The entire staff, including the doctor (David) was incredibly caring and helpful! I went in with an emergency and no insurance. Literally all of the staff worked together to get me the help that I needed and with urgency. I highly recommend this office to anyone. Without insurance it is not the cheapest option, but the knowledge and consideration found here is rare in a dentist office. Im so grateful for this place!

Leanne is the best dental hygienist! I had to get a full set of x-rays today, and she was so kind and patient. I will always request her for my cleanings.

They were checking temperatures as soon as I walked in. Then asked me to use sanitizer to make sure my hands were clean. I appreciate them making sure everyone was safe. They installed a new system that purifies the area while they clean your teeth.

Nov 2019 visit for exam, cleaning and insights from Dr David on the need for a crown. The whole experience was excellent, professional on all levels from the front desk with Cathy to LeAnn for the cleaning/pictures and David. Our family has been followers for more than 20 years and enjoy excellent dental health. The office is well run and has the latest equipment.

Great thorough cleaning by the friendly, personable technician. The down to earth dentist confirmed what the technician saw (and photographed in my mouth) which were obvious cracks in my teeth, but since they are seemingly superficial, no action will be taken right now. I like the conservative call. No push to do expensive work when it isnt necessary while tagging a potential issue. Highly recommend.

I am 57 years old and I have been a Streitz patient since I was a baby!! I wouldnt even dream of seeing another dentist! The referrals that were recommended to me for root canals, braces and periodontal work has always worked out very well for me. My parents and I trusted Tom and now I trust Dan completely with my mouth! I also look forward to getting to know Dan Jr. and David. Im new to this practice and had my first appointment today. The office staff was very helpful and attentive. When I entered the office, the receptionist knew who I was after learning my name because my husband had been in a few days earlier and they had set up all of my insurance info already. There was no wait time to see the hygienist or dentist, both of whom could not have been any more cordial and competent. The reference for this practice came from a coworker and it was spot on. Weve found our new dentist!

I made the mistake of going to another Dentist after being with these guys for years.. I left because they did not take the insurance I switch to. It was the WORST mistake of my life. I would rather pay more and stay with The Streitzs than go to someone else. This father-son team is the best there is.. and I am back now and do not plan to ever leave again!

I was a patient when I was a teenager. I left because of distance. BIG MISTAKE!I was having problems with my old dentist . Thanks to hygienist Karen Sari telling me to come back I did and am VERY happy I did.Dr. Dave was awesome. He really knows his stuff and also has the skill of putting patient at ease. In fact, I even nodded off while in the chair once. But along comes his little off -spring Dr. Dave that is like a chip off the old block, but cuter. Hi, dont even finish reading my review of Streitz Dental Arts. Just pick up the phone and call to make an appointment with these guys NOW! Heres my story: Im 30 years old and it had been 10+ years since I had seen a dentist. I was experiencing some pain and knew that I had to make an appointment somewhere. A quick Google search of Dentist Near me and I stumbled across the Streitz Dental Arts listing. I dialed the phone number and was greeted by a very professional lady on the other side of the phone. I explained my story and made an appointment.I did it - I officially made an appointment to the dentist!When I arrived to their office I was terrified. I was surprised to see a very clean, updated, modernized looking office. My name was called. I was walked into a room and in walked a younger guy; Dr. Dan Jr. (Dan the man). I once again explained my story and Dan and his assistant explained that everything was going to be just fine. I took a few x-rays and did an overall evaluation and it was painless.I scheduled a follow up appointment to have a some work done and once again Dr. Dan Jr and his staff made the entire experience enjoyable. Yes I just said the dentist was enjoyable!A HUGE shout out to Dr. Dan Jr and everyone who works at Streitz Dental Arts in Plainfield. You guys rock! PS Im bringing fruit punch pedialyte in May when I come back as a gift.

I have been going here since I was a child. Wouldnt recommend going anywhere else! I moved away from the area but still drive back every 6 months! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. A very warm environment for people of all ages!Dental Insurance is a huge pain in the butt and mine sure decided to be a pain in my butt! Luckily everyone here was nothing but helpful in figuring out how to get them to cooperate and pay! Huge shout out to Cathy for all of her help with this!

As usual, every aspect of the visit was fine. I arrived, was greeted amiably by the receptionist, and almost as soon as I sat down I was summoned for treatment. The hygienist got right to work, and within twenty minutes or so the job was finished. After a brief check by Dr. Streitz and new appointments made, I paid up and left. I dont know how to make a trip to the dentist any smoother or more efficient.

They have all the proper, updated equipment to get things done. I was in for a basic cleaning/checkup and after discovering that I had an old cavity that needed patching up, they were nice enough to squeeze me in and repair it right there on the spot...instead of having to schedule another appointment. These guys are truly outstanding.

I called this company today, for the first time, today. That was NOT my experience. I had the MOST RUDE and NON PROFESSIONAL human being on the phone. I did not finish talking and hung up the phone. The employee name was Kathy. There are many dental offices in Plainfield, none of them have done to me what this lady did to me and I have called many of them asking the same thing. What a bad taste and bad customer service. Sadly, there is not a 0 star review. Thats what I would give them. I do not recommend. I wonder if the 5 stars they have are from friends and family, two opposite experiences! There is something wrong, unless Kathy was just hired!!

My family went to Dr Gianni for over a decade and when he closed his office suddenly he referred us to Streitz Dental Arts. Upon our first visit to SDA we were very pleasantly surprised by how comfortable we felt in their office, how easy it was to maneuver their website for new patient paperwork, how quickly they were able to accommodate my son for his first cleaning prior to his senior pictures, and by how friendly everyone was. Very nice experience.

I go to Dr. Dan Jr. who is great! I had pretty bad anxiety because of past dental experiences but he was amazing and I had pretty much no anxiety for my follow up appointments! The other staff members I have encountered are also very friendly and professional.

I love these guys! I have been a patient for years...mostly for routine cleanings. Recently I broke a tooth and needed a crown.
