The staff are wonderful and friendly. I love my nail. They did a great job. Definitely going back again.

The sign says walk-ins welcome, but this is the 2nd time I tried and they were booked for the day. It was 10:00 am. Maybe they should remove the sign??Won’t ever try again.

I had an appointment for 3 p.m. I arrived at 2:45 p.m they took a customer that had no nail appointment in front of me, then tried to take her 3:45 appointment instead of mine. Very unprofessional will not be coming here again. This has happened on more than one occasion

Terri has been making my hands and feet look good for 15 years. These ladies are dedicated to their jobs and are very good at it. I am so pleased with the service they provide.

Due to a miscommunication of the employees, our scheduled manicure was not done. The employee who was ready to go home got extremely upset and started fussing at us and pointing. It was not our problem; we did our part. We didnt get manicure and we will not go back. We tried this place because of the reviews. It was a great disappointment.

Feel as they might be racist my mother and law and wife have gone to this place a couple of times and they always are too busy to provide service for them. Owner is rude. Never going back! Go to the place across them Epic nails awesome staff very welcoming and my wife love her nails!

Cannot recommend this place enough. For the price, its the best pedicure in the area, and they never screw up my nails like other shops have. I wont go anywhere else, and Ive tried a lot of them!

They don’t seem to have a concern with hygiene and dust.I walked in and asked if they had time for a waxing. They said they’d have someone soon. I waited about 10 minutes and then someone said go ahead back I’m on my way. When I walked in the waxing chair was lined with towels, that looked very dirty. I was reluctant to get on them. Then I looked around and the floors looked really dirty the layout of the waxing table was not organized well and you could see the dust in the room. I’m glad I didn’t touch anything because it looked nasty.When I was leaving I quietly told the lady that the room looked really dirty and I wasn’t comfortable being in there. Her response was that I was wrong and it only looked dirty because of the wax. She kept trying to defend having a dirty room.

The best ladies. Teri picks the nail polish color and my friends love it. Strangers come up to me asking what the name of the color of my polish and Im clueless. Teri is amazing

Kim is my technician. She is so attentive to my needs and I always leave refreshed, revived and satisfied.

First time here and will not ever come again. First I chose 3 different colors for my nails and after I told them what I wanted they only put two colors from the three, and I told them one of the colors I did not look like the one I choose, that said that when my nails dry they would look the same. 45 minutes later the color still does not look like the one I choose, when Im paying I told the lady look its still not the same color she said its because your nail is pink and this is on a clear tip? Every other place I go they turn out the color that the sample shows. Just rude to tell your customer they are wrong even if they are right....

This is my favorite nail salon in Plano! The owner is so sweet and they have always done an amazing job every time I go in. Their prices are also the best I’ve seen in the area. This will always be my nail salon!

My nails were different lengths, shapes & had bumps, when i told her how long i wanted my nails she completely ignored that and cut the fake nails way shorter than what i asked for, because of the length she did a different shape, but all the nails were different shapes and lengths
