As always Caton Field Dental exceeds our expectations by treating us very well. My child is 4 and he is completely comfortable with Dr. Ma. And the entire staff. He fixed his filling that came out very quickly and the entire process was painless for my son. Besides that everyone is very friendly and on top of it all . EASILY the best dentist I’ve ever been to! I’m new to the area and haven’t had a cleaning in a while. Catonfield Dental has blown me away for so many reasons! Firstly, their staff (esp the front desk staff) is incredibly friendly and helpful. As a Latina woman, the DIVERSITY is so refreshing to see and makes me feel right at home. They are incredibly knowledge and explained the small procedure I’ll need to have done with care. They even have tiny cameras to show me the issue firsthand! And TV SCREENS on the ceiling?? Need I say more? I never realized how (almost) enjoyable a dental cleaning could be with with Netflix to distract me. So pleased they are my new dentist! Very organized, cleaned, and friendly atmosphere! My son was extremely nervous and they knew exactly how to keep him calm. The staff there was so encouraging; which helped my son feel confident and proud that he was able to get through his 1st dental visit! They explained everything in great detail as far as what was covered/not covered by our insurance and how much out of pocket expenses it would be for us. My son loved his visit and is looking forward to his 6 month check up! I even scheduled my own appointment! Very pleased with our new dental office!!!

Ive been taking my kids here for over a year and had no problems. Today when I called to schedule an appointment for myself for a filling that came out causing sensitivity(which is painful) I was told I wouldnt be seen until November. Unless I was in more pain then they would see me right away? So instead of taking care of my tooth before more problems occur, they would rather have me wait for my tooth pain to become worse and need more work? Unfortunately Im not too happy with that and will be looking for a new dentist for my family.

I came into the dentist office in an emergency situation on a Saturday afternoon, nine months ago. They have worked with all of the random issues I’ve had crop up.The Office staff is incredibly kind and always cheery.Dr. Ma is incredibly patient and does a great job of explaining what will happen as he works and what to expect for the future. He doesn’t mind re-explaining numerous times the same information in different ways to make sure I understand, if needed. I think I have found my forever dentist.

Everyone here took extra precautions to make sure that I was comfortable and happy with my experience. The only “pain” was a small pinch from the numbing and everything else was pain free. They also put on netflix so you can relax and watch some tv instead of some places where you just sit and only hear the drills. 11/10 place and will definitely be going here for any other dental appointments.

The best experience i’ve ever had at a dentist. 10x better than my last dentistry. The doctor asked about all of my concerns and described each concern in my x-rays. Then proceeded to provide all options available for treatment and explained the pros/cons of each. Not one question un-answered. Great doctors and amazing staff the moment I walked in!

I had been going to the same dentist since I was a kid and unfortunately my dentist was on the verge of retirement and sold his clinic to a location that was inconvenient to me. After a year of not being able to have a regular cleaning nor dental check-up, I finally made my way to Catonfield Dental! The staff followed Covid protocols beautifully and made certain that I was comfortable and feeling safe. Dr. Ma and his staff completed a throrough exam of my mouth and teeth and Rachael then cleaned them and provided a fluoride topical so that cavities could be kept at bay! From beginning to end, I had phenomenal care! I wholeheartedly recommend this dental group for oral care!

I have had anxiety in the past about going to the dentist. Fourth times a charm. Had some issues with getting the impressions right for a dental guard. Took 4 visits and multiple impressions however the staff is always friendly and welcoming!

Ive had 2 wisdom teeth extractions done from her and she made it such an easy process and both sites have healed seamlessly. I would recommend Catonfield Dental to anyone!

The cleaning was good as well as the hygienist and the assistant. Care was given with regards to minimizing any pain and provided comfort. We did discuss the use of the Sonic tooth brush.As a retired person on a fixed income there needs to be some additional insurance offers or better methods of reducing the cost of treatment.I have attended other medical facilities that offer other financial assistance.

I love the office they are very friendly and knowledgeable. I do have a family of 5 and just wondering how many times I will have to pay the PPE price each time I go? I go for a cleaning 2 times a year the. If I need to go for something extra I will have to pay for that (which I have to) like I said that add up with each family member. My company dropped the PPE add on 2 months after we went back to work and we still are taking all the extra precautions and have hired cleaning people during business hours and after as well as masks and face shields. I really see no need to still be charging 1 year later.

All around best dentist office Ive experienced.Scheduling and insurance verification was quick and easy. Online new patient forms were quick and easy to understand. Morgan was helpful to get an appointment. Once at the appointment they check temp and fill out a covid screening questionnaire. Their practice does submit an $8 covid surcharge to your insurance which may not be covered. The hygientist/Ronnie as very friendly, accomodating, and stayed with me even during the cleaning by the dentist. Dr. Xu/(pronounced shoe) dentist has excellent bedside manner. He did a thorough medical history review, explained their covid screening process of staff and patients. Then he explained what and how he was going to clean my teeth. He and hygienist did education as necessary. Neither were pressuring me to buy or purchase high cost add ons. Dentist actually did the cleaning. Ronnie did the teeth polishing. Both worked together to make the experience quick and painless. They have TVs to watch and relax as they work on your mouth. I will be back. 8.21.21 I returned and had another outstanding experience. 👏

I’m not a review writer, but WOW FINALLY!!!! From the front desk to the hygienists to the dentists, all are awesome. They do honest work and hear their patients. The office is sparkling clean. It’s a warm welcoming environment. I was surprised when I did a search and found this office to have so many 5 stars and thought it must be too good to be true, but if our family could give it 5 stars plus one more for being awesome we definitely would!!

Had all of my wisdom teeth removed here, and I highly recommend this place. Two of my teeth were impacted and close to the facial nerves but both were removed fairly quickly and successfully, thanks to Dr. Zheng Ma! I even avoided the dreaded chipmunk cheeks post-op. Throughout the entire procedure they checked to make sure I was doing okay and talked through was the next step was. I plan on using their dental services for my entire family!

Dr. Zheng Ma is caring and informative. The staff is super friendly. I just moved to the area and was in need of a new dentist. I had some tooth pain and I was able to be seen the next day. The office is clean and they are taking all the necessary precautions during Covid. Another perk, a tv for your viewing on the ceiling! I thought that was pretty cool!

The doctor took frequent brakes when I needed them and waved at me from down the hall when I was filling out paperwork. All’s I’m sayin is a very good experience !

Ive always had a ton of anxiety going to the dentist. This is the first place that made me want to come back again. The stafff is exceptionally nice!! I recommend this dentist to EVERYONE I know!

I brought my mom who has Alzheimer’s to their office twice within a week. Ronnie was amazingly great with her the whole time. He is a very upbeat, caring and positive person. Rachel cleaned her teeth and did an awesome job. She was very kind and great with her too. Doctor was very thouroughal . If I could add another star to the ratings I would.
