Great group of people - my appointment was promptly on-time. The staff makes it entirely painless to get through all the normal paperwork and record updates they need to manage.Everyone in the facility was very pleasant and seemed eager to make sure I was taken care of promptly and courteously. The facility itself is spotless! They even have special air-handling equipment to make sure the patients and staff are comfortable.Dr. Gallos was timely, professional and very good-natured after my cleaning was complete.I highly recommend this place for Dental care. Dr. Gallos Got me in and out quickly. The quickest I ever sat in a dental chair. This was an emergency dental procedure. He was able to squeeze me in on a Monday after coming out of ER on a Sunday. Dental skills are wizard level.

Our Dentist retired so we needed to find a new dentist. I reached out to Heritage Grove on May 1st 2020, Candice emailed me back and told me they are booked until November 2020 but she can add us to the list. Today is April 19, 2021. I called to check what was going on and Candice told me they have no openings until July. I understand everything that’s going on with the virus but this is just crazy. This office lost out on loyal clients.

I am very leery about dentists and I feel very comfortable at this office and with Dr. Gallos. Theres no extras, no pushiness and the staff makes me feel very comfortable. Especially with Covid as an extra layer of worry - I feel there is no need to worry about pain or discomfort and the office is very clean, so the virus is the last thing on my mind. Their admin staff is very helpful with insurance and billing too! Very top jobs from the start to the end! I would give 10 starts, but thats not an option.

I was quite pleased with the careful protocols during this time of Covid. The wait time was short, the staff was professoinal and very kind. Dr. Gallos was very thorough in his assessment of my teeth and the plan going forward.

Really like Dr. Gallo; very personable and his dental hygienist team has always been wonderful. His practice is a one stop shop for adult, pediatric, and orthodontic dental care. Or whole family sees him, my only complaint is that a lot of people like him so the cleaning schedule is always booked 7-8 months out instead of the usual 6.That being said if we need special treatments, theres never been a problem getting in.

Ive been coming to Dr. Gallos for 2 years and even though I now live about an hour and a half away, I refuse to change dentists. The fact that Dr. Gallo has helped me regain confidence in my smile as well as provide the best care EVER is reason for me to drive 70 miles to see him. Dr. Gallos is wonderful! I have had horrible dentists in the past... some did more damage than good. Not one stopped to tell me why I was having issues with my teeth. Dr. Gallos sat next to me and explained exactly why my teeth tend to be more sensitive and that it’s not my fault and I’m doing great with my dental hygiene! I stopped being embarrassed about my teeth and needing extra care on them. I started taking my son there. He LOVES going! Today, he did not have a cleaning but I had a check up appointment. He was devastated he wouldn’t be seeing the dentist. I asked Dr. Gallos if I could FaceTime him really quickly with my son. Instead he got him a balloon and prize and walked out to the car (where my husband and boys were) and gave them their balloons and prize! My son can’t stop talking about how much he loves the dentist!Dr. Gallos will remain our family dentist forever! We love him and all of his staff!

I seen the Doctor on 05-04-20 20 and was completely delighted with everything.Everyone is very nice, polite and I love the Doctor’s attitude and the way he treats his patients. Excellent and trustworthy dental care. I started here because of a long history of dental issues and anxiety. I love them! They do everything they can to preserve the teeth you have and keep your smile healthy and the invasive work to only what is necessary. I switched my nervous 9yo daughter to this office as well and she got the first complete exam and cleaning of her life and they recommended far less extensive and expensive work for her than the last office did. She left her appointment smiling, no tears, saying she likes this office better than any other one she has been to! So, this office is highly recommended by two people that are terrified of the dentist. That means you will love them too! I hope we never need to go anywhere else!

Dr Gallos is soooo friendly and I felt absolutely nothing during my root canal, not even the initial poke of the needle. When I mentioned to her that I needed a new bridge and what my dentist wanted for it, she suggested I make a appointment with Heritage Grove and get a second opinion.I made a appointment and spoke with Dr.Pete Gallos, he told me what I needed to have done. It was the same as my dentist had said, but when I was informed of what my cost would be with Heritage Grove Dental versus my dentist, I was shell shocked! I couldnt believe what I was being told. I immediately made an appointment for the work to begin.Had my temporary bridge fall out due to my flossing around it. I called Heritage Grove and they not only fit me in their schedule last minute but since my new permanent bridge had come in they took the time to put it in as well. Great people!

Unfortunately managed to knock my front tooth loose with a piece of metal tubing this weekend. I called Heritage Grove Family Dental and was directed by the voicemail to call Dr. Gallos directly if it’s an emergency.He actually answered on a Saturday and took the time to hear my problem, look over pictures of the tooth I sent him and assess what needed to be done until I could see him in person. Talk about going way above and beyond for ones patients.... How often can someone call their doctor for advice after hours and be helped like that? Not often I bet. Had my first perio appt. since before the pandemic. It was absolutely fantastic. My Hygienist, Katie, had returned from leave and it was special to greet Her and To get updated and treated. As usual, Dr. Pete was magnificent. He even gave Me a pep talk about enduring the quarantine and encouraged getting out some but safely always. The practice implemented several Impressive protocols for safe dental care and the PPE and equipment were new and thorough. A modest Temporary fee was charged for COVID Safety but it was a small premium for due diligence and peace of mind. Bravo! To the entire practice for their efficiency and personal, compassionate care. 👏👍😍

Its all about money. Two weeks ago to the date, 11/8/19, I received a call from his office that one of my insurance companies (MetLife ) for some reason is sending me the check instead of sending it to the Dr office . Therefore I must pay the amount of that check before they install the crown which is on 11/11/2019 .I was originally told two weeks prior when I went for the measuring of the the crown that I will have 0 balance. I said it’s not my fault, you should discuss it with insurance company. My primary was paying most of the balance. At the end of a long discussion it didn’t get me anywhere and I’ve been their patient for over 2 years. I decided to go find another doctor. The new Dr hasn’t installed the crown yet because they found out that I should get my root canal that was done 15 years ago redone. That is the tooth where the crown is going, which was an oversight by Heritage Grove Dental. All that over less than $400, which I would have happily paid if I was told that from the beginning.

Ive had a lot of dental work through the years, therefore I have gone to a lot of dentist. Dr Pete Gallos its one of the kindest and most compassionate dentist I know. He make me feel so comfortable and I did not feel he was going to break my bank like the other dentist I have gone to. The staff is pretty nice to. Going to the dentist could be challenging for a lot of us so having a welcoming group of people working together for your comfort and your experience means alot.
