1st time to visit Nails Now since I just relocated to the area. I called around 11am and got an appt for 3pm. They did a great job! I got a manicure (tips, dipped, french) and a pedicure (basic, regular polish). FINALLY- a place that does both services at the same time-- Ive always thought this would be the best way to do it, since its much faster for the customer! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Its been 2 weeks with no broken, chipped, damaged nails. I plan to return regularly. I didnt take the pic for a review or I wouldve tried to do a better job 😉

Asked for a gel manicure ended up with a patchiest color. These photos actually make them look better than they look in person.

I called yesterday several times between 4 and 430pm to book an appointment for today for Nexgen on my commute home. Id let the phone ring until it disconnected and never was able to get through at that time. I finally was able to get through at 730 pm to book for 11am today. This should have been my first clue that things were not going to go well, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt that they might have been busy and short staffed. I arrived exactly at 11 and was greeted and told to pick a color. Their color selection seemed much smaller than prior appointments, but I chose one and waited. I sat there for 15 minutes with no drink offering, no soaking off my existing nails nor communication on what was going on. I called Sky nails down the street to see if they could accommodate me at that time. They said yes, so I got up and left. Sky nails had a larger color selection, were very friendly and ended up being cheaper. Prior to today the quality has been hit and miss with the powder chipping within a week, not covering the full nail or the nails being uneven.

My mom, sister and I have been coming here for years. We use to bring my grandparents here and they were always so accommodating. I’ve tried many places around town, but the pedicures from here last the longest. My mom often does manicures with gel nails and they always last the best. The leg massages are so relaxing! Everyone is so friendly and they speak English well. We are very thankful for this place!

Ive been going to this place for almost four years. Not all nail salons are created equal, no matter who you go to here you will always get a good manicure or pedicure. Theyre consistently good and actually friendly and welcoming.

I love going here. Amy always does a great Job on my nails. Everytime shes not around or I forget to make an appointment and I have someone else do my nails Im never satisfied. She is my go to always 💕 thanks Amy!

I have been coming here for years. It has a very relaxing atmosphere and they are very clean. Nancy always does an amazing job! The massage chairs are wonderful. Especially, after a long week of work! A glass of wine, a massage chair and a pedicure- What more could you ask for?

My experience was excellent. I made an appointment and walked right in to a chair for my mani pedi. I also got my eyebrows waxed and that was a breeze too. My husband was with me and got to sit next to me and keep me company the whole time. My toes and feet are fantastic and my nails, the best I have ever seen.

So amazing, all the women here are such hard workers and makes sure your getting the best service! Ive been coming here on and off for 7 years now, Ive tried other businesses around the DFW and this nail salon NEVERRRR disappoints!

I had the worst pedicure I have ever had. I was told my toe nails were too thick and I should go to a “Toe doctor.” She said she couldn’t cut my toe nails any shorter because they were too thick. I went home and cut them myself.

I was a bit apprehensive about coming here as these types of places tend to not do as thorough a job as my regular nail tech. But they have me a pretty good pedicure at a reasonable price. The place was clean and well ran. I would come back again with no hesitation.

The last time I went I had Amy and she was amazing. But unfortunately I had a bad experience this time. My nails look horrible and she cut me several times. I guess I’ll make an appointment next time.

First time visit today, was a last minute decision. when we saw it next to ben & Jerrys I checked Google reviews and from everything I read it sounded pretty good so I gave it a try and very pleased with the service. Nails came out great, didnt feel rushed, and wasnt very busy at the time we went. Definitely will be back

They were rushing to do my nails!!!! Also, ive NEVER had a problem with my nail polish chipping off anywhere else, but this places nail polish seems cheap. After 4 days, its already coming off; other places Ive been it stayed on for WEEKS. The lady also made my nail bleed from clipping it too close to my skin. DO NOT GO HERE.

Ive tried the rest, now Im back to the best. My new love is the NexGen dip. I love that all the nail stylists are trained well to dip my nails. The service is friendly, the salon is clean and its a great location if I need to grab something to eat before or after.

I absolutely LOVE this Nail Salon. I discovered this salon from a horrible experience I encountered across the street! I still needed service and while making a stop a Kroger, I saw the Open sign was still on. I came into the Salon and immediately was offered service. The tech and salon Manager immediately knew I was in distress. I explained what just recently happened and was immediately welcomed with open arms. The experience made me regret ever visiting the salon across the street. For my next pedi/medi I came back here and brought my daughter. We received impeccable first class service. It was exactly what I have been accustom too. I did not feel rushed or feeling like my money was not being used in vein. My 6 yr old daughter even exclaimed her liking to this salon while there. Customer Service GREAT, CLEAN, and Everything is priced perfectly! Very relaxing experience. I will make this my GO too salon. Definitely recommend at least one visit if not more!

Nice, clean, and friendly techs but my gel nails peeled off within 4 days and they didn’t get the hot rock treatment with my mani and pedi

Currently here to get my nails done during my lunch break. The service was prompt and not too bad. However, I have a huge issue with this places inability to hold a conversation. People in this industry should be able to at least say hello. Its plain rude to act like the person youre working on doesnt even exist. I cant stand that. You work in the service industry. Learn how to speak to people.

This was my first time here, and the customer service was horrible. The person that did my pedicure was “Tavi”. Not only did she talk and laugh with the women around me including the manager about me having hair on my toes, when the pedicure was over she just got up and walked away. I watched as everyone else placed either their customers shoes on their feet or the pedicure slides. I’m guessing because she thought I didn’t have any money because I just wanted the basic pedicure and not a spa or milk and honey that they tried to upsale me. I’m sure they won’t care that I won’t be returning, but I just wanted them to know I did pay attention and slighted by their actions.

Awful customer service, they make you feel uncomfortable and dont even try to talk to you, always talking in their language... just plain out rude! you need to have some manners if youre gonna work so close w people

I use the same nail tech for the past year and wont go anywhere else shes the best. If I. Old spell her name right it would be great....lol... Mylee and Te they are great. If they leave I wont be back. Even though the owner is super nice. He tries his best to make you happy.

Friendly nail tech and they got me in quickly. That said, the gel was applied sloppily, she filed the tops down too far, and it lasted a whole week. Will not go back.

I love this place... Henrry, the msnager, is awesome doing nails... My girls Jenny n Lili are the best! When you come in, without appt, they are honest with you about the time you will have to wait. If you have an appt, they let you in on time... The pedicure with everythinh is super cheap, n the girls take care of your feets awesome... The massages are perfect for people that work standing up... Perfection!!!!

Ive been going there for 3 months and so far I love it.

I never write reviews but this time I had to. I went in December 8th .I wanted dipping powder with a chrome finish. Once she soaked off the nails I already has right away she told me my nails were too shirt to have a pointed shape. That confused seeing how I came in with pointed nails and she didnt even cut them. I just dont think she had the skill. The dipping powder was EXTREMELY bumpy and rough. Which meant the gold chrome finish showed every flaw underneath. It LOOKED TERIBBLE but I just Christmas party to attend and could not get them fixed. By the time I got home there were cracks in almost EVERY nail. I assumed it was the chrome but the cracks started in the dipping powder and caused the chrome to crack. I was embarrassed to show my nails. The chrome is so bright it draws attention but I would dare let someone look up close. 60$+ down the drain. I have never been so disappointed . I definitely do not recommend this place or maybe the techs are just too young and inexperienced
