I would recommend Smile Care Dental 100%. I had a bad tooth that needed to be pulled and they took great care to make sure I was comfortable. I have trouble sitting in the dentist chair but Dr. Patel took his time with me and explained everything in detail.Everyone on the staff were very friendly and helpful. Looks like I’ve found a new dentist and look forward to a great smile 😁Thanks again guysJob well done!!!

This place feels like a malpractice.4 years ago, my friend (18 years old at the time) went here because she felt as though she needed wisdom teeth out, as many people that age do. Her request was denied by Dr. Dilip Patel. Yesterday (4 years later), she came in with an infected wisdom tooth.She requested to get it out immediately. Dr. Dilip accepted but only gave her a numbing agent throughout the whole process, leaving her to feel every single thing he was doing to her mouth. He did NOT regularly check in on her to see how she was feeling and didn’t offer anything stronger than simply numbing her gums, even though it was very clear the pain she was in. While he was working in her mouth, he decided to tell her in that moment that he couldn’t get the tooth out. This caused her to have a panic attack because of the amounts of pain she was feeling, as well as the fact that he was not believing her pain. After all of that, he only prescribed her Ibuprofen 600 as well as an antibiotic to relieve her discomfort. I am extremely disappointed.

Both doctors at their office are absolutely outstanding. We have entrusted them to take care of our teeth and our childrens teeth for the last 5 years. They take the time to get to know their patients and pay extra attention to their personal treatment. For example, I have very sensitive teeth to hot/cold, Dr. Vishruti Patel takes the time to go above and beyond to make sure I dont experience any discomfort during cleanings and check-ups. They are trustworthy and only offer services that are needed and necessary. They make going to the dentist a pleasant experience.

If you are looking for a competent, ethical and compassionate dentist please consider Dr. Patel & his team. I’ve been having dental “issues” lately and he and his team have been so accommodating and professional. I would highly recommend this practice.

I would HIGHLY recommend this office, have been taking both of my kids there since they started getting their teeth cleanings. The DENTIST is just AWESOME, he knows how to calm kids down, he talks to them and shows them what they are going to get done so they dont get scared. I dont wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room before my appointment unlike other dentist offices, I am always in and out with both of my kids, I just love this place.

The Drs Patel have been tending to my families dental needs for many years. They are very personable and their chair side manner is very comforting. Dr. Patel and his office are great. Weve been looking for a good dentist for awhile now and feel weve finally found it. They work with you to make sure things are covered on insurance and are up front about costs. Plus the dentists do the cleanings themselves. He convinced me to do a deep cleaning for issues I had for years and it worked- wasnt painful at all and has made my teeth healthier than they have been in years. Highly recommend!

My kids and I are their patients for years and we can’t be happier. Both doctors are excellent! They listen to you carefully, they explain everything in detail, they are gentle with both adults and kids, and they are not the types who force their patients into an unnecessary treatments. I had a cavity very close to the tooth pulp and was very anxious about root canal treatment, but Dr. V. Patel drilled the cavity off so gently, finishing its cleaning by handtool, that she managed to save the tooth from having the root canal treatment done. Instead, she put the filling in there and I can’t be happier to report that I had no issue with the tooth for 3 plus years.

The entire staff at Smile care is absolutely fabulous. They are wonderful with all 7 of my children. My son has had bad experiences with dentists and Dr. Patel and his staff made my son feel comfortable and took away my sons fears of going. I would HIGHLY recommend this office and give them a 10 star rating!! From the words of my daughter: I am one of her kids and i would recommend this office because they let you know what they are going to do before they start and my brothers and sisters also love this place i am going to give this place a 20 star rating!!!!! Wonderful people who are very good at their job. Dr. Patels cosmetic procedure on my tooth was phenomenal! He is the best specialist that I have come across in all the years! He is very gentle with his hands and because of this, I experienced absolutely no pain from start to finish. Great experience! I love in California, and was in town on business. I had an emergency with one of my teeth, and was in extreme pain. I called the office at 7:45am. Phone was answered by a wonderful young lady, who listened to every word I said. She asked how quickly I could be there, and that they would be ready for me when I arrived. WOW. Was she right!!! Walked in, did a quick bit of paperwork, and I was with the doctor within about 5 min.Great experience! There are many negative connotations associated with going to a dentist. I dont know what I would have done without the Smile Care team! I had previously gone to another office where they told me I needed a root canal on a tooth. As we were finishing up one day as I left the doctor told me next time you come back its going to hurt! So of course I never went back, I was scared. Later down the line my unfinished root canal started giving me problems. I went to see Dr. Patel who eased my fears and calmed my nerves. He was very gentle ( because pain is the worst! ) and also took the time to educate me and explain why I needed this done and the process of it, he answered all my questions and was a great supporter while I was in the chair. It was a relief that the procedure was painless, not even the shot hurt! If youre in need of an honest, caring, gentle dentist, come see Dr. Dilip Patel, you wont want to go anywhere else!

Dr. D. Patel and his staff are always so nice and helpful!! I used to hate going to the dentist but not anymore!! I drive an hour just to see them. I recommend this dental practice to all of my friends when they are talking about needing a new dentist! If you were ever scared of the dentist but need one these are the dentists for you!! Dr. Dilip is also my sons orthodontist and again nothing but a wonderful experience! I just cant say enough good things!!
