappointed with this place. The people doing my nails seemed extremely fed up and they were super aggressive. Told them to just trim my nails slightly and he ended up completely cutting them off. I came out with nicks and cuts. Crooked and short nails and no one was apologetic at all.

The place is very nice and clean. Nancy is my favorite for manicure and pedicure. She gives the best massages!! Best gel for my nails. She really does a great job. I wouldnt change Nancy, no matter how far I have to drive. Plus they have mimosas and wine for you! Prices are fair for the great service I always have here.

Such a GREAT place to go!! If you are looking for somewhere to go relax and be pampered, this is the place!!! They are all SO FRIENDLY and literally everything they do is with your comfort in mind. It’s definitely a little on the pricy side, but you absolutely get what you pay for! Very awesome, and I will definitely be back with friends :)

I had the pleasure of visiting Bellagio Nail Bar in February 2021, right before the big polar vortex snow storm. My hands and feet were a little ashy, super rough, hard, callused, and in need of desperate attention! Kim Kardashian lololol performed my manicure while Nancy performed my pedicure. I wasnt trying to spend too much money, and definitely ended up going over my $60-75 budget. I think I ended up spending $90, and tipping $30. The service received was the bomb. Im a guy who doesnt treat himself too often, so just to have Kim explain to me how I needed to proceed moving forward with my hands and feet brought tremendous value in itself. They offered me all types of bar drinks, and the pedicure/massage was everything Id hoped for - so I definitely feel like I got my moneys worth. Bellagio Nail Bar was super clean, the service was efficient, all COVID-19 precautions were in place too. Everyone wore a mask, both Kim and Nancy even had on two, with double layers lol. Id definitely recommend this place with glowing reviews, and more importantly, continued business/support!

The one with the keys is the day I got my nexgen nails and then the other photo is 2 weeks after that! And it is still very good!

I haven’t had a nail salon experience as enjoyable as the one I’ve had at Bellagio Nail Bar. Whether I’m coming later after work or coming on my day off I always have a nice relaxing experience and my nails always look good when I leave! Kim, Linda and Nancy take such care of all of your manicure / pedicure needs and the rest of the staff is very professional and kind. They take pride in their work and they take their time, I never feel like they are rushing to get me out the door! The salon is clean and the atmosphere is calm, and the mimosas / margaritas are nice to sip on during your service. If you decide to stop by this salon you will not regret it, I’m glad someone told me about this gem!

The main reason I chose this location was for the above and beyond cleanliness. They use the protector in the pedicure tubs. Since I own an Austin cleaning service, details in cleanliness and non cross contamination is extremely important to me. I was visiting from Austin and looked at some reviews for nail shops close to me. This is by far one of the best pedicures I’ve had. Lynn was very detailed, personal, and took her time on every detail. I opted for the Belagio pedicure and manicure. Absolute amazing experience. Very clean, non rushed. I’ll be back.The only downfall was that the lady that did the polish on my nails didn’t do a good job on the details of the color. When she used the remover to fix the errors she wiped it off to where it didn’t look neat.

L very unhappy with their service at this place. First you walk in and it seems like a very friendly nice place. pedicure went OK nothing too extraordinary. Then when I was going to do my dip technician named John starts to do my nails and he knew I had tips on and he begins to say it will be extra so you shouldn’t do it. I’ve never heard a place that charges extra for doing a dip. Then I said okay it’s fine continue and I notice my index and ring finger the nail isn’t shaped correctly. He continues to say the dip will fix it I said ok. Then he finishes the dip and nails are still crooked. At this point I’m irritated and say just finish. I’ll never come back here again. Over priced, not customer friendly, and rude.

I had a gift card for $400 and I should have not mentioned that because the staff suggested the most expensive services to use up my gift card and the services I got weren’t worth the money. They convinced/pressured me to do ombré nails for more than $50 and see the picture for how horrible and grainy they look. I paid $70+ for a organic pedicure and was told my skin would be so soft. It was instead rough and very dry. The facial was decent but not worth more than $90.I could have gone to another place and gotten better service and quality for less than $100.

They did an amazing job on my nails and my toes. But I will say they are way over priced like ridiculously expensive. Will not be going back.

I absolutely love this nail salon. They are friendly, clean, w/ lots of nail color to choose from. Ive used 2 nail techs that did a really well job. Prices are reasonable..

I will give credit where it’s due my nails look really good however, they are really money hungry and will add up fees to your service for everything. They are really expensive so get ready to spend $125 or higher.

Came into town with my grandmom, mom, daughter, and nieces and we girls were all treated well! Grandmom is diabetic and they handled her so gently and carefully she really enjoyed herself! The staff was wonderful as well- everyone was kind and understanding of her needs.

The staff is always so happy and seem to work well together. I absolutely love the quality of customer service they provide every time Im there. Services are top notch! Lyn is by far the best nail tech I have had . Kelly does the best pedicures and back massage. I always leave very satisfied! Definitely reccomend this place!😉

Today, I went to see Nancy and Linda and got the Bellagio Signature Pedicure and gel manicure. I have known Nancy for years! Every time I’m in town I come to see her. Today, I chose the Tropical option for the pedicure. The massage was great and super long. Well worth it! I also love that they have so many color options to choose from. Thank you, Bellagio Nails! They got me ready right in time for my Maui trip.

