I have been going to this salon for YEARS and they never disappoint. The staff is so friendly and always ready to accommodate my needs. I love that you can get extra massage too. If you want a quality job done and really relax while getting it - I highly recommend this place.

Do not waste your time at this nail salon. Besides having very outdated equipment, they fabricate and inflate prices for their service offerings all while providing mediocre service.Do yourself a favor and find another salon.

I’ve been going to Park Nails for the last 10 years because they consistently give me wonderful nails. Ann and her staff are so sweet and accommodating (seriously, the staff do a lot and even do things I didn’t ask for ie: extra pillows, extra massages, etc.). If you’re looking for a friendly local nail salon, this is the place.

Just terrible one week later my disastrous dipped coffin style nails are peeling horribly. They are lumpy and shaped poorly and she rushed me out the door I do not recommend. She was more concerned with her client who came in after me and ask me to wait while she serviced her.

Family owned business with an exceptionally consistent high level of service. I love the recliners here. I will take them over a massage chair any day. They also have a couple of pedicure massage chairs but nobody really uses them because the amazing manicure and pedicure techs skillfully massage by hand instead. Ann and Tom always make sure to remember details about your family and are always politely asking how everyone is doing. I have fallen asleep during pedicures here because it is so relaxing. Been going here very regularly for 10 plus years. While the decor could use an update, everything else is exceptional. Clean and great quality work. Also the prices are exceptional. Love the sweet family that runs this place. Try it out. You wont be sorry.

Great place for a clean professional manicure or pedicure. I’ve been going here for years. I love the massages and little extras. Or just a quick inexpensive simple manicure. Polite and friendly family owned place.

Best looking, and longest lasting nails I have had in 14 yrs.They speak recognizable English, quick and friendly.My fav place.Also do waxing and eyebrow tint.

Very reasonable, friendly, great pedicure & leg/foot massage, the only thing lacking is NO massaging chairs - otherwise I would give 5-stars!

All the people at Park Nails are kind and friendly. My husband and I have been going there for years, and we drive 25 minutes to get to them. All the technicians do wonderful work, and their prices are competitive. We love that the all the chairs are comfortable recliners like youd have in your own living room, and they are conducive to relaxation and maybe even a nap while being pampered. The hot stone massages are great too. Thanks to everyone at Park Nails for taking great care of us.

I tried Park Nails yesterday with my fiancé and we left very happy. At first we were shocked they didnt have updated pedicure chairs, but the comforter chair they have you in are WAY more comfortable than any other massage pedicure chair you would normally be in at other salons. Mimi massaged my legs and feet and I was nearly asleep! The man working there even surprised us with a personal holiday gift. They were all so kind. We will definitely be returning.

I fell in love with this place. I have upcoming appointment tomorrow and so excited to get my nails done. My past two appointments with Ayumi was just great. She is super attentive and detailed; I am truly amazed of her skill! Also, they always get my nail shape right which is very important to me (sometimes more than colors). Reservation could be hectic but worth every penny!

This place is excellent...I have even brought my friends here...They do such a wonderful job on my nails...I recommend this place !

LOVE Park Nails! Been getting the BEST mani and pedi there for over 4 years. I get the biggest kick out of the loungers which are incredibly comfy and the ladies could not be more friendly and accommodating. I get complements on my fingernails on a regular basis and I know why... they do look great thanks to Ann and her team.

I wish I could give negative stars. Do not go to this nail salon!! My first and obviously last time I went I received a pedicure and ended up with a staph infection due to unsanitary equipment. When I confronted them with my medical bill, they were extremely rude and tried to blame me for the infection!! At least they reimbursed me for the services and medical bill, but I will never go back. I also got their license number and reported to the state. I couldnt bare for someone else to go through what I did because theyre lazy and refuse to clean or sanitize proper equipment. Beware!!

Nails were filed crooked. dip powder is uneven and lumpy. Top coat is screwed up. will never go back.

This is probably the first and the last time i visit this place. The staff is very unfriendly and rude and they seem like theyre in the biggest rush to get rid of you.. Also they do not sterilize their equipment which is a big No for me!
