After using this company weekly for FIFTEEN years, to clean my Moms pool, they didnt show up this week. When she called because the pool was turning green, the owner, Debbie said we have dropped you because you dont have a screen. We can do more pools and make more money on pools with screens. WOW! No notice, nothing! What loyalty, not. Didnt mind those monthly payments for 15 years.
