Dr Risty is a great doctor and he cares about his patients. Dr Risty took the time after hours to take care of my teeth. He is always working towards the best outcome for his patients.

My mom had an emergency tooth extraction and was able to get an appointment same day.The staff was friendly and the service was great, the office is very clean. I highly recommend.

Friendly staff and did a really good job with my cleaning and crown. Highly recommend Millennium Family Dental. They are amazing and happy they are working on me. Always makes sure I’m comfortable and always communicating what they’re about to do.

We are a family of 6 so getting to the dentist is somewhat challenging. I really like this office. The hygienist is genuinely sweet and Dr Risty is very kind and thorough. They have great options for families who don’t have insurance which I appreciate.

Terrible service, cut cheek on accident during procedure and sent another bill 1 year after thesthe When asking why, they kept changing their statements about the reason for billing and contents of the bill. Terribly unorganized and unprofessional. Make sure you know what theyre charging you for, they will add things into your bill and push services you dont need.

I really do not trust Millennium and felt that the place was run more like a business. Dr. Risty claims I needed about $2,700 worth of work done to my teeth. He was pushy and unprofessional. He also made me wait an hour and a half from from a scheduled appointment, performed a quick sloppy filling, then told me I had to come back at least 4 more times for various procedures (he claims he couldnt do them all in one day).I went and got a 2nd opinion and was glad i did. The new dentist was shocked at all the procedures he wanted to perform. She said my teeth were great. All I really needed was a mouth guard that she only charged me $92 for. Glad I saved myself $2,500 by getting another opinion.

Well I am not understanding the person who gave a very low rating yet it might not be this place in fact I know its not! by my experience! I traveled a long way to get to this place and did not want to leave! They were so nice! The atmosphere as well as the consideration was so welcoming! I am a big 5 years old(×10)baby when it comes to dental offices and these people listen to me ramble on anxiously they calmed me down without sedation😂 in my consultation. They even had coffee waiting; a Keurig, honey !They also gave me all the financial options to coincide with my budget and I have a tight budget so I just want to know who wrote that negative review because they might have been having a bad day that day; I had a great experience there.the treatment I remember was patient, kind, considerate thats all I know and gentle cuz I have a lot of cavities and sensitive teeth and you know those dentists that just dont care & brutal, ohmygosh! Not Milluniem!!! they got a TV on the dental chair, so yeah, thatmight be a indicator on how long I been to a dentist, because of fear & this place calm me & that because I felt like I was welcomed and they truly cared, I love this place! I love the way they respect you I felt like I was actually listen to because a lot of dentist was taking advantage of my insurance and I kept walking out I have been searching for a good dentist I am a big critic and here I am giving review like this! trust me, I give reviews just like it is! have a good day.

My pediatrician recommended Dr. Risty when my 4 year old son needed emergency dental care. Dr. Risty and his staff went above and beyond to help him. Dr. Risty explained the recommended dental plan and answered all of our questions. Dr. Risty earned our trust with how well he worked with our son. We continue to use Millennium Family Dental for on-going care.

Awful blurry xrays that you couldnt see. Was told by the dentist that I had several cavities that needed to be taken care of. Went to another dentist for a second opinion cause I am an avid flosser and brush my teeth religiously. The second dentist said I didnt have one cavity in my mouth and that everything looked perfect. Also, the second dentist informed me that even if there were small cavities, that they can in fact heal themselves overtime and to keep brushing and taking care of my teeth like I am doing now. Didnt go back to Millenium and am now going to a wonderful more affordable location in Glen Ellyn.

Do not recommend. pricey and unorganized business. will not be going back there just after one consultation.

JUST THOUGHT YOU SHOULD KNOW...I have been patient of the office for about 10 years. I needed to have a tooth extranction. My insurance co has a $75 deductible and 100% coverage for tooth extractions including surgical extractions. I received a proposed treatment plan for the tooth extraction. My out of pocket cost would be over $350.I contacted another dentist in the area. I had a complicated surigcal extraction done on the same tooth. My total out of pocket cost was my $75 deductible.By i reviewed the description of both treatment plans. There was a lot of extra add-ons with the treatment plan from Millennium Family Dental.

Left voicemails for last few months with a new phone number... they seem to return all the calls to the phone number on file... which is always wrong.. just listen
