LoAnn and Mimi helped me. I showed up 30 min before closing and they were absolutely phenomenal with the service! They aim to satisfy their clients. Thanks 😊 ladies 🌸... they didnt seem too clean though. They should have someone keeping the place tidy at all times.

I went here, deciding to see if a new nail place would make me happy. It didnt except for the hot stone massage, only reason they are getting a three star. It was loud, packed, no sign of any social distancing, wore my mask the entire time. It was dirty from where I was sitting, the guy who did my nails did an ok job, didnt clean out the underneath and the owner was pouring beer for him self as I was checking out. I will not be back which is sad since Steve used to work at the Nailery before Collin Creek turned into a ghost town and his work was amazing.

The Only place I go to! Steve and the other nail techs are nail gurus. They have frozen margs, beer, sodas/water, and of course bottles for shots. A TON of options. I honestly look forward to my personal day to unwind at Plano Nail Bar and leave RELAXED.

I was having a nail crisis, my regular nail salon was booked, and this place answered the phone and my prayers with a yes we can fit you in. Needless to say, a hour later, I gave my old salon the boot. I Love this nail shop. They deliver and with great prices. The guy that runs the shop is very funny and always engaging. Great place for mommy daughter spa day since they can seat two people right next to each other.

Prices change everytime i go there, last time was charged 30 for powder nails with tip one color and went in today and showed a picture of what i wanted, pink powder medium long squared nails and was told it would be 65-70$. I didn’t ask for coffin shape (i know they charge at many places for this shape) and he lowered it $5. For what i asked that was too much, they should be consistent with their pricing, Also i’m not sure if they use sterilized utensils i just see them grab from their cart

I love this place. Clean environment, free drinks, good music and HGTV is always on. The male manager is awesome and always on top of everything.Harley (not sure if thats how you spell it) was AMAZING! Friendly, accommodating, detailed, and she took her time to make sure my pedicure was perfect.Quick warning- Steer clear of Vicky. She was rude, in such a hurry to do my manicure, gave a rushed lousy hand massage, didnt pint the entire nail (missed the sides), then proceeded to take a nap in chair in front of me.

Would be 5 stars if they were enforcing the masking rules better. The customer fussing at her husband for a long time should not have been tolerated. She couldve emasculated him with her mask on, Im sure.

You get pampered and get to drink. The owner is a genius, plus my nails look amazing.

I will start off by saying I live out of town was in Plano so me and my children could spend the weekend with my husbans before school starts Monday. So my experience was half, good half bad. Me and my daughter went(her 1st time getting nails done) Ling done my daughters powder nails and she did amazing my daughter went in with a photo and when Ling realized she couldnt do it she started over and the finished result was very good. My daughter loves them(the black with sparkles is hers) Ling is amazing and takes pride in her work. She stated to us that if her customers are not happy with her work then she is not happy, she wants you to tell her if there is something wrong with her work so she can fix it where you will actually like it. Now to my experience the woman that did mine she was not nice. In my opinion she did a very poor quality job on my nails. At 1st I chose dark purple as my 1st color and then I chose a silver sparkle color to put on top of the purple. (I just chose to get acrylic nails with nail polish) At 1st they looked good when she 1st started then when the for the polish I felt the nails looked thick and I said so and was told that they look that way because of the glitter coat. So I waited and decided to say something to the owner. I asked him if he thought the nail job looks good. One of the others looked at them also. I told them I had, had my nails done many times in my 28yrs and they never looked like this. When the woman who did them went to fix them she told me then that I had no nail bed. Yes I bite my nails and have for most of my life and no one has ever had an issue doing my nails and them looking good. Usually I dont say anything when it comes to stuff like this. I dont like to upset people. But this time I chose to say something about it. The lady took the polish off and used the electric file tool to file them down some more. I told her i just wanted to purple and not the sparkle. So she repainted them and I am still not satisfied, I just didnt want to deal with the angry woman again in fear that they would cturn out looking worse than they already are. So I will be going to a nail salon in my home town of Canton shortly and getting them fixed. I went here because it was convenient. It was just 6 miles from my motel an was still taking people at 7:15pm. So now you can see why it was half good half bad.

Two stars for quick, friendly service, three stars off for allowing customers to remove their mask for the entire duration of their visit, and for a lack of general cleanliness during a time when it is very needed. I saw the technicians wipe parts of our chairs down just before we sat in them, but the arm rests and especially the cup holders needed cleaning; the cup holders had some dirt or some sort of debris in them and clearly had not been recently cleaned. I am 36 weeks pregnant and not taking any chances of getting covid so close to baby’s arrival - if we hadn’t happened to be seated far away from all the customers not wearing their masks, I would have left.

Steve and his team are phenomenal. They are always so accommodating and are very polite.