By far the best experience i have ever had at a nail salon. Very kind and professional. Also gives the best massages during your mani/pedi along with any free beverages you would like. They have wine, margaritas- you name it. I had Kevin and Henry do my mani/pedi and they are the absolute best. Very reasonable price as well and you definitely get what you pay for. Go see them!

Extremely disappointed. I used to get decent service but I came in today for a NEXGEN repair to one nail and because of this, I will never go back again. I got charged $5 for a quick fix that took longer than it needed to because they were too impatient to get me out of a chair. They had to do the top coat a second time since they touched it and said I was ready to go. I refused because I could see the blemish on my nail after she did that, so they did it again. I ended up leaving afterward and didnt notice until I got to my next destination, the new top coat didnt even completely cover my nail...so part of it has a matte finish and the gloss isnt even smooth. I liked them for being conveniently near my work, but I will opt out of that convenience for better quality work.

My next gen and pedicure was excellent however they refused to honor the coupon on their website. I even showed them the picture which they acknowledged but said Google made an error. Nevertheless they gave me %15 off instead of the 30% posted on Their website.Probably wont come back.

Have been to this location 2 times so far and can confidently say I will continue to return. Katie did amazing on my pedicure services were 20% off and they still did an amazing job. Have had my nexgen done by two different individuals here and the work has been stunning both times no difference in quality of work between individuals as is sometimes the case really love this new location and will continue to bring my business here!

Henry did such a beautiful job on my nails the shape and overall color is phenomenal. nancy gave the most luxurious massage and pedicure! my new regular nail spot.

I went to nail place in Plano for 20 years and then they close a couple of years ago and tried a place in Austin Ranch in The colony Texas called Nail Bar and they were terrible....ruined my nails!!! Had someone that worked for nail place that closes call me and I decided to go there!!! Bellagio nail bar and it was such a good experience!! The nail bar in Austin Ranch gave me a bad infection that ruined my nails....it’s taken almost 3 months for my nails to grow back!!!! DO NOT GO TO Nail place at Austin Ranch in Plano/ The Colony!!!!!!

A group of coworkers and I went last Thursday. Three of us got gel manis and somehow I (the one who NEVER treats themself or paints their nails) ended up with two missing nails. They started lifting up on their own two days after, today one fell off, and I peeled another off. Ive gotten gel before and have been pretty rough with my nails in the past and never had any issue. Im not sure what the deal is and if its the fact she didnt let it harden long enough between switching hands. Waste of money.

Great place

This place is all over the place service wise. Ive been there like 6 times because I live walking distance so I keep giving them another chance thinking the service will be better but it keeps getting worse. Not to mention its seems to be a revolving door as far as people working there. Two times now I have found someone I like and call to book my next appointment and the person doesnt work there anymore. Take your business elsewhere because even if you have an appointment they still make u wait like a walk in. I was there for THREE HOURS for nexgen. And they filed my nails down so brittle I had to take them off for an entire month.

Very friendly, fast and clean. Loved the way my nails turned out and they give 30% off for grand opening which was an awesome suprise!

My Wife and I went in this last Sunday for a manicure and pedicure. My pedicure was ok, but was nothing to write home about. My manicure (while basic) wasnt very good. 2 days later and I already need to cut my nails again. My Wife on the other hand, just got back from the Doctor because these people jacked up her big toe. She had to have a procedure done to her toe and was given a prescription for antibiotics. Stay away from this place.

🚫Complete garbage. They talk a good game and the kindness is all for the Mighty Dollar and Fluff, but the service QUALITY SUCK REAL BAD! Pedicue did NOT last four days nor did it feel good, the filing was uneven, the polish was ridiculous, the overall Pedicue and manicure was garbage. And then they EXPECT us to tip, NO WAY! I paid for the crappy service and that was it. Wake up AMERICA these shops are robbing the heck out of us. They should be ashamed of themselves. And get this- while giving me bad quality, they begged me to get other services. Really?

Nice location but beware they just want to make money and don’t care about your best interest.I got my nails done twice here - nexgen dip. The 3rd time I went I told them I wanted to soak off my nails and get a manicure because I felt like my nails were weak. The reason my nails are so weak is because they file down your nail bed so low it compromised your nails.The manager and staff was so upset and kept tryna to pressure me to get nexgen or gel. They threaten to charge me for the soak off if I chose to get a manicure and kept lying to me saying my nails were not damaged from the nexgen when in all actuality it is. I got my nails removed 2 days ago and my nail bed is till tender because of how damaged my nails are.I can’t believe they were so hard on me to get a new set with my nails so badly damaged from their previous service.Bellagio does not have your best interest in mind. 😡MUST READ, UPDATED 5/23/18 😡I called today to make my appointment with (Johnny) and Kim, the owner picked the phone up and made my appointment. Second time I called to let them know that I will be late, since I was driving from Southlake and she said that’s fine.Once I got there and sat and soaking my feet in the water, she sent another person to take care of my Nexgen. When I asked the guy that my appointment was with Johnny, he said that Johnny no longer works there. I was really upset at kim because she lied and never told me over the phone that Johnny doesn’t work there anymore. I was a very good customer of theirs and now they have lost me because o the way she treats her customers. At first the sign said 20% off All services, and then she takes the white board inside and erase the whole thing and writes down 20% off, excluding Nexgen in front of me. This is not the way you do business Kim. You can’t fool yourself and your customers. Apparently I wasn’t the only one that had this issue with Kim.
