Everyone is so nice and informative. They really care about their patients. Dr Williams and Nancy are the best. They were even able to put me at ease. I would highly recommend this office.

Dr. Williams has been my dentist since I moved to Plainfield in 2001. He takes his time to ensure all your questions are answered. When doing a procedure he frequently checks to see if you are doing okay.He has had the same staff for years. Having worked for professionals before I retired I know that speaks to the way he treats his employees.I highly recommend this office.

Dr Williams and his staff are awesome! So professional and friendly at the same time! Great service always! I also want to mention that I chipped a tooth not too long ago and it was sharp and annoying but Plainfield Family Dental got me in quickly to get it fixed and no problems since! They also helped solve a staining issue I was having by switching toothpastes and mouthwash. Thanks to Nancy and Jenny for always being so friendly and personable and for taking such great care of me!

I am not fond of going to the dentist. But Plainfield Family Dental makes it as pleasant as possible. Even during this pandemic all were upbeat friendly and professional. Everything bead taken care of in a timely manner from the xrays to the cleaning

We love Plainfield Family Dental! My boys and I always feel so comfortable w all the staff. My 4 yr old actually gets excited to go to the dentist. They always get you in and out quickly and are very thorough in all that needs to be done. Highly recommend if you are looking for a dentist for the entire family.

I love Plainfield Family Dental! I have been a patient here as long as I can remember. Everyone is also so friendly and caring!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. This is a complete honest review. The people will be extremely nice to you and make you feel like youve found a good dentist. Then you will find out later that they are extremely overpriced and will try to do work that doesnt need to be done. I went into this dentist never having a cavity in my entire life. They instantly told me that I would need a filling in my back molar. I then switched dentists because their prices are outrageous. At the new dental care I told them I had previously been told I have a cavity in the back tooth. They searched and searched and said I dont have any cavitys at all. So the Plainfield Family Dental were going to charge me for a filling that I did not need. Then my mother actually did have a cavity and they told her the cavity was way too big for a filling and that she would need a 700 dollar cap at Plainfield Family Dental. When we went to the new dentist they told her a filling would work perfectly and fixed her tooth with just a filling. Also that they cannot believe they wanted to put a cap on it. It doesnt stop there. They told me when i left that the insurance would pay for everything and that I was good to go. Now I just recently received a bill from a collection agency saying I owe 110$ out of my pocket for a bill that I never received or was told I would owe. I never write these google reviews but im being honest and telling you to take your business elsewhere unless you want your mouth filled with fillings and caps that you dont need. This place is nothing but a scam.This message is a reply to your response to the above review. No I definitely 100% have the correct Family Dental. I tried to call just now but you are currently closed. I am not putting my actual name on this review but I am in your system and will try to call again Monday. I have all proof of dental records from my new dentist as well.

My whole family have been patients at Plainfield Family Dental for at least 10 years, Never once have I felt I was over charged or lied to, as one reviewer has claimed The bottom line is this, If you want quality work done at very competitive pricing, and made to feel welcome and at home, then Plainfield Family Dental is a great place for you and your family!