I haven’t had my nails done in so long... I forgot about the language barrier. Not only did she do a wack job, she CONSTANTLY talked about how I should have got the nexgen gel because the color is in the powder. She brought multiple other workers over an spoke in another language about my nails...I’m guessing she spoke about my nails, I have no idea what was said. The acrylic is thick as molasses, warped and uneven. The nail extension are crocked, and don’t cover my entire nail bed. Some are more coffin than others.So it’s clear I got poor service bc she wanted a bigger tip from the nexgen, since it’s way more expensive than acrylic. But while waiting, I noticed other workers really taking their time and ensuring the nails were perfect (same length, same shape, smooth, etc) so I think I’ll make an appointment with the best worker (based on reviews looks like Queenie, Vicki and Mimi are good) and try again.Side note: sadly the owner/manager is getting sued for discrimination and is awkwardly telling all the customers about it.

I went there yesterday for gel nail, actually it is kind of powder.The reason why I write a comment is because I dont want somebody like me（was feeling bad but saying nothing）. I dont know the name of the lady who serviced me, she is a tiny short Vietnamese lady.She asked me to pay carefully ，because she peeled off my nail skin unintentional，i dont mind with her even it hurts. Also my right hand thumb was polished too short. I cleaned up residual powder with cuticle cutter after i left. Perhaps they were busy, so they were hurrying up, literally it is not good for business to care money too much. BTW, thinking about do they pay attention of you when you go there！

First time at this location, everyone was so friendly and they seemed so busy yet got me in the chair and started up faster than I’ve ever seen any salon do and did an amazing job as well! Definitely recommend :)

Amazing! Kelly did a great job of fixing a botched nail job done by a different salon - she was very patient and so funny! I would have given 5 stars but it was a little more expensive than I hoped.

I received the Top Chef Gingersnap. Stephanie did a great job!They music was soft, mellow and relaxing. They offered us drinks. I had water, my daughter had Sprite.

There was no wait although I did go near opening on a weekday. The service was quick and thourgh. I like that it didnt take an hour to get my pedicure ($40). I do think a little more attention could have been paid to the calluses/dry skin on the bottom of my feet, but over all Im satisfied & will be going back again.

First time here. They were super busy but they did a very nice job! Both my husband and I got a manicure and pedicure. I also had my brows waxed. They did a good job all around!

So I get there at 7:07pm mind you they close at 8pm. The gentleman at the front desk was rude and told me they couldn’t service me because it was a “fair day” and everyone left. I felt like they didn’t want my service. Never going there again

I have been here 3 times all with different people and Ive had a great experience every time! They are really gentle and take their time so they dont hurt you. The techs here are all very nice. This place is a little far from me (~10-15 mins) but, the places Ive tried near me, I havent liked so i think the drive is worth it. Also if you want them to, they will paint on the powder instead of dipping your finger in it. For me I feel like this is more sanitary and I think it comes out nicer looking. If you want some nice simple nails I highly recommend this place!

This is by far the best pedicure spot in North Dallas. Steve is super personable and will make you visit a blast.

Ive visited the salon once before (about a month ago) and had a decent experience. The pedicure with callus removal was great.So today, I called and scheduled an appointment for a pedicure at 6p around 530p. The gentleman on the phone said that would be fine. I arrived 5 minutes early and the salon was PACKED. One or two employees were wearing a facemask appropriately (over their mouth AND nose). The majority of the 40-some patrons were not wearing masks at all. I waited uncomfortably in the chair for a pedicure station to open up. Several employees did ask what I needed, and when I told them, theyd just walk away. While sitting and waiting I had the time to look around and noticed none of the staff were washing their hands between customers, the trash and dirty towel bins were full and overflowing, and none of the stations were being sanitized. (Honestly, the staff was just too busy.) After 20 minutes waiting, not being seated, and observing all of the gross hygiene violations, I set down the nail polish Id picked up and walked right out the door. No one noticed.Long story short, this place is wildly mismanaged at best; a Covid-19 breeding ground at worst. Go anywhere else.

Basic pedicure. 1. Lady moved so fast with the (cheese) shredder on the bottom of my foot, that she fumbled and broken skin on top of my foot with the shredder. Thats NOT a tool to whip around fast. 2. Rubbing lotion on the top of the feet shouldnt be so fast and repetitious in one area that it starts to become uncomfortable. Slow down, move around the foot and focus on what youre doing instead of watching others and trying to hurry up for the next customer. A customer will not not feel like you want them there if you rush them out the door.

I just got my nails done by Queenie and my pedicure done by Tammy. Very good experience. I felt safe with all the precautions they are taking due to the virus.. Queenie did the best pink and white ever! She paid attention to all the details and made sure I was happy! And Tammy did the best and most relaxing pedicure! I got gel on my toes and she did a phenomenal job! I recommend these two ladies for sure!

The only time I went here, the owner was belligerently drunk. However, my nails lasted forever and looked exactly how I wanted. And the strawberry margaritas were really good.

