I got these done TWO days ago and spent over $75 for a manicure and pedicure and this is how my nails look now. Do not go here they wont even refund me my money …. Terrible business

I experienced a nail crisis while on vacation. Called a couple of nail salons and as soon as they found out I was from out of state they either couldnt see me at all or couldnt see me until later. I walked into C Nails and not only did they help me immediately, they gave me a little bottle of nail glue and would not take money even though I insisted! Could not have asked for a better experience!

Do not go here. I was so disappointed. There is one women in the salon who does an amazing job but she was not who I saw. When I arrived there was the above mentioned women doing nails and the rest of the employees were playing on their phones. Which is fine I understand if you aren’t helping someone. However, this was not the case the employees continued to be on social media and watch Facebook videos while doing my nails. I was so excited because the work the other women had done while I was getting a pedicure was amazing. Also the nails done by one of the men looked great. Along with my pedicure which a younger man did. Only complaint with the pedicure is when I asked them to not use the metal skin buffer on my feet they said don’t worry it’s clean and I won’t hurt you. Which I was clearly uncomfortable but on me for not sticking with a no. The tech who did my nails sent me home with bleeding cuticles and painful nails. They were so thick and messy. The worst part was the amount of acrylic under my nails sticking to my skin. The product used also was not labeled and after spending 6+ hours soaking my nails off I don’t trust to be be nail acrylic.

I schedule my appointments with Ken only. He does such an amazing job and they are perfect every time.

Good place to get nails done BUT if you want any designs beware because they have told me they do not do designs, just the basic gems like in the pictures. I asked for a heart or flower design and they could not do it so I ended up with the same nails I had for two weeks already :( Very disappointing3 stars because they have done my nails well except for the design aspect.

Very cool. Friendly neighborhood nail spot. The technician who served me was really sweet and patient, she performed flawless application of product and was not put off at all that i presented as a male. For basic service basic price i am really happy with my nails hands and feet. I recommend this nail salon for any body trans or cis . Thank you C nails and spa. Oh one note while the online/web appointment booking does work and efficiently as i found out they don’t use it, so call to make an appointment walk-ins may not get served right away they are busy so call ahead by phone.

The person that did my nails so super nice! Love them so much. First time going and I enjoyed every minute. He worked beautifully and did such an amazing job.

This place is very unprofessional. They never are on time. They only have one good nail person and she never gets her appointments straight. The older guy is very rude and has no remorse of how much time he waste of other people. If you have time to waste by al means come here. I ah e come here multiple times and it’s always the same thing

Worst Gel manicure ever! After 3 days it was already coming off and the gel and polish wasnt even applied evenly. What a waste of $32.

I made an appointment for 6:30 for me and my daughter I called to confirm it. We went in and waited an hour and half just for them to tell us they couldn’t do it because they are too busy. I was mad and very disappointed!

I have been to a few different nail salons in Western MA (mainly in Northampton and Springfield). This is by far the best gel set I have ever received. Ken was absolutely wonderful and quick! They nails look beautiful, natural and they are not thick and bulky looking. I also asked if he could do a half moon manicure (other salons outright told me no) and he did it perfectly! I will be going here from now on!

The guy who did my nails was on the phone the entire time and kept running to the back. He cut my nails and shaped them so wrong they look not the best.

OMG they did so good. me and my friend went there. it was so nice inside. and they did a really good job on both of our nails and were able to do the designs we asked for. i will never go anywhere else in pittsfield

This place is amazing I went there with my wife today got an amazing pedicure mind you I went to lucky nails about a week an a half ago and the lady was surprised saying are you sure got a pedicure a week ago it looks like nothing was done! She took her time and got all the calluses off the bottom of my feetMy wife got a full gel set and her nails look so good the lucky nails did horrible they all came off in 6 daysWe will be coming here from now on going forward 5 star very friendly comfy and great hard workers its a brand new place and Im so happy to be a customer here and glad we found them thanks so much

Dana did my granddaughters nails and she was awesome . My manicure plus gel polish was not dry, therefore that eve one nail peeled and the following morning another one. If I wasnt heading because out of time I would Have returned so they can fix .

So happy with this nail salon! My daughter and I love them. They always do a great job. She loves the sweet little designs they do on her nails and they really do well on my gel manicure.

I made an appointment for 5:30 and there were so many people ahead of me, Not sure if there were over booked. I was very disappointed.