I walked in to have dip powder nails done to fix a previous set. They did a good job, a little rushed but better than what my nails were before I walked in. I want to give them another chance with an appointment because they really did fix the disaster I got from a different salon.UPDATE: after 4 weeks, my nails still looked and felt so good. I came back to get a new color and reshape my new, long nails and I am so IN LOVE with them. Updating my review from 3 to 5 stars. They work fast but do a great job. The picture is my new color/shape.

I just done my pedicure and manicure today about 3 hours ago they was busy and hurry the lady she did the manicure she was in hurry she finished me in about 15min plus she was keep compiling about my nails is short and the cuticle is so bad I had to tell her that is why Im here I dont know how to trim my cuticle at home 🙁 and my pedicure also was fast I went work after that and I just notice all my nail polish in my toes is off and still if I touch it come in my finger that is because she had to do it fast not even to wait for the second layer and top manicure i stayed about 10 min under the toes fan to dry and still comes out when I touch it

I absolutely LOVE this place! I have tender cuticles and Queenie was so observant, considerate, and gentle doing my Nexgen nails. Thanks girl!I came back a little less than 2wks later only bc I cracked 1 nail and chipped another. Queenie was off however the 2 ladies that did my pedi and mani were amazing! Bless baby girl that did my mani bc it was a struggle with my cracked nail. (I cracked my nail closer to my cuticles so any chemicals or pressure was beyond unpleasant to say the least but that’s not her fault) She was gentle and communicated with me to do her best to minimize my pain. And the drinks are A1! I’ve been in DFW for 4yrs and this is the best nail salon I have been to this far!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!! Amazing staff! Best pedicure ever!! They offered me a a drink and pampered me the entire visit!! If you arent going here youre missing out friends!

I got next gen dipping powder today and my nails look amazing! I came in with a super specific look in mind and Queenie NAILED it!! One of my nails naturally grows in crooked and she fixed it so it looks straight! Definitely coming to see her again! Service was quick and everyone was very nice.

I did not get a nice feeling with this place. I asked for a pedicure and full set. The nail tech explained it would only be $5 extra for color powder. I said okay and she quoted me a price that was more after I said yes. When I questioned her she started talking in a different language and rolling her eyes at her coworker. There was also a man, not sure if he was the owner, serving tequila shots and being very engaging to some customers while ignoring others. It was pretty obvious who he was paying the most attention to. I was asked to prepay for my service while I saw others wait until their nails were completely dry before paying. I will not be returning. I did not feel like a valued customer even though my money is just as good as everyone elses.

Ive never had glow in the dark nails before. My manicure was fast and beautiful.

This place is literally the worse nail place i’ve ever experiencedno one was wearing a mask and there were so many drunk peoplethe ladies doing me and my friends nails rushed to them within 30 minutes and messed both of ours up, and then tried to argue/make excuses as to why it was done badly?they didn’t even put a clear top coat on my acrylicsthere’s a lot of dried nail powder under my nail which wasn’t taken off and she didn’t even cut my nails before she did them. this place is so unprofessional

Words cant describe how much I love this place. I dont go often but my few experiences have been very favorable. Never had my hands done so I cant comment on the manicures but the pedicures are pretty great. They keep the bar stocked with almost any flavor you like. My man Steve is always moving around making sure everybody is getting taken care of. Stop reading reviews and just go!

Wonderful workers great owner/manager and let me tell you that your nails will look fire for any occasion they can do it all. For a good price too. Not to mention the open bar who doesn’t like that when they’re getting their nails done with the girls or guys! This is a one stop shop ladies and gentlemen the only place you need to go! Come try them out because you will not regret it. Also if you break a nail they are the first to be like “oh let me take care of it” because they understand if you’re set is isnt full then you can’t be on your 100%.

I should have posted this a long time ago as I love Plano nail bar. There’s several people who can do ombré and shape my nails (coffin) perfectly. but I’m posting now for COVID-19. I’ve been back to the salon since it’s reopening and I was blown away by the care taken during this time. There are plastic sheets separating each nail table & pedicure chair. they wipe down and sanitize everything and every employee has a mask and gloves. they’re doing everything they can for us & im sure they need to catch up financially so everyone please take your business here!

I love this nail place my nails came out beautiful just in time for prom, I’m so happy with them. They were so perfect I had to take photos of them all night showing them off to everyone... I’m so proud of going to Plano nail bar I’m definitely coming again.

The best pedicure Ive ever had!!! I had the pomegranate pedicure with my feet dipped in wax and feel like i have brand new feet. Very nice and thoughtful staff.

Ive been looking for a good nail person for two years. I finally found her here! She is the best.

All time favorite nail place. Hardly ever have to wait and if you are getting a mani/pedi, they will do it at the same time. I personally hate having to sit at the nail salon for hours, but they get you in and out quick. Quality is top notch among all the workers.

I love this place! Moved to Plano and thought Id never find a nail salon I loved more than my regular place for years. Service is amazing, every person does a great job! The owner/manager is a riot, music is on point, oh and they have a full bar with just about any beverage you could want! Ive been a regular for a year now and refuse to go elsewhere!
